"Manik beta Nandu kaha hai?" My impatient Maa asked me.

"Maa Maine to khud usse subah se nahi dekha. Navya ke room me hi hogi." I said.

"Please beta usse bula kar laa na. Uski help chahiye thi." Maa said.

"Haa maa abhi bulata hu." I said and entered the resort.

Yes, we were in the resort where Cabir and Navya's marriage was going to take place. It was the first day of the marriage functions. The Haldi Ceremony. The ceremony is gonna be held in the garden. The pathway was beautifully decorated and Cabir and Navya's chairs were something extraordinary. Off course it will be after all my princess has done all the arrangements along with her team.

And yes it's true that I haven't seen my girl from morning. In the morning when I woke up, I didn't saw her anywhere in the room. She messaged me that she's leaving as she is going to help Navya in getting ready. And she has still not come out of Navya's room. I don't know aisa kya kar rahi hai that she doesn't even have time to look at me once. I mean I am looking handsome in this outfit yaar.

Anyways now I'll be able to see her. Thanks to my lovely Maa. I reached Navya's room and knocked on the door. Alya opened the door. She looked nice.

"Hey Alya. Nandini andar hai?" I asked her although I knew she was inside.

"Hai to par why are you asking?" She asked back.

"Vo actually ma-" before I could say Mukti came to the door.

"Manik are you getting so desperate to see Nandu that you can't even wait for the ceremony to start?" She asked playfully.

I rolled my eyes.

"Mukti Maa bula rahi hai use. Unhe kuch kaam hai usse." I said.

"Hum kaise maane?" She raised her eyebrows.

"Are but- you know what chuck it." I said to her.

"Princess! Please come out. Maa is calling you." I said loudly so that my baby could hear inside.

"Coming Manik." She said from inside.

I smirked at Mukti and Alya and they just made an angry pout. Then my princess came from behind them. She came in front of me and damn! She looked ethereal. We were twinning.

"Alya just do Navya's last touch-ups please." She said to Alya.

Alya nodded and left. Mukti too went behind her and closed the door. My eyes were still fixed on my girl. She is looking so beautiful.

"Manik!" She snapped her fingers in front of me which brought me out of my staring session.

"Yea-yeah!" I stuttered.

"What happened? Aap thik ho?" She said placing her one hand on my shoulder.

I quickly snaked my arm around her waist and pulled her closer.

"Manik! Aapne jhoot bola. Maa ne nahi bulaya na?" She said narrowing her eyes at me.

I shook my head.

"I'm not lying. Maa actually called you. She had some work but before that let me do my work." I said and smirked at last.

I leaned closer and kissed her cheeks. I moved my lips to her ear all the while brushing my lips to her face. Her hands gripped my shoulders tightly. I loved the way I affected her.

"You look breathtakingly gorgeous babe!" I whispered in her ear and then kissed her earlobe.

She let out a small moan.

"You too look hot Mr.Boyfriend!" She said after composing herself and kissed my cheek.

"Thankyou Miss.Girlfriend!" I said and kissed her forehead.

She smiled and I smiled back.

"Chale ab?" I asked her and she nodded.

We moved out and saw Papa instructing something to Dhruv and Abhi.

And then we saw Maa coming towards us.

"Arey waah meri bachii kitni pyaari lag rahi hai. Nazar na lag jaye kisi ki." Maa said looking at my girl and she just smiled.

"Kaha thi tu?" Maa asked her.

"Maa mai Navya ko ready kar rahi thi." My princess said.

"Achha thik hai par ab mere sath chal. Thoda kaam hai tujhse." Maa said and she nodded and left with her.

I moved to the other gents.

All were standing together and waiting for the star couple to arrive. And then they came. Cabir and Navya looking the best.

Everyone hugged them. Till the time Soha had also arrived. Actually when all the girls were in Navya's room making her ready, Soha went to salon for getting ready by her designer.

Cabir and Navya then sat on their seats. Some ladies were singing and some girls were dancing. The marriage was a private function. The media was not allowed inside.

Firstly Raj and Swara applied haldi to Cabir and then to Navya. All had a beautiful smile on their face. Then Alya and Dhruv applied the haldi. Then Mukti and Abhimanyu applied haldi to the bride and groom. Then Soha went who didn't even took the haldi properly in her hands and just took a little on her finger tips and applied on them as a formality. Then lastly Manik and Nandini went. Manik went to Navya and Nandini went to Cabir. Both took haldi in their hands and looked at each other. Both of them smirked at each other and instead of applying the haldi on Cabir and Navya's cheeks, they messaged the haldi roughly on their whole face and hairs. All started laughing and soon the holi began with the haldi. Everyone running after each other with haldi in their hand.

Nandini was running behind Manik with a bowl of haldi laughing carelessly, she was about to catch him but he bent down and the whole haldi bowl was now on someone's face and dress. The person's face was red with anger. Everyone stopped running and now looking at the person and Nandini. All were having hard time in controlling their laughter even Nandini. But then she reached the limit and couldn't control more and started laughing. Everyone else too started laughing.

"Nandiniii." The person shouted angrily.

"Hahaha so-soryy hahahaha So-Soha hahahhaha!" Nandini said between her laugh.

Yes the person whom the haldi bowl fell on was Soha who was leaving from the garden seeing the haldi fight but to her dismay she got completely drenched in haldi.

Soha saw everyone laughing at her and just stormed from there to her room angrily muttering curses to everyone and mostly to Nandini. As she left everyone laughed even hard. Manik came to Nandini and took her in his embrace.

"God Princess that was something crazy." He said chucking.

Nandini hugged him back.

"I know!" She said giggling.

Soon their couple hug was turned into group hug. Even Raj and Swara were there in the hug. This was their family. Always together.
