"I'm fine mom," sighed Henry. "There's nothing to worry about," Henry said not wanting to talk about it.

"Henry," Barry said gently taking a step towards his son. "Caitlin told me that you have been having these nightmares for a while. That it has been happening ever since you got here," Barry attempted to get Henry to open up.

"Dad," said Henry closing his eyes. "I said...I'm fine," stretched out Henry. It was a sensitive subject to talk about.

"You're not fine, Henry," replied Caitlin making Henry look at her. "Tossing and turning on the couch, shaking in your sleep, waking up in the middle of the night screaming," listed out Caitlin taking in a breath, "It's not normal".

"I can tell that something is wrong with you Henry. I can see it in your eyes," said Caitlin walking over towards Henry who had tears pooling in his eyes. "Please open up to me Henry. I can't help you if you don't," pleaded Caitlin. Closing his eyes Henry took a breath in as he remembered how it all began...................................

*FLASHBACK-November 19,2040*

Holding his mother's lifeless body in his hand Henry rushed to Star Labs.

"Somebody help!!" yelled Henry as a disheveled Harry who had been asleep came running in.

"Henry, what happened?" asked Harry noticing the blood on his suit.

"Nora stabbed mom. I need you to help me assist her wound," Henry lays his mother on the hospital bed. Turning on the different machines, Harry began to attach different wires onto Caitlin as Henry put pressure on her wound. Seeing the meta cuff still on his mother's hand, Henry ripped it off allowing Caitlin to use Frost's power to heal herself. Removing the towel from her stomach Henry began to use his powers to heal her faster. Rushing into the room, Joe looked around the Cortex.

"I got the notification. What seems to be the problem?" asked Joe approaching the medical bay. Seeing Caitlin bleeding on the medical bed, Joe sucked in a breath. "No," Joe watched the woman he treated like a daughter.

Suddenly Caitlin's started to flat-line. "No," Henry breathed looking at the monitor. "Quick Harry pass me the crash cart," ordered Henry as he started to do chest compression.

"Come on mom, come on," prayed Henry.

"There charged," said Harry handing the panels to Henry.

"Clear," said Henry shocking his mother. Watching as his mother's body jolted up from the electrical shock Henry glanced at the heart monitor hoping for a pulse. Seeing a pulse Henry sighed in relief. His hands were shaking rapidly in fear.

Setting the panels down Henry picked up a needle. Walking over towards his mother Henry was going to stitch the wound on her cheek. Inching the needle closer towards her face, Henry's hand began to shake as his eyes built up with tears.

"Henry," said Harry stopping his action by grabbing onto his hand. "I got it." Nodding his head Henry passed Harry the needle before moving aside allowing him to have room to work (Harry's a doctor too. He decided to become one to help Caitlin).

"Come on son," said Joe leading a shell shocked Henry out of the medical bay. Walking into the Cortex Henry began to shake overcomed by the fear of losing her. Hugging his grandson, Joe tried to calm Henry down. As Henry began to calm down Caitlin started to flat-line again.

"MOMMMM!!!!!" cried Henry trying to run towards her but Joe held him back. He felt too weak to move from his spot. Grabbing the defibrillator Harry shocked Caitlin again.

"Mom, please mom, please," said Henry with his voice cracking at the end as he heard her flat-line ring throughout the Cortex.

A gust of wind suddenly blew in the Cortex as a very distressed Barry Allen stood in the middle of the Cortex with his suit on. Looking around the room, Barry's eyes locked on the medical bay wing that held his wife who was bleeding out to death.

"Caitlin," breathed out Barry as a tear ran down his face......

----------------------------------------

....."How is she?" asked Barry looking at Harry.

"She's fine," assured Harry. "But," paused Harry looking between the two speedsters. I'm sorry," Harry said sadly looking up at Barry and Henry, "but she has fallen into a coma"......

------------------------------------------

"Henry if you guys are playing hide and seek again I think hiding the twins at my house is a little too extreme," said Cisco walking into the Cortex with the twins in his arms.

Stopping in his tracks Cisco looked at the medical bay to see Caitlin laying down on one of the hospital bed.

"What happened?" asked Cisco worriedly.

"Nora attacked her," answered Henry looking down.

I should have been faster, thought Henry blaming himself.

"Is she OK?" asked Cisco setting the twins down on the couch who were fast asleep.

"She's in a coma," said Barry with tears in his eyes as he looked at his wife.

"Shit," mumbled Cisco running a hand through his hair.

"Cisco," replied Barry standing up. "I need you to take care of the twins for me, for a while. Until I can get back on my feet," begged Barry looking at his friend.

"Yeah, man. Of course, you know I'll do anything for you," said Cisco patting him on the back. "I'm going to take the twins to my house, now," said Cisco looking at Barry who only nodded his head. As Cisco walked over towards the twin, Barry walked over towards Henry who paced around the Cortex.

"Henry," Barry grabbed his attention. "Go with Cisco. You need your rest," Barry watched his son.

"I'll go home when mom goes home," Henry walked away from his father to take a seat beside Caitlin's bedside. Sighing Barry turned towards Cisco giving him a look that he should go and that he'll deal with Henry. Making his way over towards Caitlin, Barry took a seat beside her.

"Come on Cait, please wake up," prayed Barry holding onto her hand......

----------------------------------------------

2 days had passed since Caitlin had fallen into a coma. Henry and Barry hadn't left her side since. They barely got any sleep, too worried about her health. Henry sat on the chair next to Caitlin's bedside closing his eyes. The tiredness was overcoming him. Yawning Henry fell into a deep sleep.

Henry Dream POV

"Nooooooooooooooooo!" screamed Henry as he watched Nora shoving a knife through his mother's back.....

...... "I told you," said Nora looking at Henry in the eye. "I'd make you suffer, just like I have," she said before disappearing in a flash of light.......

......"Noo...Mom!" cried Henry gripping onto his mother like it was his lifeline......

"MOMMMM!" screamed Henry in his sleep.

Hearing his son's scream Barry woke up from his sleep.

"No......no," mumbled Henry in his sleep violently jerking around.

"Henry, Henry, it's ok," assured Barry holding his son down as he trashed on the chair.

"No, mom, please," cried Henry in his sleep. Holding him down Barry tried to calm his son down.

"MOM!" screamed Henry waking up from his sleep crying.

"I got you son. I got you," assured Barry holding onto him as he rubbed his back......

--------------------------------------------

Over the past week, Henry had been having nightmares about Caitlin non-stop, often waking up in the middle of the night screaming. Harry, Cisco, Barry, Joe, and Ralph would try to help Henry cope with his pain. They would be there for him during his episodes he would have and try to get him to open up about it............................................................

Coming back from his thoughts Henry looked at the group. They were right. Keeping this in will only hurt him. He needed to tell someone.

"I'm fine," Henry told them to reveal tears in his eyes.

"Yes, aside from the not sleeping. The jumpiness. The constant overwhelming crushing fear that something terrible is about to happen," confessed Henry looking down feeling ashamed. He was supposed to be stronger than this, not letting little things like this affect him.

"It's called hyper vigilance. The...persistent feeling of being under threat," recalled Harry looking at the speedster brokenheartedly.

"But it's not just a feeling, though..." Henry looked up with a tear running down his face. "It's like it's a panic attack," stuttered Henry. "You know like I can't even breathe," said Henry showing them how broken he was.

"In my time something happened to me," Henry taking in a breath. "I had been suffering from PTSD, depression, and anxiety....for 2 months," said Henry looking up at them as they gasped.

"Why didn't you tell me," asked Caitlin with tears in her eyes. What could have happen to cause a child as young as 17 to be suffering from PTSD, she thought.

"I didn't want to burden you with my problems," Henry said echoing Caitlin's words. "Besides, I've been nightmare-free for about 5 months now," confessed Henry. "But I guess, being here in this time...something must have triggered it to start up again," Henry looked directly at Caitlin. Seeing her son so broken, Caitlin took the last remaining step towards Henry, embracing him in a hug as he broke down into tears.

"It's ok, I got you," replied Caitlin rubbing his back as Barry went to stand beside them. Henry had been trying to keep a strong front for them. Not letting them see how broken he was. But now he couldn't keep it in anymore.

"You shouldn't be suffering through this alone," said Caitlin drying his tears as they pulled away from the hug.

"I have been my whole life," replied Henry looking at her brokenheartedly.

"Not anymore. We're here for you, Henry. We'll help you get through this. Together," assured Caitlin looking at her son. Nodding his head, Henry clung onto her convincing himself that she was here.

"You know I know this great therapist that can help you," began Ralph after a while. "Her name is Dr. Sharon Fink-"

"I don't want to speak to a therapist," interrupted Henry. "I don't want to tell my problems to someone I barely trust," gritted out Henry not liking the idea.

"Ok, you don't have to see a therapist," said Barry putting a hand on his son's shoulder trying to calm him down.

Henry hated going to therapy. He remembered a time when his Uncle Cisco had signed him up for therapy, hoping that he'll talk about his problems regarding his nightmares. He hated every second of it. He just sat there staring at the therapist who claimed to understand him.

Calming down, Henry turned towards them. "Can we talk somewhere more private, please. Maybe the lounge perhaps?" asked Henry as the rest of Team Flash nodded their heads before making their way out of the Cortex.

As the team began to make their way to the lounge, Joe, Iris, and Cecile decided to leave since they had work, while Nora left to take care of some business.

----------------------------------------------

LOUNGE

Taking a seat on the couch, Caitlin sat next to her son holding onto his hand. "You can begin whenever you're ready," comforted Caitlin squeezing his hand for reassurance. Closing his eyes, Henry took a deep breath in before speaking.

He told them about his nightmares he would have, leaving out the part that it was about Caitlin and what Nora did to her in the future.  He told them that Team Flash would help him cope with his nightmares, being there for him when he had some episodes. The speed force tried to help Henry as well by using advanced neural technology to help lower the number of nightmares he would have. Telling his story to the team, Henry felt a sense of relief. Like a burden had been lifted off of his shoulder.

--------------------------------------------

Meanwhile............

A figure huddled around a desk trying to fix a device he was making. Hearing footsteps approaching him the person grabbed his gun laying nearby. Whipping around, the person aimed his gun at the intruder only for it to be shot out of his hand flying across the room. Looking at the person in shock the mysterious figure noticed a girl in a green hoodie standing in front of him.

"Who are you?" asked the man looking at her.

"It doesn't matter," replied the hooded figure. "What matters is that I know something that can help you. With your future," said Nora taking a step towards him.

"My future," repeated the man as Nora nodded her head. "And why would I believe you?" asked the person looking at Nora curiously.

"Because I'm from the future," said Nora causing the man to laugh.

"And I'm Beyonce," said the man laughing at her in disbelief. Tapping on her wrist bracelet Nora projected an article from the future. Stopping his laughter the man stared at the holographic display.

"What is this?" asked the man looking at the article.

"It's an article from the future about your death," answered Nora.

"I die in the future," said the man staring at the article doubtful. "How?" he demanded turning towards Nora for answers.

"After a confrontation with The Flash, you were fatally shot with a vial that instantly killed you," replied Nora. "But," paused Nora, "If you do me a favor I can help you prevent this from ever happening," said Nora looking at him confidently.

"What do you need me to do?" asked the man determined to prevent his death.

"I need you to kill Caitlin Snow," said Nora looking at the man.
