"Wh-what are you doing here?" stuttered Caitlin looking at Nora seeing as they were alone.

"I thought I told you to stay away," said Nora glaring at Caitlin. "I thought I told you to stay away from MY family! From MY father!" yelled Nora.

"But what did you do?" asked Nora looking at Caitlin. "Oh yeah, that's right, you went behind my back and ruined everything!" shouted Nora still glaring at Caitlin.

"I-I don't know what you're talking about," Caitlin stuttered backing away from the angry girl.

"Don't play dumb with me Caitlin," spat Nora. "I saw you! I saw you and dad talking in the Cortex that day mom went to visit Mayor Bellows. The sudden glances you guys would share. The way you finish each other sentences. The jokes you guys would make. The lingering touches, the smiles, the loving gazes you guys would share. That kiss," Nora said, disgusted making Caitlin suck in a breath.

"Y-you were following me?" asked Caitlin realization dawning on her.

"That doesn't matter," Nora said ignoring the question as she steps towards her. "What does matter is that you didn't LISTEN to me. You didn't take my warning," said Nora stalking towards Caitlin.

"And now you're going to have to pay," said Nora eyes glazed, lost in thought. Eyeing her, Caitlin noticed that Nora's hand was behind her back, as if she was hiding something. Drawing her hand from her back, Nora smiled wickedly, revealing a knife, holding it in the air. The light from the ceiling reflecting off the knife creating a glare.

"Woah!" Caitlin gasped raising her arms for protection as she stumbled back in shock.

"I can't let you get close to my dad," mumbled Nora to herself. "I can't. I can't let you or Henry ruin my plans for the future. I can't let that future that I'm from become a reality," replied Nora not making any sense.

"So I'm just going to have to get rid of the problems first," said Nora looking at Caitlin, her lips curving into an evil grin. "Starting with you," replied Nora pointing her knife at Caitlin.

"You don't have to do this, Nora. We can talk about this," pleaded Caitlin taking another step back.

"There is nothing to talk about," spat Nora angrily flipping around her knife. "Now hold still, this will just hurt a bit," she told Caitlin before attacking her.

Running towards Caitlin, Nora tried stabbing her but Caitlin ducked to the side, glancing at the slash now dawning the Cortex wall. Looking back at Nora in shock Caitlin went on offense, swinging a hard kick at Nora's stomach, watching as she flies across the room and hits her back against the wall. Taking this opening, Caitlin runs out the Cortex towards the nearest laboratory wing.

Caitlin hides behind a desk as she searches for a meta-human blast gun. Recovering back from the kick Nora stood up grabbing her knife.

"Come out, come out, wherever you are Caity," Nora sings walking around the desk in the middle of the Cortex.

The metahuman gun in hand, Caitlin charged it before aiming at Nora. Hearing the sound of a gun charging, Nora turns around to see Caitlin in one of the laboratory wings aiming a gun at her. Ducking, Nora rolls across the room hiding behind a desk as she successfully avoids the blast.

"Oh so you want to play dirty, now," said Nora hiding behind the desk. "Ok, let's play dirty," smirked Nora grabbing a gun that was attached to the bottom of the table.

Seeing as Nora cowardly hid behind a desk, Caitlin begins to make her way towards her with her gun raised. Standing up from behind her desk Nora aimed her gun at Caitlin shattering the glass to the laboratory as Caitlin ran across the room avoiding the blast beams. Hiding behind a wall Caitlin breaths heavily leaning against it.

"You can't hide forever," taunted Nora.

Coming out of her hiding place Caitlin shot a blast at Nora knocking the gun out of her hand. In one quick motion, Nora threw a pair of scissors at Caitlin's gun impaling it and sending it flying across the room, before landing on the floor with a thud causing it to short circuit. Staring at it in shock Caitlin turned her head around to look at Nora.

"Face it, Caitlin. You can't win," Nora said smirking at her.

Where the hell is Henry? thought Caitlin as she looked at Nora who held a knife in her hand.

Taking a deep breath, Caitlin decided to hold her ground.

"Watch me," said Caitlin cockily causing Nora to scrunch her eyebrow in confusion.

With a new found burst of confidence, Caitlin made her way towards Nora. Standing a couple of feet away from her Caitlin began to roll the sleeve of her shirt up.

"What are you doing?" asked Nora laughing at her attempt to act brave.

"I'm not going down without a fight," replied Caitlin looks back at her confidently.

"Fine. But once I'm done with you, I'm going after Henry," said Nora looking her in the eyes making Caitlin's blood boil.

"Over my dead body," spat Caitlin glaring at her.

"That can be arranged," smirked Nora before swinging her knife at Caitlin.

Ducking Caitlin avoided her attack. Swinging her arm back Nora created a slash across Caitlin's cheek making her stumble backward. Holding the side of her cheek Caitlin looked down at her hand to see blood. Looking back up, Caitlin saw Nora smile in satisfaction.

Swinging her knife at Caitlin, Nora slashed Caitlin's arm. Stumbling back, Caitlin gripped the side of her arm in pain. Looking at her bleeding arm, Caitlin turned back towards Nora. Swinging her knife, Caitlin ducked before jumping back to avoid the knife being swung back around. Fuming with anger, Nora tried to attack Caitlin again with the blade of her knife. Catching Nora's arm Caitlin hit her in the arm then ribs making her stumble back in pain. In one swift motion, Caitlin did a tornado kick making Nora fly across the room.

Using this as an advantage, Caitlin started to run towards the computer in the middle of the Cortex to call for help. Seeing Caitlin running towards the computer screen, Nora looked around for something to stop Caitlin with. Seeing a blast gun strapped to the bottom of a desk, Nora smiled to herself before grabbing it.

Reaching for the keyboard, Caitlin was brutally thrown backward by a blast. Standing up, Nora grabbed her knife before stalking towards Caitlin's direction. Blinking her eyes rapidly, Caitlin saw Nora approaching. Trying with all her might, Caitlin found herself overcome by the immense pain to stand up.

Approaching Caitlin Nora loomed over her before bending down to grab her by the neck. Strengthen her grip around her neck, Caitlin clawed at Nora's arm trying to get air to breathe. Pinning her against the wall Nora held her knife in her other hand.

"Goodbye Caitlin," said Nora raising her arm in the air.

Bring the edge of the knife down on Caitlin, Nora was about to plunge it into her heart when she was brutally thrown backwards at lightning speed. Smashing into a glass window, Nora dropped the knife she held in her hand. Blinking her eyes rapidly Nora tried to clear her vision. Looking up, Nora was met with Henry who stood in front of her with piercing blue eyes and hair as white as snow.

Fuming with anger, Henry stalked towards her. The air temperature in the room dropped drastically radiating his anger. Grabbing Nora by the collar of her hoodie, Henry pushed her ruffly against a wall.

"What the hell were you doing?" growled Henry angrily.

"I-I," stuttered Nora staring at Henry with her mouth agape.

Dropping her in disgust, Nora's knees buckled as she fell to the floor still recovering from being thrown across the room. Tapping onto his high tech wrist bracelet Henry activated the voltage shock system.

"AAAAHHHHHHH!!!" screamed Nora in agony as her whole body was charged with a high voltage of electricity.

"You feel that, huh Nora?!" taunted Henry looking down on her. "That is what 1 billion volts of electricity feels like coursing through your body! Deadly for a normal human being and strong enough to paralyze a speedster given time!" yelled Henry as Nora screamed in pain, tears rolling down her cheek.

"How does it feel to be on the other end of the line now! To be the one who suffers! To be the one having to go through immense pain! It doesn't feel so good now does it, Nora!" yelled Henry looking down at Nora whose body convulsed in shock.

"Henry," whispered Caitlin standing up from her spot as she tried to get her son to stop. Don't get her wrong she hated Nora very much, but she didn't want to see her die because of it.

Hearing the sound of his mother's voice, Henry stopped his movement from increasing the voltage of the electricity. Taking in a deep breath, Henry tried to control his anger before switching off the shock system.

Laying on the floor, Nora tried to regain her breathing. She felt like she could finally relax again but was abruptly lifted off by the collar of her shirt and pushed against a wall.

"You should be glad that you are still here," growled Henry in Nora's face. "Pull a shit like that again and I won't hesitate to send your ass back into the speed force. And believe me, once I do, I'm going to make sure the speed force makes you suffer, far more than you can imagine," said Henry glaring at Nora.

"You go anywhere near my mother again and I will personally make sure that pain you felt just moments ago will be 10 times stronger," growled Henry as Nora's eyes widened in fear.

"Do I make myself clear?" asked Henry looking at Nora in the eye.

Nodding her head furiously Nora agreed to Henry in fear.

"Good," replied Henry dropping Nora making her fall onto the floor.

"Now get out of here before I change my mind," growled Henry.

PARALLEL

Standing up with shaky legs Nora ran out of Star Labs as fast as she could.

Taking in a deep breath, Henry turned around to face his mother. "Are you ok?" asked Henry walking over towards her.

"Yeah I'm ok," answered Caitlin holding onto her bleeding arm. "Besides it's not the first time this has happened," Caitlin let it slip not realizing what she had just said.

"What?!" asked Henry looking at her as Caitlin stared at him with wide eyes realizing her slip-up. "She did this to you before!" said Henry starting to get angry.

"Relax Henry, ok. I'm fine," said Caitlin trying to calm her son down. Pushing him into a chair Caitlin sat down beside him as Henry began to calm down. Once seeing Henry had calmed down, Caitlin told Henry about how Nora had attacked her at Star Labs during her training and the threat she made to her. After telling Henry, Caitlin felt relieved to have finally told someone about it.

"Why didn't you tell me before?" asked Henry holding onto his mother's hand.

"I didn't want you to be worried. You were so busy with your mission that I didn't want to burden you with my problems," replied Caitlin truthfully.

"Your problems are not a burden to me, mom," replied Henry looking into his mother's hazel eyes. "Ok? I'm here for you. I'm always here for you. You're not alone anymore, you have me. I'll always be there for you," Henry told her as he engulfed his mother in a hug letting her know that he will protect her from anything.

Pulling away from the hug, Henry stared at the cut on his mother's shoulder.

"Come on," replied Henry standing up offering his hand. "Let me patch you up," said Henry as Caitlin gave him her hand, gratefully accepting his help.

MEDICAL LAB

6: 15 pm

After patching up his mother's arm Henry cleaned up the cut on Caitlin's cheek.

"There," replied Henry setting his medical equipment down. "All done," said Henry taking off his surgical gloves.

"Thanks," smiled Caitlin looking at him.

"Your welcome," replied Henry smiling back at her.

"I got you something," replied Henry standing up and beginning to walk towards the freezer making Caitlin look at him with her eyebrows raised. Grabbing a bowl of gelato Henry made his way towards his mother.

"This is for you," said Henry offering her the frozen dessert.

"For me?" asked Caitlin gratefully accepting it.

"Yeah," replied Henry nodding his head. "Since I ran out of lollipops, I thought you might want something sweet to take away the pain," joked Henry making Caitlin smile.

"Thank you, Henry," said Caitlin sincerely placing a hand on his leg. Taking a spoonful of the delicious treat, Caitlin closed her eyes in bliss as she took in the different flavors.

"Mhhm," hummed Caitlin. "This is so good," concluded Caitlin eating another spoonful.

"It should be," replied Henry looking at his mother. "I ran all the way to that little parlor shop you like so much in Venice, Italy," said Henry.

"You ran all the way to Venice, Italy to get me gelato," said Caitlin staring at him bewilderedly. 

"Who said I ran all the way to Italy to get you gelato?" asked Henry staring at her. "I want a piece of that too," said Henry grabbing a spoon and digging into the delicious treat causing Caitlin to laugh.

The mother and son began to indulge in the delicious treat in silence. Once finished the gelato, Henry speedily cleans the lab returning it to how it was before the battle. Finishing up, Henry made his way towards his waiting mother, together the duo made their way back home.
