Dear Rosalie

Your life was so short I never met you but I feel for you child. It's very hard especially for children to go through what you had to deal with, such a beautiful girl like you didn't deserve this torture. I wished I could've helped you. But it's very late now but thanks to you I found out I wanted to help people like you my dream of becoming a police officer will come true and hopefully we could find a way to make sure something so horrible can be avoided. I never could think anyone could be so heartless especially children I can't even keep the tears back, Rosalie I will always remember you, you beautiful child.
