Anika entered her room quickly after locking the two guys in shivaay's room.  " The job is done guys!!  Plan successful!! " Anika smiled looking at om, rudra and gauri who gave her a thumbs up. She lurched forward to give them a high five when she tripped on a banana peel and hit the ground like a bolt.

" Owwwww!!!!  Who threw this here!!!?? I know it's you rudra " Anika said grumpily.

" Wrong guess bhabhi!!  It's us " said three men in black who were now laughing like heads off.

While in shivaay's room the level of awkwardness had reached its peak.
" Shivaay I just want to say.. Stay away from Anika!!  She is very close to me and I won't tolerate you doing the same thing to her " Akash said staring out of the window.

Shivaay looked up from his laptop screen. " I won't Akash!  I love her!!  And you can't ask me to stay away."

" I can dammit!!  Because I don't want to see another girl suffering a heartbreak because of you!! " akash said angrily banging his fist on the table.

" Another girl?? Anika is not another girl for God sake!! I won't break her heart, I can't!!  I love her can't you hear!!  " shivaay said closing his laptop with a bang.

" You said the same thing years ago too shivaay but what happened you broke her didn't you?! I can still see her teary eyes in front of my face. I left her for you shivaay!! I left my love for you!!  What did you do? Dumped her like a hot potato!! "

" MIND YOUR LANGUAGE AK!! I didn't dump her it was a mutual break up! And did you just see her tears!  Didn't you see mine!! " shivaay cried with anger.

" There it goes!!  Shivaay just because you were going through a rough phase because of dadu didn't mean that you had the right to put all of us through it!! You sacrificed all of us shivaay!!  You sacrificed our band, our friendship, my love, her love every fucking thing !! "

" Yes I did!!  What else could I do?! Let all of you get jobless and get destroyed because of me? Oberoi industries needed me. And you know I couldn't handle the band and business together. About Maya, she deserved more Akash!!  Not a robotic businessman who was broken inside!! "

" Did you ask her that?  No you didn't! Typical shivaay!!  Always deciding things for others. Why dont you admit you left her because you no longer loved her? Shivaay Singh oberoi loved her, the romeo of college loved her but shivaay did not love her!!!!  "

" Yes I didn't!!  Now looking at Anika In realize I never loved Maya but If you knew all if this why didn't you tell me?  Stop me!  Give a punch on my face and get me on the track?? Do you know what you did AK?  Left me when shiv needed his AK the most!!  When I was broken after dadu's death I freaking needed you!!  My best friend!! Where were you then?? " shivaay cried reminiscing each of those black days in his life. Akash too was on the verge of breaking but he stood up and slapped shivaay right across his face.

" I regret not doing this then!!  " akash caught shivaay's collar and pushed him against the wall.

" Shivaay Singh oberoi listen to me carefully!! I know you were depressed due to dadu's death but we all were too!!  We tried to reach you but you locked yourself up!! I gave you the legal rights of the band not to announce our retirement!!  To break the only thing all us boys cherished!!  I gave you Maya because she loved you and I thought you did too!!  But I was wrong!!  I gave you my trust shivaay and you broke it!!  I gave you my friendship and you broke it too!!  Why shivaay??  Answer me?!! "
Shivaay pushed akash behind, giving him a punch.

" I didn't break anything!!  How could I when I was broken!! ? Our band was dadu's biggest memory!  How could I keep it with me when he wasn't there?  How could I play when the one to teach me wasn't there?  You know me AK, I loved Maya because of music! We connected through it!!  But if I wasn't connected to music anymore how could I connect to her? I have broken our band, your trust and Maya's love but you broke our friendship akash!!  You left us and went to U.S
for forever!"

" I did!!  I was wrong wasn't I? " akash said meekly suiting on his knees while tears flowed like rivers from his eyes.
" I was too!! " shivaay sat on his knees crying along with him.

" Don't tell anyone that I cry " akash said.

" Same applies to you " shivaay said wiping his tears.

" AK and shivaay don't cry " Anika said with a sarcastic smile.

The three men looked at each other and started laughing saying something along the lines of Joke of the year!!

" Yeah dodo and niko used to lock us like this didn't they?  "

" Of course, don't you remember how one day as there was no room they locked us up in a cupboard!! " akash laughed.

" Damn!  Don't remind me that!!  Mom had caught us in it hugging and crying!! " shivaay grinned.

" Thus thinking we both were a couple!! " akash laughed completing his sentence giving shivaay a high five.

" High five without me?? " said a voice.

" Maya? " shivaay was shocked to see the woman he once loved stand in front of him with her signature naughty smile and mischievous eyes.

" Ayu!!! " akash exclaimed happily as he went and hugged her tightly, swirling her around.

" shivaay meet my fiance! Maya agnihotri " akash said his hand on her waist.

" You... Yo.. You two are together?? "

" Yep and getting married soon!!  You have to come shiv!!! " Maya said smiling.

" No he is not coming!!  I don't want a drunk ex of yours dancing in our wedding!! " akash said with a glint in his eyes.

" You moron!!!  Drunk ex is it??! Should I tell Maya what you were doing with Anika yesterday!! " shivaay said running behind akash to hit him.

" Oh Anika is your childhood friend right?  She is here?? " Maya asked excitedly.

" Yeah and she is also supposedly the love of shivaay's life!! " akash laughed still trying to dodge shivaay who now was running with a cushion in his hand.

" What??  This is news!!  Let me go and tell her!!  " Maya teased.

" No ayu!! " shivaay screamed horrified. He quickly went to catch Maya who was trying to sneak away. He caught her by her waist, tickling her to stop her when he looked up and saw fiery angry eyes lock his.

Anika was starting at his hands on ayu's waist. Shoot.

" Girl trouble Romeo "a smirking Maya and AK whispered in both of shivaay's ears while giving each other a high five behind his back.

" What a timing AK! " Maya said side hugging him.
" Thanks" AK said blushing while hugging Maya.
" What was this?! " shivaay crossed his arms shooting questioning glares at both of them.
" Our plan! " Maya said cutely.
" To shoo the girl away who wanted to take our BFF away from us" AK said with a smirk.
" Possessive much?! " shivaay said giving a full blown smile.
" Hell yeah!!! " Maya and AK yelled hugging shivaay.
