This is bad! I'm in shock! Let me tell you what happened

For the past 5 days, I've finally found my phone...in a dark alleyway. In that exact alleyway, there was something that shook me to my very core, consuming my entire being. A disfigured body with their organs scattered everywhere had swiftly clouded my mind with ease. I needed to get out of there! Sadly, my shoes was soaked in the crimson substance, so I had to ditch them at the scene and run to my cabin in the woods. I'm gonna hide out here until the smoke clears.

Also, something else occured. As I searched my phone for cracks or any sort of damage, I found a photo of the dead individual...being killed by my hands. I don't remember killing that person nor ever being outside! What the hell is happening?
