I cry out in joy when I see Cole's eyes flutter. "Cole!" I shriek and attack him in a hug. He grunts, but excepts the embrace. I sigh.

"You're back! Oh my Gods, you're back!" I say.

"I wouldn't't leave you, Jade. I promised I wouldn't, and when have I broke a promise?" He makes me look at him. I avoid his gaze. "Jade, c'mon. You know me. I will never leave you. I love you."

"I love you so much, Cole, but I was so so scared I was going to loose you, and I..."

"Jade, don't do this. Please," he says.

"I can't take much more emotional stress," I say.

"Jade, we will work through this, I swear, just bear with me," Cole pleads. I sigh.

"Alright, just don't hurt me." God, I sound like a hormonal teenager. "Or I'll cut you to pieces and feed you to the sharks." Much better.

"Okay. Deal," he says. "What did I miss when I was out?"

"Like I know," I say. He gives me a perplexed look. "I haven't left your side." His eyes widen.

"You haven't left?" I nod. "Jade, I don't care if I am on my death bed, you have to take care of yourself. Promise me that, please, promise me that." I sigh.

"I couldn't leave when it was my fault you were hurt."

"Jade..."

"I promise," I say reluctantly. He smiles.

"Jade, if you don't leave that bedside now, I will have no choice but to force you," Percy says.

"Cole woke up!" I scream. Percy covers his ears.

"Scream any louder and Olympus will hear you," he says. I open my mouth, about to scream louder, when Cole covers my mouth with his hand.

"Jade, scream any louder and I'll go back into a coma," he says.

I glare at him. "Not funny."

He laughs. "But your reaction was."

"Jade, come eat something. You haven't eaten in days," Percy says. I grip Cole's hand.

"I don't want to leave him," I say quietly. Percy sighs.

"I'll bring food, if you eat it this time."

I nod and rest my head against Cole's chest.
