Haneul's POV

After a nice long soak in the tub with Jungkook, we decided to turn in for the night. He insisted on making me cup of hot chocolate, saying that it would 'help me sleep better'.

Who am I to argue with such an amazing fiance? Besides, he was right, I usually ended up making something to drink before I went to bed.

In the summer it was usually a cup of Rooibos or Green tea. And in the winter, it was either a glass of warm milk or hot chocolate. I can't believe that he actually remembered that from our days at school!

We also whipped up a meal for Hosoek and Yoongi, because I refuse to have them order take out. It's not healthy and they usually come home exhausted and shouldn't have to wait to eat.

So, naturally, I made them a whole meal of roast chicken and potatoes! Jungkook insisted on helping with the potatoes and some of the prep work for the chicken, though he spent a lot of time holding my waist and talking sweet things with me as I worked at the counter.

We cleaned up the kitchen - although my adorable bunny sat me on the counter with a bowl of custard to eat and washed the dishes up himself.

All in all, it was a productive day. We finalised the wedding cake and the bank finally released the properties and funds to my name. Which was only thanks to my sexy hunk, Jungkook.

'I noticed he liked being called that.' I made a mental note to use it in the bedroom next time.

~~~♡♡♡~~~
Jin texted me late at night with the details of our 'date' and a suggestion in what I should wear.
Jin: It's cold now, so make sure you dress warm, okay?
Haneul: Okay, oppa. I can't wait to see you again 😉
Jin: I can't wait to see you 😉
I smiled at his reply and locked my phoned, shifting a little to get comfortable.
Jungkook's arm wrapped around my waist, pulling me closer to him. It was comforting, knowing that he wanted to protect me even in his sleep. I turned to face him, admiring his beautiful features.
He has such amazingly long lashes that fanned out perfectly above his cheeks. But I also wanted to scold him, because he fell asleep with his lip ring on! It's dangerous!
'He probably forgot because he's with me tonight.' I smiled, he's just so adorable.
I really love how caring he is. It touched my heart. The tiny things he does for me. Especially when we were in the shower. He gives the best head massages!
And I appreciated how he stood up for me at the bank. The Heaven's only know how long it would have taken for me to get everything transferred over to me.
My Halmoni had also left me the school. So, according to the documents Jungkook had read through with me, I needed to make an appearance as the new Head of the school's Governing Body. Perhaps I should ask Jin, Yoongi or Hobi to accompany me.
I could do with one of my older fiances' presence at the meeting. Besides, it's been a while since I've spent time with any of them.
Yoongi and Hobi only ever see me at breakfast unless I run into them during the day - which is rare. Jin is so busy, we've only ever seen each other twice. And Namjoon has taken on more responsibility in addition, he has the family vineyard to manage.
Off late Taehyung was assisting him with overseeing their exports. Apparently customs had recently updated their laws and so Tae had his hands full.
Jimin had taken on more cases, thus had more court appearances. How I wish I could see him in that black coat.
Maybe I could ask him to wear it for me when we're alone together... He can cross question me anyway he likes.
Focus Haneul!
'I guess once the wedding is over, I'll have less to worry about. Yoongi didn't want to specify, but I know that they've presented the evidence on my uncle and cousin to the court. My only concern is that my uncle would have a retort of some sort planned. I need to discuss this with Jin tomorrow. Maybe he'll see sense.'
Jungkook mumbled in his sleep, and pulled me, if possible, even more closer to him. I lay there admiring him a little more. His head had moved over to my pillow and his lips pouted a little in his sleep. Unable to help myself, I placed a single kiss on his lips and decided that I'll bake something for him tomorrow morning as a thank you.
And with that final decision, I snuggled even closer to my sleeping fiance and dosed off.
~~~♡♡♡~~~

The next morning

It was bright and early in the morning when I opened my eyes and found my fiance sitting on the edge of my bed.

Fully dressed in blue jeans and a leather jacket, the handsome man gazed at me, a breakfast tray resting on the side table adjacent to the bed. His full lips formed a sexy, knowing smile when my eyes widened with realisation.

"Good morning gorgeous." Jin greeted me with a kiss on my lips. His arms scooped me up into an embrace.

"Hmmm... Good morning oppa." I greeted him, smiling happily as I inhaled the heady wood and spice fragrance that was his scent.

Jin smirked, and placed a kiss on my neck. The fucking tease. His perfume really drove me insane for him. And he knew it.

Today is the day we go out together to choose our wedding attire and sort out a few other wedding related tasks assigned to us by Yoongi. (Who claimed that he'd take me with him tomorrow to finalise the venue's decor and colour theme).

"Did you have a good rest, my angel?" He asked me, a hint of mischief glimmered in his eyes.

"I think so. I can't really remember what time I fell asleep." I say to him as I stretched on the bed and then got off to hug him again.

"Hmm... As long as you're okay with us leaving in the next thirty minutes or so. I've got a lot planned for us, and I might have gotten a little too carried away because it's been so long since I got to be with my sexy babygirl." He rasped in my ear, sucking on my earlobe, and successfully opening the flood gates way too early for me today.

Fuck... At this rate I rather we stay in bed all day. I need him so badly right now. Freaking tease!

'Calm down Haneul... It's not like you didn't just have a lot of sex with the other two.' I muttered to myself. I really am becoming a little slut for them.

But I'm glad they're mine. Immoral as it may seem. I only give myself to them. Mind, body and soul.

They're mine and I'm theirs.

~~~♡♡♡~~~
"Hmm... You smell so good, Jagiya. Like chocolate and vanilla, and now I want to eat you up." Jin murmured in my ear. He placed soft kisses on my jaw, making me moan in pleasure.
He caught me by the waist when I entered the room after a shower and breakfast. I just popped the dozen muffins I made for Jungkook in the oven and set the timer for thirty minutes. I really love Yoongi's taste in appliances, he had state of the art stuff!
And most of it was brand new, like the oven and the mixer! He's such an angel. I know he bought them before I met them again. Yoongi knew way before we could cross paths again, that I'm a baker, and he patiently waited for me to meet them again.
Sigh... These men will be the end of me. I honestly don't know how I'm going to keep up.
"You know, you can do just that, right here. No one's going to judge. And we don't have to go anywhere." I turned to face him, running a finger down his jawline and straight down his chest, stopping at the zip of his jeans.
"You're such a bad girl! You know very well that we have to pick out our wedding garments together, Jagiya." Jin smirked, kissing my neck.
I became putty in his arms, moaning at the feel of his lips on my sensitive skin. His tongue teasing my collarbone.
"Jin. I want you." I breathed.
He chuckled darkly, the bugger like him. He's definitely got something up his sleeve.
"Oh, babygirl. Trust me, all in good time." He placed a few kisses on the right side of my neck, just below my earlobe.
For some reason, Jin was being very affectionate - but the teasing had me thinking about that night-
'No, I can't open that door. He's already teasing me.' I clenched my thighs together unconsciously.
"But for now, we really need to be on our way." He paused his lips on the nape of my neck, then pulled away, speaking in a more sober voice.
"Yes." I hissed.
He looked at me sternly.
His eyes conveying what the consequences would be if I didn't answer as we'd agreed.
"Yes, oppa." I remedied my reply.
"Good girl." He kissed my lips then almost carried me out of the house and to his sports car parked on the cobblestone drive.
At the bridal boutique's fitting parlour
"Yes. I think this dress is very becoming of my future daughter-in-law." Jin's mother smiled proudly. "Don't you think so?" She looked around at the others in the room.
The other ladies nodded approvingly, expressing how beautiful they found the dress.
"Are you sure omma? I think Haneul should go with the previous dress, I feel it was more flattering on my fiancée." Jin innocently asked his mother, a playful look in his eyes as he met mine.
Jin sat on the long, blue, velvety devan, taking the spot beside his mother, Eun-Sook. I narrowed my eyes at him, a sign for him to behave, seeing as we had elders around us.
'This is why he was in such a hurry earlier. He didn't tell me his family was going to be here.' I scowled at him.
My mother-in-law must have read my mood because she pinched her eldest son's cheek marvelling at his cheeks behaviour. Then she tapped his shoulder, shooing him out of the ladies' parlour for the dress fittings.
"Go on! You shouldn't even be looking at Haneul's dress, Pabo! Haneul is your bride to be! Go get your measurements done for your tuxedo with your father." She scolded him.
"Yes, Jin oppa, I think you should listen to omma. I can't possibly change into seven different dresses for the day. It's both unrealistic and expensive. So I'll pick one dress and that will be what I wear for all seven ceremonies." I said to him with finality as I got of the dias where the attendant helped me adjust the dresses I tried out.
I walked with him to exit, appearing much shorter besides him since I had to take off my boots to gage the correct length of the dress and try out it out with heels.
He grinned at our difference in height, sure to goad about it me later. Getting frustrated with the stubborn man, I gently pushed him by the chest back over the threshold that led to the change rooms.
"I want my dress to be a surprise to all of you." I whispered loudly to him, narrowing my eyes to drive the pout through.
"But I want to be apart of it. My omma is here. And my aunts!" He grinned. Then, he bent closer to me and whispered in my ear, "Besides, I want to help you out of that dress." He chuckled darkly, his voice a deep and sexy rasp, reverberating in my ear.
"Omg. Jin, your whole family is here. Be realistic!" I hissed at him, giving his arm a light smack. "You know you can't go against tradition. It's bad luck for the groom to see the bride in her gown BEFORE their wedding day." I scolded, speaking up louder so everyone can hear what I'm saying to Mr. Not-so-innocent.
"Omma!" He pouted sadly. "See how she's treating me! And we didn't even get married yet!" He whined like a puppy to his mummy.
"Haneul's right Jin. Besides, I think it's good that Haneul has a firm hand on all of you." Jin's face fell when he hear his mother's words. She smiled at me, sending her son off to find something to do.
"I'm sure your father has some work for you, son. If you're bored and you don't want to choose a tux, why don't you help him with his Endo case while waiting for Haneul. You know how important his Japanese clients are to him." She grinned at him, knowing that would send him off faster.
And it did! Jin excused himself with a silly excuse, something about making a call to Hosoek, and disappeared down the hallway.
I closed the door shut and marched my way back to the dias, holding up the bulky skirts of the current dress I had on.
Jin was on leave and didn't want to see any more cases for the next month. Eun-Sook is amazing! I love her so much already! I'm so glad she's going to be my mother-in-law!
"Eun-Sook, you know, I heard that our Haneul has got the other's eating healthier too. Very good job, Haneul! You're just what this family needs!" Dr. Min smiled at me.
Yoongi's mother, Areum, also showed up for my dress fitting.
"Thank you Dr. Min. I can't bare to see them ordering take out after a hard day's work." I shrugged, feeling a blush creep up my face.
'Argh... One of them blabbed about me cooking for them! I wanted to say thank you for everything they've done for me. And here they are telling mummy. These guys are such simple creatures!'
But I still love them.
"Haneul, you can call me Omma too you know. And for reference you can use our names as a prefix." Dr. Areum suggested. The other ladies agreed.
Right. That's settled then. Now for my fathers-in-law to decide what I should call them.
"Okay, omma." I smiled shyly, trying it out. At least I knew two of the four ladies present.
"I think if Hiseu was here, she'd agree. You're taking such good care of her Jungkook! It makes me glad to see he's so happy with you Haneul." Jimin's mother added a heartbeat later.
'Oh. So that's the culprit. Hmmm... I know just how to deal with him.'
"I agree, Sora. The boys have been so excited about Haneul finally returning to us and remembering everything. They waited very patiently for you, my dear. Even playing along to the suggested script Areum had." Eun-Sook smiled lovingly at me.
"I did notice that omma. When I met some of them on my birthday and the next day at the reading, they seemed surprised, as if it were news to them too. But they quickly started asking me if I remembered things from school. If anything, it helped me remember things."
I took a seat in between Areum and Eun-Sook. "Thank you Dr. Min- I- I mean omma." I blushed. It was so good to have someone (lots of someones) to call Omma.
Areum pulled me in for a hug. And Eun-Sook joined in. I felt happy to have such warmth and affection showered over me. But I also felt a little weird seeing as I didn't have this sort of interaction since a teenager.
Perhaps I just needed to get used to this.
"Our Haneul is so cute, let's not bombard her ladies." Sora, who is Jimin's mother, rescued me. She took my hand and steered me to the refreshments table to pour a steaming cup of coffee.
"You should eat something. Have you tried these croissants? They're to die for!" She said conversationally.
"Sora! You're speaking to the woman who makes those pastries." Another woman said to her.
"Is that true?" She asked me, a brow raised in surprise.
"Yes." I blushed. "I work with Seojin oppa at Café de Bleu." I said shyly.
"Haneul co-owns the place." Areum proudly replied.
"Yes, Hosoek told me about the new venture you're starting my dear. All the best, my dear!" Hoseok's mother, Nari hugged me. She made her way over to the table and helped herself to a cream pie and a slice of Devonshire cake.
"Would you like a cream pie?" She innocently offered me.
I pushed away the memory of Jungkook and I at the bakery and politely declined. "No thank you, omma. I actually am on a small diet so that I'll be able to fit into my wedding dress nicely." I fibbed.
I had no idea my future in-laws loved my baking! Wow! But what were the odd of them sending over cream fucking pies! (I made a mental note to get even with my business partner. Nothing missed that man's notice! He's like Mycroft Holmes!)
Just then, the door to the parlour burst open and a woman in a pink dress and tan coat walked in. I didn't see her face as I was engaged in a conversation about pastry making with Hoseok's and Jimin's mothers.
"Knock, knock? Am I too late?" Came a familiar voice. I turned to see who it was, excusing myself.
"Sol onni!" I exclaimed happily, hugging her when she walked into the parlour. "I'm so glad to see you!"
And I really am. Jin is the sweetest man I know. (I really need to keep a list of the times I call all my fiances sweet.) He knew I didn't have any friends, especially after all that drama with Maya.
Long story there, but she just isn't who we thought she was.
Sol onni happily obliged to join when Jin asked her and Seojin oppa.
"Sol! It's so good to see you!" My mothers-in-law collectively greeted my cousin.
"Anyeonghaseyo everyone. I'm sorry I'm so late. I had to drop Mina off at daycare before I got here." She apologized and took a seat with Nari and Sora.
Eun-Sook and Areum were chatting about the wedding preparations. I took a seat next to them, and sipped some of my coffee.
"Sol, you're family, you shouldn't stress about apologising!" Hobi's mother, Nari, smiled.
"Yes, onni, I've only tried on two of the ten selected dresses so far." I piped up, tentatively placing the cup on the saucer, my pinky stuck out like you see in fancy tea parties. "So, grab a cup of coffee and help me pick something comfortable!" I grinned at her, I know she was excited about my wedding.
We've become much closer over the last few days. That's the beauty of weddings. It brings family closer. Even if it's the bride's own family.
The Heavens knew I needed my family to be together. We were already so few! It was just Sol and me. I can't say I'd count my cousin Joon-ki and my uncle Du-Shik.
"Our Haneul is all grown up!" Sol teared up.
"Yes, and she's finally getting married to our sons!" Nari exclaimed happily.
Which was a bit weird for me to hear, especially coming from her.
I wasn't sure if she liked me at first, given the whole incident with Hobi on our date, but when I greeted her before we could begin the search for the perfect dress, she hugged me and whispered: "Thank you Haneul. You saved my Hobi's life. He's truly blessed to have a wife like you."
"Thank you omma. I only did what I'd do for any of the others, I'd do the same for you, heaven's forbid that ever happened." I looked at the luxurious emerald carpet beneath my boots.
"Nonsense, you're such a brave girl." Jin's mother said comfortingly, picking my chin up. "Lee-jin was a brilliant woman. She always treated everyone as equals. I can see that beautiful trait in you as well, Haneul. " She added.
"Thank you omma. I just hope I can fulfill all the duties of being a daughter-in-law in the Min clan."
Because that's what they referred to the family as, the 'Min clan'. Yoongi's father was their only brother - with Yoongi's mother also coincidentally being a Min before marriage. Jin's, Jimin's, Jungkook's and Hoseok's mothers were the sisters to Yoongi's father.
"You're already doing so well. Trust us when we say it's not easy to keep those seven in check! We've been at it since their birth!" The eldest of the four daughters, Eun-Sook, laughed, high-fiving her sister, Sora who is Jimin's mother.
"It's a pity we don't fulfill the role of Royalty anymore. You'd make such a perfect Queen." Jimin's mother added.
I looked over at her in surprise. I had completed forgotten about that fact. Our families had renounced life as Royalty after all the internal rivalry in the Kim clan.
But it seems we couldn't escape the effects of the darkness our history held. My uncle was power hungry and craved the throne. He killed my father and mother, his twin and hyung-su, all in the hopes that he'd be able to resurrect the old ways.
But Halmoni had held firm to the decision that we let the government handle things autonomously. We aren't to get involved. Modern times called for modern solutions and Halmoni was a practical woman.
Of course when good old uncle Du-Shik learned that I was technically the next in line, he set his sights on killing me. I don't know why my aunt, Yoon-ah lets him out of the house! Nor do I understand why she tolerates their madness.
"Right, are you ladies read to try out the next dress? Can the bride please join me in the back room to undo this dress and get the next one fitted?" The attendant politely asked.
I rose, and looked down at the dress I wore. It is beautiful. I'm adding it to my "Maybe rack". The boutique had two railings, one was marked "Definitely not" and the other was marked "Maybe" which made it easier for overwhelmed brides like me to choose the right wedding gown.
I loved the idea!
"I'll come with you." Sol suggested.
"Sure." I smiled, gesturing with my hand for my cousin to follow.
The attendant showed me the room and handed me the next dress. She stepped out to get a few accessories while Sol helped me out of the dress.
"I'm really excited for your big day!" Sol exclaimed. "Even Mina is excited to see her Imo get married."
"Awww. She's so adorable! Will you be okay with her being my flower girl?" I queried, just making sure my cousin was comfortable with her five year old daughter carrying a basket of flower petals down the alter with me.
I often got to talk to Mina whenever she visited the café with Sol. My niece was quite attached to me, though I suppose with all the depression and my condition, it was hard for me to accept the family I already had.
I just hope everyone will forgive me.
"Yes! Oh my gosh Haneul, she's going to be the cutest flower girl ever! And I can't wait to watch you walk down that aisle! Is your appa walking you down the aisle?" She asked, more serious now.
"I don't know about that. I need to discuss that when I meet with my fiances later." I shrugged as she zipped up my dress.
My thoughts swayed to what Jin had whispered in my ear earlier, the thought of him unzipping my dress sent chills down my spine and my skin was covered with goosebumps.
The thrill of him slowly unzipping my dress like he did the last time with - argh... It's happening again!
That's a secret!
"All done!" Sol piped up, snapping me back to the present.
Gosh it's freezing in here. Your skin is covered in goosebumps!
Just then the attendant returned with a basketful of accessories. "Miss, we have everything a girl could dream of for her big day. Take your pick." She winked.
"Uh... Thank you." I studied her, she watched as I looked through the accessories.
There were pearl belts, hair pins, white artificial roses for the hair, pearl necklaces, and more pearls!
I huffed out a sigh and spied a beautiful cubic zirconia hairpin that would complement quite a few of the dresses I selected with my mothers-in-law earlier.
"Thanks, uh Nina." I smiled at her, taking the hairpin.
"Good choice Haneul." My cousin smiled. "It will be perfect for this dress."
"Thanks. I'm not sure how to style my hair." I thought out loud, my cousin however, was undoing the braid I had.
"Sol? Haneul? Are you done? We want to see the dress." It was Areum omma.
"Dr. Min sure is excited about this." Sol grinned. She was looking around the room for another pin.
"Yes. But I like that all of them are here with me." I said softly, half hoping no one would hear.
"I'm glad you like my surprise." Jin said. He stood behind me, grinning from ear to ear.
"Jin! What are you doing in here! Where is Sol!" I scolded him in a whisper.
"Oh, didn't you know she left the room to get another pin or something." He smirked, wtapping an arm around my waist. "Hmm... Do you want to continue what we started baby?" He whispered in my ear, a dark grin spread across his face.
Fucking tease.
"Why didn't you relax in the other room, seeing as you've finalised your tux already? Oh and I hope you know that the more you tease me here, the longer you're going to wait." I poked at his chest, then marched him back out the door.
"I'll be back to claim my bride, make sure your ready, Jagiya." He winked at me.
Thankfully, onni only found me standing at the door. So it looked like I was looking for her.
"Sorry Haneul. I found a pin. Come on, everyone is waiting to see this dress." She pulled me by the hand excitedly.
Having my cousin here made me feel whole. I didn't miss my mother as much.
"And just between us, you have a very cheeky fiance, I saw him sneaking into that dressing room when I walked out." She winked at me.
"He's just so full of energy today. I think it's pre-wedding jitters." I joked.
How was I going to tell her that Jin was teasing me?! It would mean that I would have to confess a few other things too! And I don't think I'd be able to say those things out loud to anyone who isn't Jin.
Shaking these thoughts off, I walked into the parlour where my mothers-in-law gasped in unison at the dress I wore.
"This is the dress, Haneul!" Sora omma dabbed at her eyes with a tissue as I twirled around on the dias.
I looked into the mirror, and I could see myself getting married to these seven men in this dress.
"Yes omma-deul. This is the dress!" I addressed all four mothers-in-law at once.
Jin's surprise had definitely helped me today. I got to bond with my mothers-in-law and my cousin. I even got to finalise a wedding dress!
I love Jin.
And I can't wait to marry him in four day's time!
A/n:
Thank you for reading 😊
Translations for the family related words in the story:
Hyung-su - a guy's sister-in-law - this roughly translates to brother's wife, seeing as hyung means a guy's older brother. Remember that a girl would call her older brother oppa. (But note that oppa can also have another meaning, used in the same context we use 'baby' in English where a girl would call her boyfriend or husband baby!)
Omma - Mum/mummy (the formal is Eomoni/eomonim).
Omma-deul - plural for mother/mum/mummy. Deul is a suffix added to show the word refers to two or more (coming from the word for two in Korean).
Onni - a girl would refer to her elder sister as onni (in most asian cultures we refer to first cousins as siblings as well - long story). Also spelled unnie or eonni. Remember a guy would refer to his older sister as noona.
This was the perfect opportunity for me to introduce the boys' mothers!
Quick recap on who's who:
1. Seokjin, Namjoon and Taehyung's parents:
Mother: Min Eun-Sook (Chief of the Police) she's the eldest daughter in the Min family.
Father: Kim Woo-bin (Advocate)
Cousin (father's side): Kang Seojin (business owner and 'resident goader' - he loves to take a dig at the seven and Haneul - it's his way of showing affection)
2. Yoongi's parents:
Mother: Min Areum (Medical Doctor) she's the daughter-in-law but also has the same family name.
Father: Min So-joon (Advocate) yeah... He co-owns the law firm with Park and Kim.
3. Hoseok's parents:
Mother: Min Nari (Teacher) second eldest sister in the Min family.
Father: Jung Do-Hyeon (Lecturer)
4. Jimin's parents:
Mother: Min So-ra (Business owner) second youngest sister to the Min siblings.
Father: Park Yeon-joon (Advocate) older brother to Mr. Park
5. Jungkook's parents:
Mother: Min Hiseu (Business owner - deceased) youngest sister to the Min siblings.
Father: Jeon Do-kwa (Business owner - deceased)
6. Haneul's family:
Grandmother/Halmoni: Kim Ha-eun (Headmistress/Principal of the boarding school owned by the Kim family).
Mother: Ahn Lee-jin {can be pronounced as Ri-jeun} (Business owner - deceased)
Father: Kim Hyeon-shik (business owner - deceased)
Uncle (father's identical twin): Kim Du-Shik (initially a business owner)
Aunt (uncle's wife): Lee Yoon-ah (philanthropist)
Cousin (uncle's child): Kim Joon-ki (alias/alter ego is Eric Nam)
Cousin (mother's side): Ahn Sol (business owner)
Brother-in-law/cousin's husband (Sol's husband): Kang Seojin (business owner and 'resident goader' - he loves to take a dig at the seven and Haneul - it's his way of showing affection) he is also Jin's cousin!
Niece: Kang Mina (an adorable little girl)
Summary:
Jin, Hoseok, Namjoon, Jimin, Tae and Jungkook's mothers are all sisters. Yoongi's father is their mothers' older brother.
This is explained further in later chapters - it might be important 😉
🌹Hope this helps explain everything 🌹
