It had already been a few weeks since Rui had came over and cured me of my boredom. After that day, I had felt better than ever! We were all there discussing the show Honoka and I were going to be in.

"Maybe it should have something to do with the book Honoka is writing! Maybe we could put our story in that world..." I suggested.

Emu nodded and jumped up and down. "That sounds wonderhoy! We should do that!!" She squealed.

My mind was flooding with ideas, specifically about the faries in her book. They would always get up to some silly shenanigans. "What if a fairy girl fell in love with a human boy, but her parents disapproved because he was human and they thought him to be terribly ugly."

Rui had his thinking face on. "That sounds like a good idea. It could also get more people to buy Honoka's book once she publishes it." He said.

I kept thinking of more and more things. "Oh! The fairy girl also has a best friend, but when her friend finds out about her human boyfriend she leaves her. If we use this idea we should make it as funny as possible." When I finally stopped talking, I smiled, awating opinions.

Tsukasa smiled back at me. "Well, it's the story you're going to be in. Why don't we use your idea? It would be good for Honoka's book too."

Everybody agreed upon the idea of the human boy and fairy girl, and got to work. I ended up accidentally taking a nap on one of the benches so I don't know half of what went on, I just remember waking up and Rui was sitting next to me, everyone had a script and they were all practicing. Just how long had I been asleep?!

"When did I fall asleep?!" I quickly sat up in a panic, knocking the mysterious pillow I had under my head onto the ground. "Where did that pillow come from?!" I screamed.

Rui turned to look at me, he smiled. "Ah, you're finally awake! Tsukasa gave you that pillow while you were asleep." He finger-combed my messy hair down.

Emu ran off of the stage and plopped herself down next to me. "You get to be the fairy girl and Rui is the human boy!!! Isn't that exciting?! You have the leading role!" I knew she wasn't only excited because I had the lead role, but because my character would have to confess to Rui's.

My face turned completely red. Oh well, today I was feeling extra good! I felt like I could do almost anything. "W-wow! Emu, who are you playing as?" I asked her as I picked up the pillow from the ground.

"I get to be the mommy fairy, and Tsukasa is the daddy fairy!" Emu looked extra excited. She leaned in close to me and whispered in my ear. "I want to turn our friendship into something very lovey-dovey!" She squeaked quietly. I was surrounded by Tsukasa lovers!!

I could hear Honoka angrily muttering to herself, sitting on the stage pouting. "I wanted Emu's role..."

I happily clapped for Emu. "That's great! Who do Nene and Honoka get to be?" I questioned.

The joyful pink haired girl seemed to be becoming more and more excited about this show by the second. "Honoka is the friend, and Nene is a random spectator who says funny stuff sometimes!"

Rui patted me on the head. "Did you rest well last night? You were in a deep sleep." He looked slightly worried for me.

"Mm... I kept waking up and falling back asleep." I was still a little bit drowsy, and Rui's voice was way too calming. "Rui, your voice makes me sleepier. I need Tsukasa to yell in my ear or something..." I mumbled.

As if on cue, Tsukasa noticed I had awoken and ran over to me. "Setsuko! You're awake!! You slept for quite a while... are you okay?" His facial expression looked worried.

Suddenly I was wide awake, I stared at him blankly for a moment or two. "I'm okay! Don't worry, Tsukasa!" I smiled joyfully.

We all started rehearsing, Honoka kept forgetting her lines because she was too busy staring at Tsukasa with a confused look of terror on her face. Rui kept having loudly clap his hands to get her attention, over and over again. I had tried to avoid it by saying to do every scene without the human, but that one part where the human and the fairy met came before I knew it.

"ああ、親愛なる私へ！なんと美しい女の子だろう...とても優しくてとても壊れやすい。まるで小さな妖精のよう。" Rui exclaimed, a smirk on his face.

I quickly turned to face Rui and angrily walked towards him, waving my arms around. "とても美しく、まるで妖精のようです！何とか何とか何とか！" I scoffed. "私は妖精です！盲目の愚か者よ..." I stopped talking. He continuted to stare down at me, smirking. I bowed my head. "ああ...す、ごめんなさい。"

Emu was silently spectating. "キス！キス！キス！" She quietly chanted and squealed.

Rui leaned in closer. "そうならないでください。" He told me reassuringly, then cupped my cheek with his hand and kissed me.

Emu screamed for joy, jumping up into the air. "はい！ ！" She exclaimed loudly

It lasted somewhere around three seconds before I pulled myself away as fast as I possibly could. My heart had stopped beating, and when it started again it was pounding hard. I tried to say my next lines, but my brain wouldn't think. "あなたは――そんなことはできません！私..." My hands were all sweaty and I was shaking.

"Hehehehe!" Rui seemed to be giggling uncontrollably and he was blushing a lot. That was something I'd never seen before. His facial expression made him look almost like he was insane.

Tsukasa looked concerned. "何？！！" He shouted.

Nene was almost pale. Her eyes were wide and she was nervously playing with her fingers. "変人たちに囲まれてる..." She sighed.

Something felt terribly wrong, but I didn't know exactly what. I had been feeling super happy that day, but in an instant I felt this strange impending doom. "Rui... I'm scared." I timidly mumbled to him.

"Why are you scared? What's wrong? I'm sorry..." It seemed Rui had gotten the idea that I was afraid of him.

Suddenly I felt the whole world spinning, I was sure I was going to die. We all started screaming, Tsukasa the loudest. I held tight onto Rui, I didn't want to die yet! I opened my eyes and I was in a unfamilliar place, there was chaos everywhere I looked. Unusual creatures everywhere... elves, people with cat ears, dragons, the list goes on. It was horrifying.

A young lady brown hair, green eyes, cat ears and a tail pointed at me. She was fighting some monsters with disturbing appearances. "Hey, that must be another version of me! HEY ME, STAY SWAGGY!!!" She shouted at me.

I burst into tears, gripping onto Rui as tight as I could. "Rui! I love you!" I screeched, convinced I was going to die.

Rui held me tight. "もう知ってたよ、節子！" He said, trying to stay calm. It seemed like he had forgotten I didn't know Japanese, but then he remembered. "I know you love me, Setsuko! I've just been waiting for you to tell me." Unfortunately, I couldn't hear him over the madness. He kissed me again, and then we were back home.

My stomach was tied into a knot, I was so confused and felt frozen in place.

Rui kissed me again, and we were back at that horrible place. "Hmm... interesting." He sounded unrealistically calm. He kissed me again, we were home. Then again, we were back at that hellhole.

The laughter of an insane man wearing a cloak filled my ears, "What a joyous day this will be! The final day, the end! FOR EVERYBODY!" He cackled again.

"Why?! W-why... I loved you! I swear to God, I love you!!!" The brunette cat lady that was supposedly me said to the unhinged man with much desperation in her voice. "Please... Fandaniel..." She dropped down to her knees before him, and sobbed.

Rui and I were dropped back into the world we came from. I cried into his chest, I was deeply distressed and I was more than sure everybody else was too. "I love you..."

"I know, I know. I love you too." Rui told me, trying to comfort me. His voice was trembling.

I hadn't heard him the first time around, so this information was new to me. "Huh?!"
