INTERVIEW WITH: eloiseventeen

1) What's behind your username?

eloiseventeen: Well, I really like the number 17 since I was Grade 5. I feel lucky whenever I see a number 17. So my username is a combination of my first name and my favorite number. Eloise + Seventeen = eloiseventeen :)

2) What country are you from?

eloiseventeen: Philippines! :)

3) Why did you join wattpad?

eloiseventeen: I joined wattpad because it's the only way I can promote my stories and be able to know how good (or bad) my works are.

And I joined also for reading, by the way.

4) What was it like when you first started writing?

eloiseventeen: I started writing when I was in Grade 3. I put a little narration and draw my characters then I put their dialogues on speech bubbles. It was funny. Hahaha.

5) Who is your favorite author/s here on wattpad?

eloiseventeen: I only have one favorite and that is JhingBautista. I love how she relates her stories to different kinds of people through fantasy :)

6) Where do you get your ideas from?

eloiseventeen: I get the ideas either through people's lives or mine. If I find something interesting, I write about it.

7) How do you deal with writers block?

eloiseventeen: I don't deal with it at all. If I have writers block, I go with the flow and stop writing. Then I find some motivation, that's where I'll start writing again.

8) (BONUS!) What was your most embarrassing moment ever?

eloiseventeen: *sighs* I so hate it every time I remember it. Haha. It's when I told the girlfriend of my crush (this was before so he's an ex crush now hehe) that I like him. I seriously did not know that she was dating him that time. Ugh I'm so stupid.

9) Are there any stories that you're working on that aren't published yet?

eloiseventeen: I'm planning on making a series. It's called the Retuya Series. There will be three books and those books will talk about the Retuya brothers and how they find their true love. The first book was already published. The other two are in my drafts. There are still other stories that I plan on publishing but they don't have a good plot right now so I won't tell you about it for now :)

10) Is there anything you would like to add? Any advice or other things you would like to share to our fellow wattpaders here?

eloiseventeen: Hi guys! I'm encouraging you all,not only to read, but also to write. Everyone of us can be a writer. We all have that potential. Don't ever compare your works to other people. Write because you want people to be inspired by you. Don't ever look forward for reads, comments or votes. Having much of those does not define how good of a writer you are.
