Jeremy was shocked and couldn't believe Amy had an ability as well, as he thought he was the only who was affected on the accident that day.And somehow he felt relieved knowing he wasn't the only one. Even though he saw how she turned her hand invisible, he still couldn't believe what he saw.

In that moment a knock was heard on the door, causing Amy to turn her hand back to normal. A brunette young woman with dark eyes  in her mid thirties  dressed in a blue nurse uniform opened the door and seemed surprised to see the girls on the room. Amy guessed she was Jeremy's mom.

"Jeremy, why didn't you tell me you were bringing friends? I would have prepared something for all of you to eat . " She asked her son .

"It was a last-minute thing, ma. " He answered looking at her. 

"Are you hungry girls? I can prepare you something to eat. Or I can buy pizza. " She suggested. 

"It's ok ma'am, we are not hungry. Don't worry about us. " Dana answered. 

"Nonsense, you're guests at my house and you shall receive a dose of my hospitality. I'll be back with some sandwiches and juice. "

Before Jeremy could say something, his mother closed the door and left, leaving a good impression on the girls. 

"She's nice. " Amy said. 

"Yeah, too nice sometimes. That's why people occasionally abuse her kindness." Jeremy replied as he seated down. "Okay, i have work to do."

Jeremy pressed some buttons on his laptop and the phone, checking it cautiously and in few minutes, he unlocked the phone handing it to Amy who started searching on the gallery.

"You found it?" Dana asked coming close. 

"Yeah, and now it's gone forever. "Amy answered as she deleted the picture. She scrolled the other pictures down and exclaimed "holy crap. "

" What is it? "Jeremy asked. 

Before Amy could answer another door, knock was heard and Jeremy opened the door, his mother entered with a tray on her hands carrying three sandwiches and three glasses of orange juice. Apparently, she didn't listen to what Amy said before and she was grateful for that.She didn't want Jeremy's mom to think she had no manners. 

"Thank you, Mrs. Price." Amy said grabbing her sandwich. 

"Looks good. " Dana said taking hers. 

"You're welcome, if there's something else you need be sure to ask for it. If you're still hungry we have ice cream on the fridge. " she said leaving again. 

"Anabelle has provocative pictures here posing in lingerie." Amy whispered so only Dana and Jeremy could listen.

"She does?" Dana asked looking at the pictures. "Wow, she must be really full of herself to do something like that. What will you do with those pictures?" 

"I don't know. " Amy answered with a sigh.

The three of them finished their sandwiches quietly, and when the girls were done, he offered to take them home. He told his mother he was taking them home and promised to come back soon. Jeremy first dropped Dana, and then drove to Amy's home. Amy guessed it must have been since he didn't really get along with her, and it made sense considering how she behaved with him.

"I wanted to apologize for Dana's behavior, she might be a bit hard but she's really nice when you get to meet her. "

"I would like to say I believe you, but I can't. " He answered not taking off his eyes from the road.

Amy preferred to change the subject, as she noticed he didn't want to talk about Dana.

"Your mom is really sweet, I liked her a lot. "

"She's the best mom i could have asked for, she raised me on her own as my father simply forgot about us . She's my hero."

"They are divorced?" 

"No, they were both young when they found she was pregnant. He said to her he was not ready to become a father, and simply abandoned her. Two years ago, I  looked him up on internet and found out he has a new family."

"I'm sorry to hear that. "

"Don't be, he actually made us a favor. My life is better without him. "

"Your mom had done a great job with you. "

Jeremy smiled at her when she said this.

"Thanks. You know, i feel relieved I'm not the only one who got affected since that day, as I believed it was only me. I was starting to think i was crazy, listening to what people were thinking."

"I get you; it was hard for me too. When i first became invisible i panicked so much my brother felt almost knocks down the bathroom door. "

"Do you think there is more like us, that were also affected that day?" Jeremy asked stopping with a stop sign. 

"Probably, but it would be hard to know. Not as if we can freely ask other students."

"You're right."

Their conversation made the ride shorter, Amy thanked Jeremy for bringing her wishing him good night. She got inside the apartment and noticed Sean was seated on the desk, with a red pen on his hand and his phone on the other one. A pile of papers rested at his side, probably exams he was checking.

"I was about to call you, to ask if you needed me to pick you up. "

"My classmate offered me a ride. How was your day?" She asked.

"As usual, nothing new to tell. Would you please serve me some coffee? I need to stay awake."

Amy walked to the kitchen and served coffee on the first mug she saw to later place it next to Sean. She was debating to tell him the about how she had Anabelle's phone with her, knowing he wouldn't be too happy. But she was tired of keeping secrets from him. And it was going to end that night. She placed Anabelle's phone on the desk, for him to see it. 

"That's not your phone. " he said looking at it carefully. 

"It belongs to Anabelle. " She explained. 

"What are you talking about? How did you get that phone?" He asked letting go the pen on his hand. 

"I'll tell you but promise you won't get mad. "

Amy explained everything to Sean, how Dana was involved in her plan and how she asked Jeremy to unblock the phone. Sean was clearly upset, however instead of yelling angrily he just covered his face. When she was done, he spoke. 

"What the hell were you thinking Amy? You stole a phone; you have never done something like that before."

"I had to do something; she was blackmailing you. I couldn't just watch how she ruined your life. So, you know i deleted the picture. "

"That explains why she was so quiet out today and hadn't said anything about the plan she had for us on Saturday. " he said combing his hair backwards.

"She probably must not have another photo she could use to blackmail you. I know it was wrong, but I looked at her gallery pictures and she has revealing pictures. You could use that to tell her to leave you alone. " 

"No Amy, I'm not like her. I am not a coward blackmailer. I know how we'll end this now and forever. I don't anyone to know you have her phone. I'll find a way to give her back to her without raising suspicions. I know you wanted to help, and i appreciate the gesture. But promise you won't do anything like this again. It's dangerous. " He asked placing a hand on her shoulder. 

"I promise. "

"Good, go to bed now. It's getting late."

"What is it?" He asked concerned.

"First of all, I'm sorry for hiding it for so much time. We promised each other we would not have secrets, and I have no excuse to hide it from you. Something happened to me after the accident at the lab. "

She just finished saying this and she became invisible, counted four seconds and then became visible again. 

"Holy crap. " He exclaimed. 

"Hey, watch your mouth. "She scolded him on the same way he did with her some days ago. 

"I discovered my sister can become invisible, how am I supposed to react?"

"You have a point. " she said moving her hair behind her ear.

"Why didn't you tell me before?" 

"I have no idea, I know I should have told you before. I'm sorry, you must be mad at me. "

Sean shook his head, causing surprise on Amy.

"I can't be mad at you, as i hid secrets from you too. It would be hypocritical from my part if I did. I just need to know, are you healthy? Does being invisible causes you any health issues? "

"Not at all. "

"I'm glad to hear that. "

Sean wrapped his arms around her, to which she did the same. She felt in peace now, as she was no longer hiding her biggest secret to Sean. She felt she just took great weight from her shoulders.

Saturday arrived and Amy received a text from Jonah asking her to see him at the ice cream shop where he took her before, when he asked her to pretend to be his girlfriend to make some girls leave him alone. That was the second-best thing that happened that day, as Sean told her before that Anabelle was no longer blackmailing him and had stopped harassing him.  She dressed and asked Sean to drive her.

"So, do you have plans for today?" Amy asked placing lipstick on the car. 

"Actually yes, I invited Hannah to the movies. " He answered smiling. 

"That's great, have fun. "

"You too, but not too much. "He smirked.

They arrived and Amy got out of the car, coming inside the store. She looked around and saw Jonah seated on his own on a center table. He smiled when seeing her. 

"Hey. " he said. 

"Hi. " She answered back. 

"I'm glad you came. I needed to talk with you. "

"About what?" 

"Remember what I told you before? I like you, a lot. And i was hoping you would become my girlfriend. " he said this at the same he placed his hand on hers and caressed it. 

All what Amy wanted to do was say yes, but if they did become a couple, she would have to tell him about her ability. That made her wonder how he would react to it, would he stay away from her? It was better to be honest from the beginning, that way she wouldn't feel guilty about hiding her secret from him. 

"I like you too, Jonah. But i need to tell you something about myself first. And i don't know if it will change your mind about dating me."

"I'm listening. "

"Not here, I need us to go to a more private place."

"No problem, I know the perfect place. But first let's enjoy a milkshake together. "  

After enjoying their time together at the ice cream shop Jonah drove to the park where he told her about his mother. They both walked together to the same place where they watched the sunset. 

"So, what is what you wanted to tell me?" Jonah asked stuffing his arms into his jacket pockets. 

Amy felt her knees shaking, she felt more nervous telling Jonah her secret than she did with Sean. She knew Sean would have no trouble accepting her but wasn't so sure about Jonah. Would he consider her a freak and walk away? There was only one way to know.

"This what I wanted to share with you. " Amy said as she turned invisible and became visible after some seconds. She expected him to freak out or be shocked, but he only stared at her without saying a word. 

"So, you can become invisible?" He finally said. 

"Yes, I wanted you to know this before you enter in a relationship with me. Since the lab accident I can do this. I'll understand if you don't want to date me after seeing this. "

She looked at the floor, afraid he would tell her was no longer interested, but he only gently lifted her chin and smiled. 

"Thanks for sharing this with me.Now it's my turn to show you something. Hold on tight. "

"What do you mean?" She asked not understanding what she was saying. 

He placed her arms around his neck, and he placed his hands on her waist. Slowly Amy felt how her feet were no longer touching the floor, and how she was being elevated on the air. She suddenly grabbed herself harder on Jonah. 

"You can fly?" Amy asked shocked. 

"Yes. As you see, we both share special abilities. I don't see any problem on the two of us dating. Do you?" He asked smiling. 

Amy crushed her lips on his, showing how she agreed with him. She felt huge happiness in her, as she was not kissing Jonah Parker her long-time crush. She was kissing Jonah Parker, her now boyfriend.
