Dana's 's mom, Mrs. Murphy,  was an incredible woman to Amy. She remembered how Mrs. Murphy explained to her all about growing up along with Dana.She explained to her about bras,taught her to use makeup,  her period and everything she had to know. Mrs. Murphy was like another mother to Amy, and a part of her wished that when her parents died they would have lived with the Murphys.

Now that she was older she understood the reason: The Murphys had two kids to raise, Dana and her older sister Monica, and they would struggle with money. Her parents,who were close to them, knew it and decided to give their custody to their Aunt Beth, who was a close relative.

"How were the auditions, girls?" Mrs. Murphy asked after giving Dana a kiss on the cheek. 

"Pretty good, i believe i  got the role i want. " Dana  said buckling her seat belt. 

"What about you, Amy?" 

"I don't think I did that well. "

"Don't be so hard on yourself, you might as well get a role. Are you hungry? I was planning on taking you to eat."

"That's not necessary, you can just drive me home. " Amy said not wanting to be a burden. 

"Nonsense Amy, you are my guest. Let's go eat at Chilis. "

At that same time Jonah arrived home and as usual only Natasha was at home since his father usually came late at night.At first it was hard for him not to see his father but with time he grew used to it.

"Jonah, how come you came so late? You had no practice today. " Natasha asked. 

"Oh, you know my schedule now?" He asked laughing. 

"Of course, I do, since I'm the one that washes your uniform every week."

"I was at auditions in school, for a play. "

Natasha served a plate of food for him and Jonah sat down to eat. He wasn't that really that hungry but when she did that he knew she would not accept a no for an answer. 

"That's great, what's the play?"

"A Winter's Tale from William Shakespeare. " 

"And what made you try out?" She asked sitting next to him

"I'm trying new stuff, i'm tired of only being known as the soccer captain. I'm more than that. "

"That's great, universities like to see students that get involved in school activities. But will you be able to balance it with soccer practices?"

Jonah was hoping soccer practices and the play wouldn't clash together,if not he would have to decide for one and he didn't want to.Coach Carter always pushed them more whenever soccer season was close, or when a rivalry game was upcoming, like the one against Weston. 

"I know i can, I will somehow. Now I'll have to find out the way to tell my dad. "

"You haven't told him?"

"No, you know how busy he is. I believe he prefers his work over me. "

"Don't say that Jonah, your dad loves you.He just doesn't knows how to show it to you. "

Jonah just prefered to be quiet,he really wanted to believe it but it was hard when he barely saw his dad.

Next morning Amy was with Sean driving to school.Sean decided to stop on a McDonalds to buy something to eat since he overslept and didn't have time to prepare breakfast as he usually did. Amy knew he had being filled with lots of work lately, and to help him she would cook too.She was grateful to him, as he was not only her brother but also played a fatherly figure in her life,

"So, when will the  audition results be said? I can help you practice your lines." Sean asked giving a bite to his McMuffin. 

"They said in two days. However i'm not sure i got a role. I  froze up there. If it wouldn't have been by Ms. Reynolds i would have been standing like a statue all audition. "

"Ms. Reynolds?Is she your teacher?"

"No, she's another English teacher. My teacher is Mr. Geller. "

"I'm glad she helped you, she must be a very good teacher. "

"Dana says she's awesome. I can't tell, i have not been her student."

"Don't forget to share with me the results when they are posted. And no matter what, I'm proud of you for trying."

"Sure i will."

When they arrived to school Amy walked to her next class but she was stopped by Jenna who stood in front of her. However this time she was alone, which was awkward since she was usually seen with Helen and Grace. All she could think was the conversation she heard on the bathroom the previous day, and how she was wanting answers from her. She just wanted to leave as she had no interest in speaking to her.

"Hi Amy, I was looking for you. I'm having a party on Saturday. I hope you can come; you can invite your friend too. " she said smiling. 

"Thank you, I'll have it mind. " Amy said and walking as fast as she could to get far from her. 

She wanted to understand what was in Jenna's head: she got her a cake, invited her shopping and now she invited to a party. This all seemed to suspicious, and didn't give her a good feeling. What was she planning?

"She invited you to a party at her house?" Dana said shocked as soon as Amy told her they were both invited to a party at Jenna's house. 

"Yeah, why is she being so nice?I'm confused." Amy answered. 

"This looks like an episode from The Twilight Zone." Dana said singing the Twilight Zone theme.

"Omg shush it, you're freaking me out more. "Amy said. 

"We have to go, it could the only time we get invited to a popular's party.It might be fun "

"I really don't want to go. " Amy said shaking her head. 

"Why not? Jonah might go, you could ask him to dance. " 

Amy wanted to tell her the conversation she heard between Jenna and her friends at the bathroom, but she couldn't do it without telling her that she wasn't seen by them because somehow she  became invisible.That was something not easy to explain. She was only sure she had no desire to go to that party.

"I just have a bad feeling about all this. "

"We are going together, and if it's about Sean i can tell my mom to convince him. Everything will be fine." 

Amy wanted really hard to believe Dana's words, but something inside her was telling her that something bad was going to happen at that party. Sean sent her a text saying he would pick her up later and she answered she would wait for him.Usually she would have asked Mrs. Murphy to take her home, but she didn't want to abuse her kindness, and that way she could at least get ahead with her homework at the library.

When school ended Jonah walked to the boys locker room to change since his soccer practice was about to start.Then he saw her seated on the fountain, listening to music  with her phone, with her earphones on, and with a thoughtful look on her face.He wondered what was in her head, as it was the first time he saw her like this. He couldn't resist the need to speak to her. 

"Hey Wilkes. " He said sitting next to her.

"Hi" She said taking off her earphones. 

"Are you ok?" 

"Yes, why?" 

"It looks something is bothering you. "

"It's nothing, really. "

She tried to make it sound as if she was fine, but Jonah knew she wasn't. Her eyes, that usually were bright and glowing, now look faded and gone. Jonah had a weakness for her eyes,which he  considered  the mirror to  understand her better and somehow her usual spark was gone. He wanted to do something to cheer her up, and not knowing what else to do he stuffed his hand into his jeans pocket. 

"Here, take it.  " He said extending towards her a fun size snicker. 

"You carry candies with you?" She asked.

"Chocolates mostly, they give me energy me after training.Take it, i have more."

"Thanks. " She said with a short smile as she grabbed it. 

"I'm glad i cheered you up a bit. See you later. "

Jonah was changing into his uniform barely listening to what Danny and Trent were saying. He was concerned about Amy, wondering  what happened to her. Could it be that someone bullied her? if that was the case, he knew who to blame. He felt the urge to go look for her but he couldn't lose his practice. He cursed his bad luck. 

Jonah, what is wrong with you?" Trent asked snapping his fingers at him. 

"Sorry, what were you saying?" 

"Jenna invited all the school to a party on Saturday, are you going?"Trent asked

"I don't think so. " Jonah answered tying his sneakers. 

" Did she seriously invite all the school?" Danny asked Trent. 

"Apparently, i heard she said she wanted all Juniors at her house. No exception. " 

That statement made Jonah think, if Jenna really wanted all the Junior students at her house that meant she invited Amy as well. And knowing her well, as he did it meant she could be planning something to humilliate her. And if that was the case he was going to stop her. And that meant he was going to the party.

The team was warming up as usual, when Jonah suddenly felt a ball hitting him on his head. He turned back and say Brad running towards him. 

"Sorry Jonah, i didn't see you. " 

They were divided into two teams, and Jonah was taking the ball with him to score a goal when a player from the other team intertwined his leg with his and he fell to the floor.When he stood up he noticed it was again Brad the one who caused him to fall, he gave a him a fake apology followed by a laugh. Jonah had enough with this guy, he was messing with him for fun and he would teach not to do it. When Jonah had the ball he kicked it as hard as it could and he hitted Brad on the crotch, causing him to scream in pain and falling to the ground. Jonah ran towards him.

"Sorry Brad, i didn't see you. " He said to him.
