Payal reached home to her excited mom giving out her details to someone over phone.It hardly took 10 seconds for Payal to understand what was happening.She totally ignored it and went straight to her room.The conversation went on for another 15 minutes after which her mom exchanged pleasentaries and cut the call.

She came to Payal's room smiling widely while she changed her clothes.She was so excited that she did not feel the need to knock at the door."It was Padma aunty"she said.Payal nodded without stopping what she was doing." She was saying about one of her maternal aunt's grandson.He is working in some big company and is earning very well.She was saying he has been abroad a number of times.Their family is very good.Even I met his mother a couple of times.It seems to be a perfect match.What do you say? Shall I talk to them?"Even before Payal could respond she went on" I gave your details to Padma, she said she will pass it on to them.I will call her in two days and ask about their opinion and based on that i will contact his mother." Payal realized how futile it would be to even say anything, she just sighed."Ok.Freshen up and come. Lets have dinner"she said and left.
