Alain's POV:
The sunlight filled my eyes. I slowly opened them.

I looked over at my clock....11:23

Man! It's late!! I slept in forever!!

I got up and headed downstairs. I thought of Mairin. And the ball.....next Saturday is when it began.

"Morning Prince Alain" My maid, Frida said. "Morning" I answered and walked down to where my parents were. And surprisingly, Britt's parents were there too!

"What's going on?" I asked. "There might be some changes...." Father said. "What do you mean by changes?" I asked suspiciously.

"Well you see, our daughter may be in love with your friend, Sawyer" Britt's Mother said. My jaw dropped open. "REALLY?!?!" I smiled widely. Father punched me in the arm. "Manners!!" He snapped.

"Sorry." I said and walked back to my room. When I closed the door, I started to dance. Don't judge me!

"What are you doing?!" I looked over and saw Lily. "Uhhhhh Nothing!" I quickly said and slammed the door in her face. "HEY!!!" She yelled.

Mairin's POV:
I walked upstairs to the kitchen, and got myself some cereal. I walked to the table and Grace left me a note!

Mairin-
Not gonna be home until 9:00 just so you know. Steven will be home at the same time as usual.
I also want to give you a early birthday present, 3 days and you'll be 19!! So hope you enjoy!

I put the note down and under it was an iPhone 6!!! I've been begging for it ever since it came out!!!

It had a green and black striped case. I should probably add Grace's contact.

After a long day of cleaning and doing chores, Steven walked in side. "Mairin! I'm home!!" He shouted.

I ran down the stairs "Hi!" I said. He smiled "Why so excited?" I held out my new phone. Steven chuckled. I looked down and saw that Steven was holding a bag.

"What's in the bag?" I asked. "Nothing important" Steven unbuttoned his tux. "Can I see?" I asked. "Id rather you not" Steven said and walked into the kitchen.

"I'd rather you not!" I quietly mocked him. And I opened the bag and saw a nice black tux and pants, white shirt, nice shiny black shoes, and a light blue tie!

"Is this for the ball?" I asked. Steven nodded and bit into a Chocolate Bar.

I frowned. "WHY DO YOU GET TO GO AND I CAN'T?!?!!" I screamed. "HEY! ITS NOT MY DECISION!" Steven screamed back. I sighed, he was right.

I ran to my room and slammed the door.

Alain's POV:
"SO THE BALL IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN?!?!" I said in shock.

"Yes. Britt and Sawyer both love eachother and are dating right now" Father smiled.

"THIS IS GREAT!!!" I yelled. "Alain, no screaming" Mother said. I nodded and ran up to my room.

I hope Britt and Sawyer will be happy together :3
