Manik's P.O.V

Me and my princess were lying on the bed. We were in the bedroom attached to my cabin. I was back hugging her and smell her hairs when I remembered that she wanted to talk about something. I asked her but she she just hummed and didn't said anything. If I'm not wrong she is hesitating to say something and that's the last thing I want. I don't want my princess to hesitate from me ever. I made her look at my face. I cupped her cheek with my one hand.

"What's wrong?" I asked her seriously.

She didn't said anything. Now she is scaring me. She never behaves like this.

I hugged her tight. She just hid her face in the crook of my neck.

"Ab batao mujhe kya hua hai meri jaan ko?" I asked her lovingly.

"Mujhse ye aur handle nahi ho raha Manik." She said snuggling more into my neck.

"Kya handle nahi ho raha?" I asked her.

"All this hate which I'm receiving because of our relationship." She said and I froze.

I know what she is talking about.

"Manik you know na how our fans are fighting on social media. I thought that it will subside with time but it didn't. Manik your fans are thinking that I'm with you for fame and they have started posting negative about me. Initially I ignored it but now it's getting too much. It's affecting me now. Please do something na Manik!" By the end her voice was choking.

I tightened my grip on her.

"Heyy! Shh.. princess! Don't worry kuch nahi hoga ab. Your Manik will handle everything now. I'm sorry I didn't notice this earlier but now nobody will say anything to you okay!" I said stroking her hairs.

She looked up. Her eyes had unshed tears which were ready to flow down her cheeks. But before they could fall from her eyes I sucked them.

"What will you do?" She asked like a baby.

"Not just me, but us!" I said and she frowned.

"What?" She asked.

"We will have to arrange a press conference and announce our official statement." I said and she nodded.

"When will we keep the conference?" She asked.

"Tomorrow!" I said.

"Ab to khush ho na?" I asked.

And she smiled and hugged me.

"I love you!" She said.

"I love you too but please never be this sad okay! I just want you to be happy princess!" I said honestly.

She looked up and kissed my cheeks.

"If you're with me I can never be sad." She said and I smiled.

She again laid on me. I closed my eyes feeling the moment. She is definitely my peace.

"Manik!" She said still hugging me.

"Hmm" came my reply.

"Aapki meeting ka time ho raha hai." She said and then I remembered I have a meeting to attend.

"Tumhe kaise pata that i have a meeting?" I asked her.

"Sheena told me." She said.

"Ohh yes! How can I forget about your personal spy whom you have appointed for me." I mocked her.

"To aur kya karti mai? Aap kaam me itna busy hojate ho ki apni meals bhi skip kar dete ho so someone should be there na to inform me if you have skipped your meals." She looked up and pouted.

I pecked her pout but then changed my mind and deepened the kiss. After sometime we broke the kiss.

"Now I'll leave and you go to your meeting!" She said and got up.

I kissed her forehead and then she left.

Manik's P.O.V

I was getting ready for the press conference. I know what I have to say. After getting ready I drove to her place for picking her up.

I reached her place and rang the door bell. After 5 seconds she opened the door. She looked beautiful in a white crop top and yellow full length skirt.

"Hey!" I said and hugged her.

"Come in na." She said after breaking the hug.

"No actually the press meet is about to start so we need to leave early." I said and she nodded.

She went inside and brought her phone. She then locked her house and we left in my car. I was driving when she rested her head on my shoulder.

"Nervous?" I asked.

"How can I be nervous when I have The Manik Malhotra with me." She said.

"Yeah right!" I said and both of us laughed.

"Don't worry I'll handle everything." I said and kissed her hairs.

"I know love!" She said.

Soon we reached the venue of the press meet. Our bodyguards escorted us to the stage. We both entered hand-in-hand. She was little scared but I didn't leave her hand. We both got settled down on our seats.

"Good morning everyone! Today this press meet is arranged for making a special announcement. To shut all the rumors, I would like to confirm that yes me and Nandini are in a happy relationship." I said and the hall filled with murmurs.

"If you people have any questions, you can ask." I said further.

"Nandini Ma'am what are your thoughts about this relationship? Are you happy the way Manik sir said?" One of the reporters asked.

I looked at her and blinked my eyes. She smiled in return.

"First of all a very good morning everyone! And the answer to your question is that yes I'm very happy with our relationship as my beloved boyfriend said." She said emphasizing the word boyfriend.

I smirked looking at her and to my shock, she smirked back. She looked sexy with that smirk. If I wasn't surrounded by so many people, I would have kissed the hell out of her.

"My question is for both of you. You both must be knowing about the fight going on social media between both of your's fans. So what do you have to say about it?" Another reporter asked.

"Yes we both very well know how our fans are fighting among themselves on social media. And believe me, neither me nor Nandini appreciates it. The fight is okay but posting negative stuff about Nandini is not okay. To all my fans I'm requesting please stop it. If you all love me then please accept Nandini also. She's a great human being. Just give her a chance and she'll win your heart." I said genuinely.

"Manik sir what if the fans didn't stop." One reporter said.

"Then they are not my fans. I remember yesterday she came to me and said that all this negativity is now bothering her and she cried in my arms. And trust me that's the last thing I want, hell I never want that. I cannot see tears in her eyes. And if they come, then I'll not leave the person who is behind it. Abhi to pyaar se bola hai but agar ab kisine Nandini ke bare me kuch bhi galat bola to trust me Manik Malhotra se bura koi nahi hoga. I'll bury you alive if you say anything about my Nandini. Don't forget now she's Manik Malhotra's girl." I said looking straight in her eyes. Her eyes had unshed tears. I signaled her not to cry with my eyes.

"Manik sir, your fans are asking for the proof that you both love each other." One bloody reporter asked.

How bloody dare he ask that. He wants me to prove my love for my princess. I would have killed him right now but his question was not only his but all our fan's. I very well know what to do. I stood up and held Nandini's hand. I made her stand up and slammed my lips on hers. Her eyes widen. She was about to back out but I held her waist from one hand and started drawing circles on her waist. It somehow relaxed her and she started responding back.

I broke the kiss after feeling her breathless. I then kissed her forehead. I then looked at the bloody morons sitting with wide eyes in front of us. All the cameras were clicking our pictures but I don't care.

"Although we don't need to prove our love to others but still I guess it's clear now that we love each other because I don't think so that the best singer and the best designer would kiss anyone in front of the whole world if it was just a fling. The press meet is over!" I said and entwined our hands and left with her.

We both entered inside my car and I started driving. I stopped the car when we reached an isolated road.

His acting and his looks damn!🥺❤🙈😭 And the cherry on the cake he came live today! Wauuuuuuu!🙈😍 He showed his vanity and introduced his friends from the sets of hero! I felt so happy today!

And guys one more thing. Today is the birthday of a very kind-hearted and amazing human being. He is the best actor and will always be. Nobody can ever take his place. He gave bollywood some of the best movies. His positive attitude always keeps his fans happy even after his demise. Yes! He is no more. The person I'm talking about is the greatest actor SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT. Today is his 35th birthday.

You must be wondering why did I used 'is' and not 'was' in the last paragraph. It is because though Sush is not with us physically but his soul, his memories and his smile will forever be in our hearts❤ I don't know about others but for me he will always have a special place in my heart. I still remember when for the first time I saw him in MS Dhoni. His smile was the thing for which I saw that movie thrice in a row. And let's not talk about Kedarnath and Chhichhore because both these movies have a separate fan base.

Today I just wanna say, "Sush it's good that you left this world because this cruel world didn't deserve an angel like you💯"

Lastly I will just end this with one of my favorite quote from my favorite person.
