"Samu get up.... Your mobile is ringing for past five minutes...." My mom woke me up after so much difficulty...

"Who is that black sheep mom???"

"It shows 'Suppu'.... Who is that your friend??"

"Hahaha.... Mom he is not my friend, in fact my superior... Superintendent of Police.... "

"Oh my god then why you saved his number by name..... but I heard his name is something else... Did your department changed SP"

"Mom his name is not 'Suppu'.... His name is 'Gourav mehta'... "

"You are confusing me Samu"

"Mom if I had saved his number as SP or by his real name means, its risky.. if I lose my phone in case, then criminals can do something with that numbers... So in our department, higher officials will keep some code words. This 'Suppu' is like that"

"Still Samu, you would have kept some brave code name for him, that sounds so soft"

"That's why we have kept like that"

"What's your code name Samu"

"You will laugh at that name so I won't tell that "

I called my higher official...

"Good morning sir... "

"Good morning...  Meet me in my office in 30 minutes..."

"Ok sir. Any emergency??"

"No no... To talk about the operation we had planned"

"Ok sir... "

After finishing my morning business and shower  I wore my uniform and went to the dining room...

"Mom what did you made today...??"

"Rotis, why"

"Mom I asked you to make poori, isn't it?? "

"When in your dreams, huh??"

"Mom yesterday night.... I told you"

"Samu I am sure you had a dream of talking to me late night because, yesterday you came home at 2.a.m and straight away went to bed even without eating... And now too you are not having breakfast its brunch..."

"Ss..... Mom I forgot"

"Yeah you will forgot more when you don't eat and sleep well"

"Mom what to do... Caught up with an assignment"

"I had told you many times Samu, when you enter our house, you should leave your work there... Atleast try to do it from now.. or else don't ask me anything do whatever you want"

"Ok mom I am giving you my word.... Hereafters Samudhra IPS is outside the house, inside the house I am only Samu... Ok na... Now smile and atleast give that Roti mom I am starving"  I made a sad face to make my mom smile..

"Ok ok Don't keep your face like that.." my mom told and served roti...

"Super mom its delicious..."  I fed myself a hearty bite of roti and lost myself in its taste...

Don't get me wrong, 'Food is the only thing for which every human being work for... So wasting food or gulping food without properly tasting it, is like a disrespect for food and also for the person who made it..'

"At what time you have to be there Samu"

"SP asked me to come in 30 minutes... First I agreed to that mom... But then I texted him that I came late yesterday night... So I will come little bit late.. he won't mind mom no emergency too... "

"Ok ok then eat patiently..."

"Yeah who will gobble down these delicious rotis without tasting properly"

"Atleast let your hair to grow for a two months this time" mom told finger combing my hair..

"Will see mom...."

" Haan....You tell this every month" she sighed...

"Where is dad"

"He had some work of meeting someone, so he left bit early..."

After having decent amount of food and bidding bye to my mom, I headed towards my bike and started towards the Police headquarters...

I entered SP's room after knocking...

"Good afternoon sir"

"Good afternoon Miss. Samudhra...Take your seat"

"Thank you Sir"

After I seated, he looked intently at the file before handing it to me...

"His name is Vishwan, my classmate... He will be perfect for our assignment..." he told

"But sir, he looks little bit old... You told that we need an youngster for this"

"Yeah Samudhra, he runs an orphanage and he is need of money for that, if we give this assignment to him, he will finish it with a help of a person who  he trusts more...  "

"Sir its a secret operation, isn't it?? "

"Samudhra I understand why you worry, I know him very well... And the person who is going to do this, doesn't know our names, post, place etc.. we should give details to Vishvan he would take care of it I talked with him already"

"Sir, what about the person who is going to do it..."

"That's secret, the person who does it don't know about us, and we shouldn't try to know about that person... That's because we all have good personal life. We shouldn't ruin it by this.."

"Ok Sir.... I agree to this"

"That's good Samudhra... I give you one week time to analyse about the person whom we are going to kill first"

"Ok sir...may I take Leave now"

"Yeah Samudhra.. you don't need to come here unless I call you.. there is no work for both of us, I assigned to others as we need to keep our mind at this operation alone.. you can be at home, have a good day "

"Ok sir thank you.. have a good day"

I headed towards my home to analyse about the person who is first in our hit list...
