A/N: Sorry for the missed 3 chapters, as soon as I get more time I will be back on it, but enjoy this chapter  -Chippy

"You totally cheated!" Jeremy whined as Michael crushed him in mario kart. The Twink may or may not have been all talk and no game when it came to mario kart.

Michael let out a bubbly giggle. "Yeah, sure, because I spend my free time looking up 'how to cheat and beat my best friend in mario kart'" He replied, voice elegantly graced with sarcasm.

"Not the weirdest thing you have ever obsessed over." Jeremy shot back with an all omniscient smirk that caused a light rosy blush to flutter on the tan boy's cheeks.

"For the last time, I was never obsessed with the outsiders fan art, I just happened to enjoy the book as a literary classic, and if fan art of two of the cutest characters kissing provided me better insight on the novel, so be it!" He defended. With a slight eye roll as he smirked slightly, confidence oozing back. "Besides, at least I'm not like you and don't yank it when I have extra time on my hands, and, well, you have a lot of free time ma dude."

Jeremy turned brighter red at that. "Stop teasing me for my needs. You have done it, you know its a stress reliever!"

Beat. "Wow Jeremy, I never knew you were so stressed."

"Just shut up already." Jeremy groaned, leaning over and resting his head on Michael's shoulder as he rubbed his eyes, zoning out a bit.

Michael smiled, gently carding his hand through the boy's hair as Jeremy yawned, shifting closer to to Michael. He hardly noticed Michael's gaze at him as he thought. If he were to have looked over, he would be greeted to the sight of pure hopeless love. Michael was smiling one of those admiration filled smiles.

"Whatcha thinking about, Jer?" He asked with a little hum.

Jeremy smiled a bit more conscious now. "Just some random stuff that happened at school this week... Brooke actually talked to me..." he said, looking up at him with a little smile.

"What did she say?" Michael asked with an amused smile, hiding his slight nervousness. If Jeremy started singing Brooke's name, he would flip.

"She was kinda like flirting with me I think... I don't really know or understand, but she seemed kinda flirty and I was just so awkward, but then Chloe was shooting me weird looks and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do..." He rambled, blushing a bit.

Michael bit on his lip a bit, swallowing jealousy like four year old trying to take a medical pill. "I, uh... what do you mean by flirting?"

"Like... she asked me to borrow a pencil and said it was cute or something about how nervous I looked. But by the next class she was back to her usual not knowing who I am self." Jeremy explained with a sigh. "Why are things so complicated, I mean what am I doing wrong if I can't even get my first real kiss?"

Michael turned in a little to face Jeremy, scooting a little closer. "First of all, I'm offended our gym fiasco in the seventh grade didn't count." He joked. "And, I mean, maybe girls are your problem..." He said, shyly biting his lip a bit as he received a questioning look from Jeremy.

"Pfft yeah yeah, so what do you mean, 'girls are my problem'?" He asked, tilting his head to the side a bit.

"All I mean is..." Michael began, shifting so Jeremy could lean on him. "Girls are so... secretive, and confusing..." he began, beginning to play with Jeremy's hair.

"Yeah... they are pretty complicated... but I don't see what you mean..." He stated, confused still.

"Of course you don't, you know what, nevermind." Michael sighed. Why should he even try? He felt like he could scream I love you in Jeremy's ear and all he would get back would be a 'bro smile' and, "Love ya too, dude."

"Hmmm... Mikey?" Jeremy asked. Michael sat up a bit, turning to his best friend as a signal that Jeremy had his attention. "Is it weird that we are in junior year and neither of us have had our first real kiss yet?"

Michael tilted his head a bit thinking. He had never thought of it like that. He always thought his first real kiss was the first time he ever smashed lips and decided to kiss back. He assumed his first kiss was just when Jeremy fell on him. It only now dawned upon him that he had never been intentionally kissed.

But even if it may have been a bit strange, there was no way that he would tell the boy beside him that. "No. Do you?" He asked.

"I don't know... maybe I'm just a bit paranoid..." He decided.

"Well I know how to fix that..." Michael smirked, wiggling an eyebrow. He [not] gracefully rolled off the couch and kneeling down by the TV. He opened the bottom drawer on the burrow of which the TV sat on.

Jeremy rolled his eyes. "Of course." He giggled when Michael took out a little brown box filled with pre-rolled joints. "What's the occasion?"

Surprisingly enough, the two boys didn't smoke together often. Although he trusted Michael and Michael's mother's parenting, he was not a big fan of Jeremy smoking weed. Mr. Heere had told Jeremy that if he gets caught smoking weed, or having smoked he would be punished. The first time it was no laptop for 2 weeks, but as he soon realized this was stressing Jeremy out with homework, not to mention it was quite obvious why Jeremy had to wash his sheets daily, he realized that wouldn't be an option. The next attempt on the list was grounding for one week. As soon as the words Michael, video games, snacks, and money became linked that was a lost cause. So now the punishment was no Michael for two days. Enough time for Jeremy to rethink his actions and regret them without heightning Jeremy's anxiety or depressing either of them.

"I don't know, how about we sum it up to it has been a rough week and why not smoke in my basement." Michael suggested, plopping back on the couch with Jeremy.

"Works for me."

A half hour later, the boys went from idiotic teenagers to idiotic teenager that were high off their asses.

"You would like totally be a water type pokemon dude. You would be, like Gorebyss or something. Cuz Gorebyss is like half dolphin or whatever and you have that weird dolphin fetish or whatever." Michael explained.

Jeremy giggled, "Yeah, you would be a fire type. Maybe Victini, you also have those big eyes. Wide and absolutely adorable." he stated, smiling up at him widely.

"You think my eyes are adorable?" Michael giggled, finishing the joint.

"Shhh! Don't tell your eyes I said that." Jeremy shushed Michael, leaning forward as he did with an intoxicated giggle.

Michael leaned forward with laughter. "Okay, I won't tell them Jer,,," He said, smiling out a sigh. "If heat adds energy to matter to make the state transform and spread apart molecules, then how the fuck does boiling a egg make it hard?"

"Woah... I'm questioning every baked good I have ever eaten..." Jeremy replied, in slight awe and fascination.

"I know, right?" Michael replied. "It's confusing... and how is smell like even a thing... I am very confused."

"Dude! Your like a smart... person right now, but also.. not because your asking questions, but like you're asking all the right... questions, so like, you know what I'm, saying?" Jeremy giggled a little, smiling.

"Yeah kinda..." Michael said. "Oh, here, I got.... another. Would you... ever kiss... me?" He asked, smirking a bit.

"Yeah... totally, dude." Jeremy said, in a slightly stoned sounding voice. He leaned forward, placing his lips on Michael's.

If either of them were in the right state of mind, they would pay more attention to how although both of them were inexperienced, they somehow knew what to do. They would notice the way Michael's bottom lip caught perfectly between Jeremy's like the missing piece to a puzzle. And most importantly, they would think in depth about the most important feeling that kiss brought on... love. They both felt it, but it was too misunderstood in this situation.

For most people, a kiss is a kiss and nothing more. It's the feeling of lips on lips, and occasionally the passion for the person making the experience special. But for the two of them, the kiss felt electric. As if they would be nearly shaking at the amount of pure electric love. But, neither noticed much.

Jeremy lightly moved his lips in sync with Michael's unsure of what was telling him to continue, but loving the instinctive reaction. The kiss went like this. A second or two of stillness, then a tilt of the head and swift kissing motions, sucking on eachothers lips before the stillness returned and the cycle continued.

About 20 seconds after it began, it was over. The boys were staring at each other in awe, and then, they were laughing.

As the laughter calmed down their night continued with no trace of the kiss ever existing, beside the light tingle that stayed on their lips.
