I wake up snuggled in Cole's arms. Somehow I ended up in the bed. The sun shines through cracks in the curtains draped over the windows. I pull myself closer to Cole, and kiss his nose. He stirs, then opens his eyes.
"Hey," he says, his voice heavy from the time of day.
"Hi," I say. He kisses the top of my head and plays with a strand of hair.
"Is this even real?" He asks. I look at him, slightly perplexed.
"What do you mean?" I ask.
"Is she really gone?" I sigh.
"Cole, your sister's last words were take care of him. She loved you, and she is probably up in Olympus right now watching you be an idiot," I say and place a hand on his cheek. "She is always with you where it counts."
"She was so excited for you two to become sisters. She already thought of you as a sister." Cole laughs a little. "She will just have to wait."
"C'mon, let's go out for a sundae, New York isn't that far away." I stand up and pull him up with me. I just have to change.
After I change, we fly to the edge of the city and walk down to the little ice cream shop I went to as a kid. I order a coffee ice cream. Cole gets a double scoop of waffle cone ice cream. We sit outside and enjoy the treat.

"Cole, I just want to say I-" I blink. "Cole?"
