INTERVIEW WITH: jihantrash :)

Me: What's behind your username?

jihantrash: My username states that I am, indeed, jihan trash. My ultimate ship is Jihan, which is Jeonghan and Joshua of SEVENTEEN, and that I am trash for Jihan 💟 I know, I know, it doesn't make sense. But it will in the future... probably...

Me: [Nice. A Jihan shipper. Poor S.Coups, though xD ] What country are you from?

jihantrash: Philippines.

Me: Why did you join Wattpad?

jihantrash: I actually joined Wattpad because I wanted other people to take notice of me and my writing. I know myself that I am capable of writing such an amazing story, no I'm not bragging or anything, and I wanted to use that as some sort of bridge for me to be closer to other friends/writers. So yeah, I wanted people to take notice of me and to be close to my fellow writers/KPOP fans.

Me: What was it like when you first started writing?

jihantrash: I was more than nervous, because before I started writing on Wattpad, my writing or stories had been critiqued and insulted by others, so I thought that my work will be insulted again if I let other people read it. But eventually the fear faded because people loved my first story and the rest that I have.

Me: Where do you get your ideas from?

jihantrash: Most of the time they pop up in my head whenever I'm daydreaming, and most of the time they're based from my favorite authors! 😄 Of course I credit them if ever I base my story from theirs or their story ideas, because I often think that my own ideas are stupid. 😧

Me: How do you deal with Writer's Block?

jihantrash: I guess reading helps me with Writer's Block. Reading my favorite works help me have new ideas in which I use for my updates, and most of the time I use songs as some sort of inspiration in the midst of Writer's Block.

Me: *nods head* Who are your favorite authors here on Wattpad?

jihantrash: I actually have a lot, but my top three would be: @PandaFromMars, @jisootrash, and @daeguys.

Me: What was your most embarrassing moment ever?

jihantrash: My most embarrassing moment ever would happen like this: since my phone went bonkers when I was in second year of high school, I write my stories in a notebook, especially smut >////< Okay here's the thing, my crush happened to ask for my English notebook but I ended up giving him that notebook :'( Let's just say that my other classmates saw and then, along with my crush, teased me by moaning in front of me, in a good way that is. I got teased for two years since =3=

Me: Oh, my god. What happened after, if you don't mind me asking.

jihantrash: Nah, I don't mind. Basically they kept messing me with it (since I remembered that I wrote a Chanyeol smut there and decided to tease me with it) but in the end, my crush told them to stop it. So, it wasn't entirely an embarrassing memory for me =3=

Me: [That's sweet of him!] Are there any stories that you're working on that aren't yet published? If so, can you please tell us a little about it?

jihantrash: I actually have one, and I'll just spoil you guys that it's a fantasy fic like Harry Potter with a mix of Divergent, Hunger Games, and Naruto xD I'm still tentative about the cast that I would use. xD

Me: [That would be an awesome story!] Is there anything you would like to add? Any advice or other things you would like to share for our fellow Wattpaders here?

jihantrash: Hmm, an advice? The only advice that I would want to say is that don't let negative comments get to you because they'll eventually pass, and always be humble. Your readers would be your main foundation in writing, and believe me, it's a real great feeling to be able to be close to your readers. 😄
