Amy looked concerned as  two guys were arm wrestling to decide who was going to enter with her to a closet. She never suspected something like that would happen at the party, all she wanted was to have a good time but instead she had to lock herself in a closet with a guy for seven minutes. She feel tempted to stand up and leave but she felt Jenna's icy look over and she freezed. Only god knew what thoughts were in Jenna's head at the moment and what she would do to her if she moved, so she decided to stay still. 

Jonah had a fierce look on his face, as the idea in his head was to defeat Brad and not let him get inside the closet with Amy.He knew very well Brad was not going to be respectful to her, so he had no more chance than to win. He got distracted for a moment looking at Amy who was looking downwards playing with her hands, to which Brad used at his advantage pulling Jonah's arm closer to the table.

"What's wrong Jonah? Giving up already?" Brad answered with a smirk on his face.

"You wish. "

Jonah was getting distracted with people cheering for him and Brad, he knew he had to do something to get the edge and defeat him. 

"Brad, i wanted to know. How does it feel to live in my shadow?Is it hard?" 

"What are you talking about?" 

Brad changed his face expression into surprise  and Jonah used that second to make Brad's arm touch the table.It was done, the victory was his. Jonah sighed relieved, it was hard but at the end he did it. 

"What the fuck, you cheated." Brad said hitting the table angrily with his fist.

"Don't be a sore loser, I defeated you fair and clean. " Jonah answered raising his hands in the air. 

Jonah stand up and walked to where Amy was seated and extended his hand towards her but she just looked downwards without saying anything. He understand why she was reacting that way, since the beginning she explained she had no interest in playing that stupid game, and she was still being pressured to do it.However he knew it would be worse for her if she didn't do it, so he grabbed her hand and softly pulled her towards him and walked with her to the closet. 

"Why are you doing this? I don't want to be here. " Amy asked whispering. 

"That make two of us. " He said coming closer to  her.

"Then why did you challenge Brad? That makes no sense. "

"You think Brad would be talking to you if he was here right now? He would be groping you or trying to undress you. I'm not lying when i tell you that dude is a jerk. I did this to protect you, Wilkes. Trust me when I tell you I hate this game as much as you. "

Jonah saw Amy playing nervously with her hands, not saying a word. She spoke a while later.

"Thank you. " She answered still whispering. 

"You're welcome.What do you want to do? We still have six minutes and thirty seconds more. " He said looking at his watch.  

"I don't know, usually people make out or something like that when playing this." She answered crossing her arms together.

He sensed her nervousness and tried to calm her down, he wanted to make her know he respected her and would not force her to do something she felt uncomfortable with.

"There's no rule that forces us to do that, we might as well only talk. Would you like that?" 

"Yes, let's talk. "

Jonah looked at her , a part of him feel tempted to kiss her, no matter how he denied it to himself he was felt attracted  to her. But he knew she deserved something better than being kissed in a closet playing Seven Minutes In Heaven, she was not like other girls who liked rushing things, she was sweet and innocent. She needed a romantic desirable kiss in the correct moment. Instead he would try to break the ice and get to know her better. 

"Want to play ten questions?" He asked. 

"Sure,who starts?"

"Ladies first. "

"Ok. When is your birthday?" She asked.

"September 18. My turn, what's your favorite hobby?" 

"I love to read, i can be at a library all day and i would be happy. "

Jonah was impressed by her answer, other girls he knew would have answered shopping, but she proved to be more than just a pretty face, she was smart too.

"God, you must think i'm boring. "

"Why do you say that?" He asked not expecting that from her. 

"You just stayed quiet. "

"It's not that. I am impressed. Seriously."

They continued asking themselves questions, and Jonah was relieved seeing her she looked more calmed with him, unlike at the beginning she was tense.If he could he would have stayed inside that closet all party but unfortunately he couldn't. He looked at his watch and they only had thirty seconds left. She was already on her last question, and he would be missing one. However he saw this as a chance to use later for his advantage . 

"Last question, DC or Marvel movies?" She asked. 

"Marvel. " He answered. 

"Of course, i prefer Marvel movies too. How much time do we have left? You're still missing a question." She asked. 

"Unfortunately, our time is over, so we will have to finish this later. We have to leave this closet."

"Ok. "

He noticed the disappointment in her voice, and as much as he didn't want to he opened the door and walked outside being followed by her. They felt all looks on them, especially Amy who felt the girls watching her with envy. However, she just ignored them, she was surprised on seeing-on-seeing Dana with a pissed look on her face. Why was so she upset? She lost herself when she needed her the most and vanished appearing until now. As Mrs. Murphy drove them back Dana spoke no word to her, she expected her to message her or call her asking what happened at in the closet as she knew how curious Dana was, but to her surprise she didn't communicate with her during all weekend.

Monday arrived and since Dana was still not talking to her, she was looking for her. She was her best friend and didn't want to be tension between them. She finally found Dana listening music near the library. 

"We need to talk. " Amy said touching her shoulder causing her to turn and remove her earphones.

"You sound like my mom when i'm about to be scolded. "

"You haven't answered my calls or my text messages since the party. What's wrong?" 

"Nothing. "

"Don't lie to me, clearly something is bothering you. Is it something i did? I need to know. " 

"No, drop it Amy. " She said walking away but Amy grabbed her arm making her stop.

"I won't stop asking until you tell me,you know it. "

Dana knew very well Amy would not stop asking, she was not the kind person that stopped until she got what she want and this was no difference. Dana sighed and remained quiet looking for the right words. 

"I got upset when you were picked to play Seven Minutes In Hell with Brad, and he was all excited over the idea. "

"Wait, why would you be so upset?" 

In that moment Amy understood why her friend was so upset, she remembered when Dana told her she had a crush but refused to tell  her who was it. Tying the bonds make it all clear for Amy. It was something that she never expected to find out like this. She would have never imagined her best friend had a crush on a jerk like Brad Coleman. Dana had so much better taste in guys however this time it wasn't like that.  

"You have a crush on Brad Coleman?" Amy asked her friend in a low voice. 

"Yes, i like him.Happy? "

"But why him? You can do so much better than him.He's a moron."

"See? That's why i didn't want to tell you, i knew you would be judging me, as you are doing now."

Dana walked away and as much as Amy wanted to follow her she decided it was better to give her space, she would approach her again when she was in a better mood. She walked to her next classroom feeling all looks on her as she did, girls looked at her with jealousy on their eyes, and she knew why.Everyone knew she was locked in a closet with Jonah Parker two days ago, it was something it was never going to forgotten.Everyone was wondering what happened inside that closet, right now she had no one to share that story with, and couldn't stop wondering if Jonah would eventually do it.

"Hi Jeremy, " She said to Jeremy as she sat next to him. 

"Hey. " He answered.

"Ready for the rehearsal today?" She asked taking out her pen from her backpack. 

Instead of answering her question he popped a question to her, something she didn't expected.

"Can i speak to you afterwards?"

Amy wanted to ask him in that moment what he wanted to speak about but as she saw the teacher get inside she couldn't do it. 

"Sure, we can speak later. "

Amy opened her book and notebook and focused on the class, later she would order all the ideas on her head and everything would be back to normal.
