"Sir! Sir!" The doctor looks down as they see a little 'boy' with three little girls strapped to their back, but the problem seems to be the little boy in their arms.

"Hello there, son. What can this doctor do for you?" He asked them as he will be needing the very much information.

"My little brother was born when my triplet little sisters was four and I've just noticed signs of something wrong today! They should be acting and playing like a four-year-old, but they fully weren't! I think something's wrong with the development of the brain!" The child said making the doctor to nod and gentle take the child form them.

The eldest sits in a chair as the three sisters asleep making them to move them to their front as they wait for news making them to leave a note where their mother can find them as they wait for the doctor to come back with news on their little brother. They fall asleep two hours in where they were as their mother shows up five hours later.

"Ah, you must be the mother of this young lad." The doctor said as he holds the little brother in his arms.

"Yes, I am. What's going on, doctor?" She asked as this is not normal and Ry came for support may they get confused as the husband and father of the four.

"Your eldest came to the hospital with very concern looked on his face. His brother was suppose to play and act like a three-year-old and they weren't." She flinched as that's not a good thing.

"At least he went for medical help and left a note. Probably went to the hospital to make sure it's nothing deadly or a huge crisis to be on the safe side." Ry said as Low nods making the doctor to chuckle.

"Well, nothing like that is wrong with the little one, so don't worry about it. But the problem is that he has Autistic, ADHD and Dyslexia and the sign of pseudobulbar affect (PBA)."

"What's that?" The eldest said as they woke up and rub at their eyes with their triplet sisters are still asleep.

"Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disability caused by differences in the brain. People with ASD often have problems with social communication and interaction, and restricted or repetitive behaviors or interests. People with ASD may also have different ways of learning, moving, or paying attention.

People with ADHD may have trouble paying attention, controlling impulsive behaviors (may act without thinking about what the result will be), or be overly active. Although ADHD can't be cured, it can be successfully managed and some symptoms may improve as the child ages.

Dyslexia is a learning disorder that involves difficulty reading due to problems identifying speech sounds and learning how they relate to letters and words (decoding). Also called a reading disability, dyslexia is a result of individual differences in areas of the brain that process language.

PBA, It's short form, is frequent, involuntary and uncontrollable outbursts of crying or laughing that are exaggerated or not connected to your emotional state. Laughter often turns to tears. Your mood will appear normal between episodes, which can occur at any time." The doctor said as Ry takes the three sisters gently as the eldest walks to their mother.

"Sleep, we'll take over from here." They fall back to sleep as they lean into their mother with Ry holding him up for her.

"Antidepressants for the treatment of PBA are typically prescribed at doses lower than are those used to treat depression. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide and quinidine sulfate (Nuedexta). This is the only medication approved by the Food and Drug Administration that is designed to specifically treat PBA.
