"Amy, what's wrong?" Sean asked while knocking the door.

"Nothing." Amy answered trying to calm down.

" Are you okay? Why did you scream?"

"It's nothing Sean, I swear. " She tried closing her eyes and opening them to check if she could see herself again on the mirror but with no luck. She had no idea what was happening to her.

"Amy, if it's necessary I will throw this door away. What is happening inside?"

All Amy wanted in that moment was to see able to see herself again and stop lying to her brother. She almost felt like crying when suddenly her reflection appeared again, making her feel calm. She opened the door and faced her brother, who had a worried expression in his face.

"Are you ok? " He asked.

"Yes, I hit me when I got out of the shower. That's all. " She said hurrying to her room.

"I prepared tea, want some? " He asked concerned.

"No thanks, I'm going to bed." she said opening the room of her door and closing it.

Next morning she was at her locker taking out her books when Dana surprised her. She had a huge smile on her face, so that meant she had something on her head. Amy knew her too well.To well she would say.

"Morning Am. "Dana said.

"Now you'll call me Am? It's cute."

"I know. I have an idea for us going to that party. " Dana said cheerfully.

"Tell me. " Amy answered closing her locker and walking.

"We can tell Sean you're sleeping over at my house, we change and then we go to Jonah's house. I'm not a genius?"

"You want me to lie?" Amy asked shocked.

" It wouldn't be really lying; you would be sleeping for real at my house. After the party."

"Thanks Dana, but i don't feel comfortable lying to Sean. "

"It's an omission, not lying."

"Still, I don't feel it correct. Sean and I are really close, we are honest with each other. If he found out I was not honest he would never trust me again."

Sean and she told everything to each other, and the only idea of Sean finding out she lied gave her goosebumps. She would never lie to Sean, not even for going to a party with Jonah Parker. Of course, she wanted to go. He personally invited her, and it was one in a million chance. If she didn't attend he would probably not invite her again. She would have to look for another way to convince Sean to let her go that party. There had to be a way for to go and without lying to Sean.

Jonah wasn't the type of guy that had nervous when asking a girl out, however this time he felt nerves for the first time. The idea was on his head for a while, to ask her out and he was determined to do it. Lately he would go to sleep thinking in her, without being able to understand why. He was at lunch with his friends Trent and Danny, usually he would talk a lot with them about his day but now he was quiet, only listening to what they were saying.

"A penny for your thoughts." Trent said.

"Yeah Jonah, what's on your head?" Danny asked giving a bite to one of his french fries.

"It's nothing. " Jonah said shaking his head.

"Is it about practice? We can't deny Coach Carter has been a real pain in the ass. " Trent replied.

"Be sure that he won't find out you say that or he might as well bench you before the Weston game. " Danny whispered.

"I'll come back, I want some cheese fries after seeing Danny eating his. " Jonah said eyeing his friend's food.

He walked towards the cafeteria lady when suddenly Brad bumped into him and spilled all over him his orange Mountain Dew drink over his gray shirt. Jonah saw red.

"Dude, what the fuck?" Jonah asked pissed.

"Sorry, it was an accident. " Brad said in a sarcastic voice.

" You did it on purpose. "

"Prove it. " Brad said and walked away.

Jonah tried to calm down, holding up his wish to grab him and punch him. His hunger for the cheese fries vanished, he decided to walk back to his friends, he really needed a distraction.

"You saw that jerk?" Jonah asked angrily.

"We all did, what a moron." Danny said.

"Don't worry, we can make him pay later. "

"Now, i'll to go change. Luckily I always have a spare tshirt in my locker. I'll be back soon." Jonah said.

Jonah walked fastly to his locker, opened it and took the shirt he had on his locker. He looked around to see there were no students or teachers passing by and since there was no one close he pulled of his shirt , however in that moment he say Amy passing by next to him carrying a paper in her hands. She gave a quick glance and walked away quickly, while Jonah smiled.

"Do you like what you see, Wilkes?" He asked before putting on the clean shirt.

Amy just walked without saying a word. She had being asked by a teacher to give a paper to the principal, and it was awkward for her to see Jonah shirtless. She felt her face blushing.

At the end of the day Amy told everything to Dana, who was interested listening to all what her friend was telling her. They were talking next to a girl's bathroom.

"You know Mr. Thomas asked me to deliver a proposal to Principal Hughes, so i was walking to his office when i saw Jonah taking off his shirt. I saw him shirtless, can you imagine it? And he started teasing me asking if i liked what you see. " Amy asked with a squeaky voice.

"And you liked it?" Dana asked with a smirk on her face.

"PDana, this is not funny!"

"I'm not laughing. You know lucky you are? I guess you are the first girl that sees Jonah Parker shirtless .You are a legend. " Dana answered.

"You saw Jonah shirtless? Seriously? What did you do to him?" A femenine voice said they quickly recognized as Jenna who was coming out from the bathroom.

Before any of them could answer Jenna grabbed Amy from the shoulders and placed hear against the wall and started shaking her.

"Let me go. " Amy said trying to push her away.

"Did you really saw him shirtless? When did it happened? Answer me. " Jenna asked not letting her go.

" Leave her alone. " Dana said grabbing Jenna and pushing her away from Amy.

"Don't you lay a finger on me again, or you will regret it. " Jenna said upset.

"Then leave my friend alone. Now leave before i cause you huge pain." Dana said.

Jenna understood she had no chance again Dana and left. As soon as she disappeared Dana turned to Amy.

"Are you okay?" Dana asked.

"Yes, thanks for your concern. " Amy said hugging her.

"No need to thank, you are my best friend. "

Dana walked with her to where Sean would be waiting for her. Ten minutes later Sean appeared, and Dana said goodbye to her friend. Amy got inside the car and buckled her seat belt.

"Hey. " She said.

However Sean didn't answer, just stared at her, and it made Amy felt uncomfortable. She didn't like the way he looked at her, she would have loved to know what he was thinking.

"What happened to your neck?" Sean asked removing her shirt a bit from her neck.

"Nothing. " She said shaking her head.

"Amy, i see finger marks on you.Tell me what happened. "

Amy knew she had to be honest with him, otherwise he wouldn't stop until he knew what happened. And she knew it was better if he knew the truth from her, otherwise the situation would harder.

"A girl slammed me against a wall. " She answered in a low voice.

She was expecting him to ask why she did that but instead he asked something else.

"Who is she?" He asked giving her an angry look. She would have felt intimidated if she knew he was angry at her but she knew it wasn't the case.

"Jenna Stone. " She answered looking at him.
