Fox color mutations (red) part 2
Hey I'm back.
------------------
Mansfield pearl fox. These are a type of pearl fox with a brown hue. Sadly they are very fragile and bleed easily, therefor when breeding them you have to use a female pearl fox that is a carrier of "ss", as a female Mansfield pearl fox would bleed out and die when giving birth to pups
"Iris blue foxes strongly resemble silver foxes or dark pearl foxes, in the fact that their colour is dark, too. However, the resemblance stops there. Iris blue foxes have a very unique and distinct dark blue tint to their fur. It is a blue tint that is very different from the sapphire's or the fawn glow's." (Quote from living-with-foxes.com, as I do not have an image)
Pearl Amber foxes. These are also known as sapphire Amber foxes but they more resemble pearl foxes rather than sapphire foxes
Sapphire foxes. These are foxes that are white or pale grey with a blue hue to them. They are extremely rare and hard to produce, only 1/64 chances to get one.
Marble foxes. Also known as Arctic marble foxes or silver marble foxes, they are fairly common in the pet trade
Red marble foxes. These are the red variation of the mArble foxes. They are very well known in the pet trade.
White marble foxes, which are also known as ''all-white marble foxes'', appear to be completely white, with the exception of some spots on their ears and some 'eyeliner' around their eyes. Their noses can be black, brown, grey, pink... depending on what kind of white marble it is (edited quote from livingwithfoxes.com
Champagne marble foxes. These are pale colored marble foxes that have blue eyes, and the pink nose of a champagne/pink fox
Collicott marble foxes. These look exactly like Amber marble foxes but Amber marble foxes cannot have blue eyes, unlike the colicott marble foxes who only have blue eyes
Pearl cross marble foxes. Also known as calico foxes
Burgundy marble foxes.also known as cinnamon marble foxes, they are told apart from Amber and colicott marbles through the richer, darker colored markings
Amber marble foxes. These foxes look similar to collicot marbles, but they cannot have blue eyes
Cross marble foxes. This is the result of breeding a silver marble fox to a cross type fox.
Pearl marble fox. These are mostly white with pale grey markings (fun fact, I'm making a yarn tail based off of these)
Marble platinum foxes. These are also known as platina marble foxes. The color on them is very washed out and diluted
Fire and ice foxes. These foxes are a very diluted grey and beige color
Georgian white foxes. These are basically the Russian version of marble foxes
Georgian red foxes. These are the red counterpart to the Georgian whites.
Georgian brown foxes. These are the last known Georgian fox, and they have brown marks and spots
Autumn fire foxes. These are similar to fire and ice foxes as their main color is beige.
Snow glow foxes. These are mainly white with either grey or brown limbs, tail, and ears
Golden sunrise foxes. These are red foxes bred with the fire factor
