~~Back during the war~~

There was loads of bodies piled up one after the other, blood all over the place as many people have lost their lives during this war. Alton was standing there holding onto his sword which was stuck in the ground leaning on it as support and out of breath.

"My lord are you okay? Do you need a rest?" Arther asked him worried.

Alton got up standing up straight and looked at the scene in front of him. He shock his head at the words he had heard and looked dead ahead. Releasing his sword from the ground. "Let's get this over with so we can go home. We've been here for a year already." Alton spoke up.

He noticed some of the enemies men charging towards him, so he started to run into battle, as he done before without even considering what would happen to his own life. He slashed and slaughtered the men that was before him. "Tch, your being too reckless brat. Why the hell are you making yourself go through all this? You have just denied that bastard's request!" Ryuu said to Alton while healing him.

"Yeah and if I did, he'd probably do something wrose to everyone in that estate. I come back alive and I will be able to take over that estate! I'll protect everyone from that man!" Alton said while getting up after he was healed.

Alton walked over to the small group that was about too attack, him, Cody, Lloyd and Elexis started to attack. They managed to defeat the small group because they out numbered them.

"At this rate my lord, you'll be able to come back a hero!" Elexis said with a smile.

Alton gave a small laugh and looked at her as she said that to him. "I'm not looking to be a hero. I'm not interested in any of that. I'm just doing what I was simply told to do." Alton stated with a smile on his face. Then turned to the others that was behind him. "Now then, let's move onto plan B! Me, Arther, Ryuu and Lloyd will infiltrate the enemy base, as soon as we do and you all can see that we have taken down their defences all of you attack with everything you got! This is no time to back down!" Alton ordered the men.

"Yessir!" They all replied in unison.

Alton was already a force to reckoned with on the battlefield earning the title "God of death" already. Alton looked around and noticed that there was a red spider lily that was blooming around the whole place, he smiled and looked forward. Noticing the whole scene was just covered in blood.

All this bloodshed, for what?
I had to kill loads of men,
Loads of families have lost their husbands and fathers, all thanks too this meaningless war.

Alton sighed and looked back towards the others nodding his head giving the signal that it was now time to move out. All of them separated and went to their stations when they finally and quietly got too the enemy base.

Alton looked around and noticed that there was six defence Mage's on their side. "Signal that there are six over here and ask them how many there are over there." Alton spoke quietly.

Lloyd nodded his head and done as he was asked too. He signalled Elexis saying what he was told to say and that's when Elexis signalled back to him. "She said that there are six over there too, so that's twelve in total my lord." Lloyd spoke quietly.

Alton nodded his head at the small report he was just told. That's when he gave the signal for the attacker to start charging, however, before Alton could even make one move he was shot with an arrow. . .

Through the chest, and went down.
