Kylee knocked on the door, shifting her feet side to side, waiting. 

"Hurry up," she muttered. "I don't have all day!"

The door opened. Lily standing with a confused look on her face.

"Kai sent me."

With those words, Lily shushed her. "Let's go to my room."

In her room, Lily bounced on the bed. "I assume he's told you about the light thing." She stuck out her tongue, seeming bored. "Do you have it too? He said it would only be a matter of time before someone nearby realized it. Nice to meet you too. What do you have? Is it wind? That would be a cool light. Show me your tricks!"

"Slow down! I'm ice." And just for emphasis, Kylee twisted her hand and, eyes glowing, ice floated on her fingertips. "What are you?"

Lily's light seafoam eyes glowed, and with the power in her sparking, turned electric blue. Lightning fizzed beneath her fingers. A light seemed to radiate from her. 

And then she stopped.

"Sorry, I don't like to hold it for long. Anyways, I suppose Kai has told you to ask me to explain it cause he's busy. So the first thing is that it's called light, in case you didn't know that already. Do you know what it's called? "

Kylee tried to reply with a yes, but Lily kept talking.

"So yeah. There's a group of us, but Kai only knows me, you, himself, and one other person. Anyways, he doesn't know what we are here for, he just knows that we have this power. You can communicate with us at night by pressing your left hand against the wall closest to the majority of your bed. Then you can talk to us like a normal conversation. Oh, yeah, the power is also mainly in your left hand, but if you try you could get it on your right hand too. You got that?"

"Yeah."

"Okay. Talk to me and Kai tonight. Talk to you later!"
