PIPELINE

9:45 am

Peering through the glass doors, Team Flash looked at Nora in her cell. A deafening silence fell upon them as they stared each other down.

"What?" asked Nora annoyed.

"Why did you do it?" asked Barry.

"I was just trying to be like you," replied Nora innocently.

Scrunching his eyebrows Barry looked at Nora like she was crazy. "What do you think it means to be like me?" asked Barry waiting for her answer.

"I was only trying to help," explained Nora. "I thought that maybe Henry could use some help with his mission. So I decided to help him out," smiled Nora hoping that they would believe that she did it out of the kindness of her heart.

"And erasing him from existence is helping," said Harry sarcastically.

"I didn't intend for that to happen," lied Nora.

"Sure you didn't,"  said Harry glaring at Nora who stared back at him to shut up. He didn't like her one bit.

"Relax guys," said Iris noticing the tension in the room. "Nora was only trying to help," said Iris, taking her daughter's side who smiled back in triumph.

"Well if she wanted to intervene she should have notified Henry," argued Caitlin glaring at Nora.

"Well maybe she wanted to prove herself, unlike Henry," said Iris looking at Caitlin. She was tired of everyone thinking Henry was better than Nora.

Opening her mouth Caitlin was about to give Iris a peace of her mind when Barry interrupted them. "Guys stop," said Barry raising his arms up in the air. "Fighting won't solve this," said Barry looking between the two.

"Let's just go and wait for Henry to return back in the Cortex," said Barry walking out of the pipeline. Watching him leave, the rest of the team began to dispense until it was only Caitlin. Taking a step forward Caitlin stood in front of Nora's cell.

"If you think killing me is going to get rid of me so easily, think again," growled Caitlin before closing the pipeline doors and making her way out.

SPEED FORCE

In a flash of yellow and light-blue lighting, Henry jumped out of a breach slamming his fist onto the ground. Standing up Henry strode over to the circular chair in the middle of the room.

"We need to talk," said Henry, making his presence known.

"What about?" asked the speed force hanging upside down from the chair in the form of Cisco Ramon.

"Nora," stated Henry standing in front of it.

Groaning the speed force sat up. "What did she do this time?" asked the speed force.

Tapping on his futuristic tech bracelet Henry pulled up the new article he had discovered on Caitlin's death.

"Yikes," winced the speed force Cisco. "You can't really put anything past that girl," said Cisco shaking his head.

"Yeah. Well she deliberately messed with the timeline I tried to fix," grumbled Henry looking at the floor shaking his head. How could I be so careless, thought Henry running a hand through his hair as he took a seat on a chair that materialized out of thin air.

"And I'm guessing you came all the way here to ask if you can have more time," said the speed force as realization dawned on it. Nodding his head, Henry confirmed the speed force's suspicion.

Looking at the young man the speed force felt sympathy for him. He was just trying to do the right thing and his mentally unstable sister ruined it.

"Ok," replied the speed force nodding its head after a while making Henry look up.

"Wait? That's it?" said Henry, surprised that he didn't have to do much convincing.

"Yeah," said speed force Cisco waving its hand in the air dispensing the hologram. "We have faith in you to finish this job. So take as much time as you need. No more time limit," added the speed force. They trusted Henry to get the job done. He was their top asset after all.

Standing up abruptly Henry nervously smoothed a hand through his hair. "Wow! Well um, thank you," said Henry gratefully. "Should I, uh, bring Nora here or..." trailed off Henry looking at the speed force for an answer.

"Keep her there," said the speed force secretly smirking thinking that would be interesting. "But make sure you keep an eye on her and track her every movement," warned the speed force so an incident like this wouldn't happen again.

"I will. For sure," said Henry nodding his head in agreement.

Standing up, speed force Cisco made his way towards Henry. Looking down at him, Henry stared into the speed force's piercing white eyes. Lightning coursed around the orbs radiating the power the speed force holds. If you were to look closely you would be able to see your future from start to finish.

"Well it looks like you have a mission to finish, Pursuit," the speed force says pulling Henry out of his thoughts.

Nodding his head in respect Henry turned around to leave. "Henry," called the speed force stopping him in his tracks. "Be careful," warned the speed force.

Looking at the speed force Henry nodded his head before disappearing in a flash. Walking over to his throne the speed force took a seat. A bowl of popcorn appeared in the speed force's hand as it watched the screen showing Henry running towards Star Labs.

"This should be fun," smirked the speed force, smiling to itself as it happily indulged in it's popcorn.

CORTEX

5:00 pm

Gathered along the Cortex, Caitlin began to pace back and forth nervously. She was worried. Knowing that Henry no longer existed was nerve reckoning. Thanks to Nora they are now living in a new time paradox. She was scared that Henry might not come back. That he would disappear in thin air before she even got to say her goodbye. Closing her eyes Caitlin prayed that Henry would return back.

Suddenly a gust of wind came from behind her drawing her attention. Turning around Caitlin came face to face with her son in his super suit.

"Henry," exclaimed Caitlin, throwing her arms around her son, engulfing him in a hug. Stumbling back a little Henry caught his mother in his arms. Confused by her actions Henry slowly reciprocated the hug.

"Your here," sniffled Caitlin in the hug as tears ran down her face. He was still here. In her arms, alive, she thought as she sighed in relief. Clutching onto him tighter Caitlin held onto Henry thinking he would disappear if she were to let go.

"I'm right here mom. I'm right here. I'm ok," said Henry running a soothing hand down her back sensing her worry.

Whipping away her tears Caitlin pulled back from the hug. "I thought you would disappear," said Caitlin with her voice cracking at the end as she gazed at her son.

"Well the speed force decided to spare my life. I am their favorite after all," joked Henry, trying to cheer her up.

"So what did they say?" inquired Harry looking at the young speedster.

"The speed force has agreed to give me more time. Which means I will be extending my stay here in Central City," smiled Henry, turning towards the team.

"What?! That's great!" exclaimed Caitlin embracing Henry in a hug glad to get to spend more time with her son. Overwhelmed with emotions the rest of the team except for Iris joined in on the hug.

"Fantastic," said Iris with a tight-lipped smile.

"That's great Henry," smiled Barry as they pulled away from the hug.

"Yeah it is," smiled Henry to himself. "So..." stretched out Henry. "I was thinking. That since I will be staying here longer maybe we could fight crime together," inquired Henry looking at his father. "You know, going on missions and stuff," added Henry, bouncing on his heels in excitement.

Looking at his son Barry was taken aback. Don't get him wrong he adored Henry, he just wasn't too sure that he was ready to go out on missions. "I mean," began Barry at a loss for words. "I don't know," Barry continued honestly as Henry frowned. "It's just, I'll have to train you to see where you are at," clarified Barry.

"OK," said Henry shaking his head in understanding. "How about tomorrow morning, say 7 ish?" inquired Henry.

With everyone's eyes trained on him Barry felt like if he were to decline Henry's request there will be a lot of alarms raised. So pulling himself together Barry agreed. "Sure. Tomorrows fine," said Barry hesitantly.

"Great!" smiled Henry excitedly that he was going to be able to work with his father. He didn't think that he would get the time because of his mission, but since he will be staying here longer he has all the time in the world.

"What about Nora?" asked Iris, making everyone look at her. "Are you just gonna leave her in the pipeline or what?" said Iris glaring at Henry.

Looking at Iris, Henry was taken aback by her sudden coldness. "I haven't decided yet," shrugged Henry still debating what to do with her. "You'll just have to wait and see," said Henry before strolling out of the Cortex towards the pipeline.

PIPELINE

Scanning his palm over the machine the pipeline doors opened to reveal Nora who was sat in a corner of her cell.

"Took you long enough," said Nora standing up. "I was beginning to wonder where you went," said Nora glaring at her stepbrother through the glass.

"Just be glad that I didn't drag your ass back into the speed force," spoke Henry angrily.

"Aww what's the matter Henry?" taunted Nora. "Angry that you can't fix a simple event," smirked Nora knowing that would get to him.

Controlling his anger Henry looked back at his step-sister. "Can you do me a favor.." said Henry looking at Nora who tilted her head to the side awaiting his answer, "shut up," exclaimed Henry causing the smirk to fall off her face.

"Now, as I was saying," began Henry typing on the machine located at the side of the pipeline, opening the cell door. "The speed force has given me more time to fix your mess. They even gave you the privilege of staying here under one request," said Henry, taking a step towards her.

"And that is?" asked Nora with an eyebrow raised.

"That I monitor your movement," replied Henry before tapping at his futuristic tech  bracelet. Adjusting the cuffs from his  bracelet Henry sent a signal to Nora's cuffs causing a jolt to go through her body.

"What the hell?!" exclaimed Nora looking down at the cuffs.

"I just reinforced the tracking device on your bracelet," informed Henry. "From now on I will be tracking your every movement. You will have to inform me or someone on the team about your whereabouts at all times. Otherwise you leave me with no choice but to send an electric shock throughout your body like I did when you tried to hurt my mother," said Henry standing inches away from her face. "And we wouldn't want a repeat of that again. Would we?" questioned Henry darkly tilting his head to the side.

Thinking back to the event that happened a couple of days ago Nora shook in fear at the thought of it. "No," said Nora shaking her head.

"Good," replied Henry. "You will have to report where you go at ALL times. Even if you are stepping out for a second. Is that understood?" asked Henry.

"Yes," answered Nora.

"And don't ever think of pulling a stunt like that again," growled Henry. "Or you'll have to be dealing with me. And believe me Nora," said Henry in disgust. "You wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of one of Pursuit's punishments," Henry threatened.

Hearing that Nora let a gasp pass through her lips as stood there in fear. She had heard about 'Pursuit's tortures' in her time. He used brutal and inhuman methods. 'Pursuit' would hunt down and track speedsters who were wanted by the speed force, punching them into a plump before sucking the life out of them (Henry got a little carried away when taking up the mantle of Pursuit. Often taking his anger of what happened to his mother on his opponents, making other speedsters fear him).

She didn't want that to be her faith too. So with a heavy sigh Nora nodded her head. It was pointless trying to mess with the timeline, Henry was always one step ahead of her.

Looking at her Henry straightened up proudly knowing that he had won. "Don't make me regret this," said Henry closing the cell and making his way out with Nora following reluctantly behind him.

CORTEX

Entering the Cortex, Iris ran towards Nora engulfing her in a hug.

"Nora, are you OK?" asked Iris, looking her over for injuries which had started to heal thanks to her super-healing.

"I'm fine mom," said Nora brushing her off.

Clearing his throat Henry caught the attention of everyone in the room. "I have decided to let Nora out of the pipeline under one condition," said Henry as everyone looked at him. "She must report her whereabouts at all time to either me or a member of Team Flash, otherwise I will have her sent to the speed force," informed Henry.

"Is that understood?" asked Henry as everyone nodded their head in understanding. They all had to keep an eye on Nora so that an event like that won't be repeated.

"Good," said Henry nodding his head as everyone began to fall out, slowly leaving the Cortex until it was just Barry, Iris, Nora, Caitlin, and Henry.

Turning towards her daughter Iris ran a soothing hand down the side of her arm. "How about we go home?" asked Iris as Nora nodded her head in answer. Turning around Iris shared a look with Barry telling him she was taking Nora home.

As the pair began to exit the Cortex, Barry walked towards his son. "I'll keep an eye on her," assured Barry slowly following Iris and Nora.

With it just being him and his mother Henry turned towards her. Caitlin looked in Henry's direction hugging herself. She looked lost in her thoughts. Slowly, Henry made his way towards her.

"Hey," said Henry, bringing her back to the present. "I'm gonna fix this, ok. I won't let that heading become a reality," said Henry running a soothing hand down her arm. "I'm gonna do everything in my power to save you," said Henry with confidence in his blue-green eyes. He wasn't going to lose her again.

Looking at her son Caitlin sighed in relief. "I know you will. I have complete faith in you Henry," smiled Caitlin. She knew if anyone could fix this, it would be Henry.

Smiling back at her Henry wrapped an arm around her shoulder. "Let's go home," said Henry, leading her out of the Cortex.
