How did you find out about Wattpad?

I was on the books and authors section of yahoo answers and someone had posted a question asking people to critique their story. There story just so happened to be on Wattpad. I fell in love with the layout and the fact that you could post covers (weird I know) so I just had to make an account XD

Are you enjoying being on Wattpad?

No, I absolutely hate it...

Kidding! (probably) I actually really love it. The community is really nice and I have made some really close friends because of Wattpad.

What is your story Lola about?

It is about a 17 year old girl called Lola who works in her mums flower shop. She meets a boy called Jamie while shopping and they instantly click although Lola really doesn't want a boyfriend at the moment so she tries to ignore the fact that she is growing to like him. A huge business starts trying to ruin her mothers flower shop and buy it out and Lola soon finds out something about Jamie that just wants her to not like him even more.

(oh drama!)

What is the inspiration behind Lola?

I made the cover for Lola when I was making fake covers for examples for my cover thread. A couple days later I was listening to the song copacabana by Barry Manilow and the idea of how Lola and Jamie met while buying costumes and Jamie giving her the show girl idea popped into my head.

I decided then and there that I had to write it and the rest of the plot came to me whilst planning.

Do you have a message for your readers?

Eat, sleep, watch anime, never settle for anything less than a Gilbert Blythe and ignore what anyone else says, do what you want to do.
