Alton looked back at him smiling as he moved his eyes and gaze towards his mother as well. "They already are talking about me. I don't care what they do. I certainly don't care what they say either, Clayton my top priority is my new home and the staff that's helping to run it. That's all. Everyone else I couldn't care less about yet." He spoke up.

Clayton looked at him still amazed and shocked at what he was saying. However when he finally snapped out of it he noticed something that his young lord had said to him. "wait what do you mean yet?" Clayton asked.

Alton glanced back at him and smirked, the kind of smirk that you can't tell if someone is nice guy or not, however it soon turned into a smile as he looked at the two that was with him. "Obviously I'm going to make our family one of the most powerful on this planet. I plan to make it great." Alton said, giving a small smile.

"You certainly know how to dream big my lord." Clayton said to him.

Clayton gave a small laugh at what his butler said to him just now, he nodded his head and then looked at him. "That's true I do, but there is something different between my dreams and others. Is that I'm going to make mine a reality. I'll gain allies and people that I can really trust." Alton said to Clayton.

Clayton smiled and nodded his head as they was walking he had no doubt that Alton would actually do it. Right now they was walking down the halls they didn't have long before the king started to make his speech so Alton was going to do exactly what he said he was going to do. Lloyd Elis Mernant, I know the Elis Mernant family is home of some of the top "shields".

The Elis Mernant family is known as Shields as they have the most skilled defence magic power ever. Alton walked over and stood next to Lloyd once again. Lloyd looked at him and in shock and stood up Straight. "My young lord? Is there something you need?" Lloyd asked him.

Alton looked at the guy Infront of him and nodded his head as he made eye contact with him. "Yes, I believe we can help eachother here." Alton said to him.

This intrigued the young count, he stood there waiting for what Alton had to say to him. "I know normally you wouldn't want anything to do with an Illegitimate child, however I think if we work together we can make things work." Alton said to him.

"How about we meet up somewhere else to discuss this? After all the king will be coming out any minute now to give his speech, for his birthday." Alton said to him.

Lloyd looked at him and smirked as he nodded his head to his words. Not even a minute later the king walked out. Eyes as gold as the sun and hair as silver as the moon. Everyone looked at him as they was waiting for his speech to take in place.

"I thank you all for coming to celebrate my birthday! I see so many noble and dignified families before me and I am pleased you all could make it and come in one peace. Please relax and enjoy the rest of the days here as you celebrate to your heart's content!" The king said to everyone in the room at the time.

celebrate the rest of the days? Yeah right as soon as the party actually begins I'm gone. I ain't one for parties and my father shouldn't say anything about it since he normally disappears as well.

After the king finished his speech he walked back into the room he was already in, not before making eye contact with Alton, this confused the young lord but he shrugged it off as a fact of it being a coincidence.
