CORTEX

Caitlin walked into the Cortex with a tablet in hand as Cisco sat by his desk typing on his computer.

"Hey Caitlin," greeted Cisco.

"Hey Cisco," replied Caitlin looking up from her tablet.

"Where's Henry?" asked Cisco looking behind her.

"He's on his mission," replied Caitlin.

"Still!" said Cisco looking at her like she was crazy. "Hasn't that kid ever heard of a break," asked Cisco taking a sip of his coffee as Caitlin rolled her eyes fondly at him.

"He doesn't have a lot of time here with us Cisco," replied Caitlin sadly wishing Henry could stay with her longer.

"Well do you know where he is?" asked Cisco looking at her.

"Nope," replied Caitlin shaking her head. "He came by earlier this morning to see me but, he could be anywhere by now," said Caitlin plopping down on one of the chairs.

"Well lucky for you, I think I know where he is," replied Cisco typing frantically on his computer.

"How?" asked Caitlin turning around to look at him questionably.

"I may or may not have put a tracker in his suit," confessed Cisco timidly.

"You did what?!" asked Caitlin staring at him in shock.

"Relax," said Cisco assuring her. "It was a precaution in case he ever got hurt or if we ever needed to know where he was," replied Cisco.

"How did you even get a hold of his suit?" asked Caitlin walking over towards him.

"He left it here one night and my curiosity got the best of me," replied Cisco shrugging.

"Although, I got to say that suit is pretty dope! It has some type of coating that is out of this world (ehm, Nth metal; allows you to store energy and release it)! Along with an advanced reinforced tripolymer layer (the suit is also infused with a Promethium layer, the strongest metal in DC)," said Cisco geeking out.

"Well, do you know where he is?" asked Caitlin looking over his shoulder.

Typing on his computer, Cisco began to pinpoint Henry's location. "It says he's here, at Star Labs," replied Cisco reading the information on the screen.

"Where?" asked Caitlin looking around the room for her son.

"At the pipeline," said Cisco pulling up the footage of the pipeline. Standing up, Cisco grabbed his coat beginning to walk out of the Cortex.

"Where are you going?" asked Caitlin following after him.

"That kid needs a break and I intend to give him one," replied Cisco walking away determinedly with Caitlin on his heels.

PIPELINE

After a long and exaggerating day, Henry finally caught the metahuman he was looking for. Throwing him into the pipeline, Henry looked at him through the glass with a satisfied smirk on his face.

"Hey let me out of here! I'll escape you hear me! I'll get out of here, and once I do, I'm going to destroy you and everyone you love," said the metahuman banging on the glass as Henry began to walk away.

"Yeah, yeah, I've already heard that before," said Henry waving the metahuman off as he walked out with a smile on his face.

PARALLEL

Peeling off his mask, Henry heard footsteps approaching the pipeline. Turning around Henry was met with the familiar faces of his mother and uncle.

"Mom! Uncle Cisco!" exclaimed Henry looking at them in shock. "What are, what are you, what are you doing here?" Henry stuttered crossing his arms as he looked at them.

PARALLEL

"We came to see if you would like to come with us to Big Belly Burger," said Cisco taking a step towards the hybrid.

Suddenly Henry's futuristic tech bracelet started going off. Tapping on the device, the holographic image showed Henry the images of the last three metahumans he had on his list. Zooming in, Gideon pinpointed the exact location of one of the metahumans.

"Oh, man, I would love to go, but I have to get back to my mission," said Henry shutting down the device as he walked past them. "Maybe next time," said Henry strapping back on his mask.

"Wait," said Cisco walking up towards Henry. "I'm sure you can spare a few minutes to spend with us," pleaded Cisco looking at him.

"I would, but I gotta take down this meta," said Henry trying to reason with him.

"Fine," said Cisco looking defeated. "But before you go," said Cisco raising a hand. "What was the last thing you ate?" asked Cisco already knowing the answer. He had the satellite keeping track of Henry's speed force output and has noticed that he has not stopped running since this morning.

"A bagel," answered Henry looking at his uncle.

"For lunch?" inquired Cisco raising an eyebrow.

"No, for breakfast," replied Henry not comprehending what he was saying.

"Breakfast?!" yelled Caitlin looking at her son with wide eyes. "You didn't eat lunch," said Caitlin walking over towards him feeling his forehead.

"Relax mom, I'm fine," said Henry pulling her hand away from his forehead.

"How could you be fine!" yelled Caitlin looking at her son. "Do you have any idea what this is doing to your body. You could be suffering from dizzy spells for all we know," said Caitlin ranting on about how not eating was bad for speedsters. Listening to her talking, Henry closed his eyes trying to block her voice.

"Fine, fine, I'll go with you guys to Big Belly Burgers," replied Henry caving in so Caitlin would shut up. "Just let me change," replied Henry flashing away making Cisco smile in victory.

"Ready to go?" asked Henry returning a minute later in a sweater and jeans.

"Yeah, just let me grab my jacket," said Caitlin walking out of the pipeline with the boys following after her. As she was walking a flash of lighting stopped in front of Caitlin making her stop in her tracks as her hair flew back.

"There you guys are," smiled Barry walking towards them with Ralph behind him. "I was wondering where you guys went," said Barry who had stopped by the Cortex earlier before coming to the pipeline.

"Where are you guys going?" asked Ralph seeing Cisco and Henry in their jackets.

"We're going to Big Belly Burgers," replied Cisco speaking up for them. "Do you guys want to join us?" asked Cisco.

"Sure," replied Barry as Ralph nodded his head. Together the team made their way to Big Belly Burgers.

BIG BELLY BURGERS

5:45 pm

Walking through the doors of Big Belly Burgers the gang was met with the amazing smell of freshly made burgers and fries.

"Why don't you guys go find a seat while I order," said Caitlin to the boys who just nodded their heads in agreement. Walking through the crowd of people the boys went in search for a table. Finding a table in the far corner the boys sat down starting a conversation among themselves.

While the boys were in search of a table, Caitlin stood in line waiting to order. Walking up to the cashier, Caitlin made sure to order some extra food for the two speedsters. Paying for the meal Caitlin collected her ticket and waited at the side for her number to be called. As she was waiting for her order, a multi-billionaire businessman walked through the doors of Big Belly Burgers.

[John Smith: Multi-billionaire]

A crowd of people started to gather around him asking for his autograph.

"Mr. John Smith, can I have your autograph?" asked a woman in her 30's.

"Sure," replied John signing the portrait of himself. "And here's my number too," winked John looking at the woman who blushed a deep shade of red.

Seeing the commotion happening, Caitlin rolled her eyes at the over ecstatic fans. Signing a few autographs the businessman dismissed the crowd as he made his way towards the cashier to order.

"Hi, could I get a cheeseburger with a side of fries and a diet coke," replied the businessman looking at the menu on the walls as the cashier punched in his order. "Oh! And onion rings too," added the businessman with a charming smile.

"That will be $14.50," replied the cashier timidly.

Taking out his wallet the businessman choose one of his many credit cards to pay for the meal.

"Here you go," replied the cashier passing him a ticket with his order on it.

Taking the ticket in hand, the businessman went to stand beside Caitlin. Looking her up and down the businessman smiled as he approached her.

"Hi, my name is John, John Smith," replied the man smiling as he held his hand out for her to shake.

"Dr. Caitlin Snow," replied Caitlin shaking his hand.

"You're a doctor?" asked the man looking impressed. "You look pretty young to be a doctor," said John looking her up and down once again.

"Yes, well I get that a lot," Caitlin told him nonchalantly.

"Where do you work?" asked John intrigued by this woman.

"I work at Star Labs," said Caitlin looking down at her number before glancing back up at the screen.

"Star Labs, really? Well, I own a few labs of my own," boasted John smirking. "But I'm sure you already knew that," he continued smugly.

"No, I did not," admitted Caitlin as John looked at her in shock.

"You don't. Do you even know who you are talking to?" asked John as Caitlin shook her head, no. "I've been on the news and on the cover of magazines," said John trying to jog her memory.

"Sorry. The only thing I've seen on the news is the number of lives the Flash has saved," said Caitlin smiling as she thought of Barry.

"That spotlight stealer," mumbled John under his breath. "But I'm sure you've heard of Spark Technology," said John looking at her.

"The name does ring a bell," replied Caitlin thinking about it for a while. "Wait, isn't it that nuclear power plant that is on the south side of town?" asked Caitlin looking at John for confirmation.

"Yup, and you're looking at the owner of it," John answered smiling at her.

"You own Spark Technology," asked Caitlin staring at John as her jaw dropped. "That's like, one of the biggest power plants in the world!" Caitlin gushed geeking out. "Don't you guys use some advanced cutting edge laser technology to split the atoms apart?" asked Caitlin looking at John who just nodded his head in response. "Wow," breathed out Caitlin. "That's very impressive," said Caitlin looking at him. "I've always wanted to visit the facility, but there is such a long security process for it," Caitlin said looking down at the floor.

"You know, as the owner of Spark Technology, I could always give you a VIP tour of the place," said John taking a step to stand closer to Caitlin. "If your interested that is," said John looking Caitlin up and down.

"Who's that?" asked Ralph breaking the conversation he was having with the boys to look at the man standing beside Caitlin.

Turning their heads around, the boys looked to see a man in a business suit standing beside Caitlin.

"OMG!" gasped Cisco covering his mouth. "That's John Smith," Cisco fangirled as Barry and Henry looked at him confused.

"Who?" asked Barry and Henry.

"The multi-billionaire who is like on EVERY science magazine across the globe," Cisco told them as Barry and Henry raised an eyebrow at him.

"He's the one who came up with the arc reactor and the repulsor engine," Cisco continued trying to jog their memory (marvel reference), "He owns Spark Technology".

"Wait. Isn't he that playboy that uses women like an old dishrag?" asked Ralph looking at Cisco.

"Yup that's him," said Cisco staring at John.

"How old is he anyway?" asked Barry glaring at John.

"He's 42," answered Cisco as Henry looked at John. Looking closely at John, Henry noticed his eyes roaming up and down his mother's figure. Clenching his jaws Henry stood up.

"I'm going to see if mom needs some help," Henry told the others walking away from the group.

"Yeah, I would love that," replied Caitlin smiling not seeing John's true intentions.

"Great," smiled John looking at her like a hungry predator. "Could I get your number?" he asked as Caitlin dug through her purse looking for a pen and paper.

"Hey!" exclaimed Henry standing beside Caitlin. "You need any help?" he asked grabbing onto her arm protectively.

"No, it's ok, I'm fine," smiled Caitlin looking at her son as she began to write down her number.

"Yeah," said John looking at Henry annoyed. "She's fine," John said taking a step towards Henry. "So, why don't you scram, kid. I'm sure your mother must be worried," said John glaring at Henry wanting him to leave.

"I'm not a kid," Henry snapped through gritted teeth trying to control his anger. He did not like the way John was looking at his mother.

"Yeah, whatever you say, kid," said John ruffling Henry's hair. "So why don't you run along little man. I'm sure you have some homework to do," said John glaring at Henry before turning his attention back towards Caitlin. Looking Caitlin over, John bit his lip in anticipation thinking of all the things he would do once he had her alone.

Seeing John look at his mother like she was fresh meat was Henry's last tipping point. Fuming with anger, Henry stood in front of his mother blocking John's view. Locking eyes with John, Henry's eyes began to crackle with the familiar blue lighting.

PARALLEL

"Don't call me LITTLE," growled Henry stretching each word as John looked at him in shock. Fear began to overtake John making him run towards the exit. While running towards the exit John bumped into a woman making her spill her milkshake all over his expensive suit. The woman tried apologizing to John, but before she could even get the words out of her mouth John was already out the door running for his life.

Smiling in victory, Henry turned around to see his mother looking at him with her hands on her hips.

"What?" He asked looking at her innocently. Shaking her head, Caitlin smiled fondly at her son.

"Order #325," a teen called out holding up 7 bags full of food.

"That's my cue," replied Henry walking over towards the teen with Caitlin. Collecting the food, Caitlin and Henry made their way towards the boys.

"What the hell happened to him," asked Ralph laughing his ass off seeing John run out Big Belly Burgers like he had just seen a ghost.

"Henry happened," Caitlin answered taking a bite out of her burger.

"What do you mean 'Henry happened'?" Barry questioned looking at her with his eyebrows scrunched.

"I may or may not have used my speed to scare him off," Henry replied shyly.

"Henry," said Barry looking at his son disappointedly.

"What! He was getting on my nerves," replied Henry shrugging making Cisco and Ralph snicker under their breaths. Shaking his head, Barry turned his attention towards Caitlin.

"Anyways," said Barry looking at Caitlin. "I need you to sign this," said Barry pulling out some papers he had from his jacket.

Taking the paper from him Caitlin began to read it. "A contract for Well's money," Caitlin said looking back up at him. "Wow, you work fast," commented Caitlin laughing since they had just brought it up yesterday.

"Yeah, well I called in a few favors, so by the end of today you will be forty-six billion five hundred million dollars richer," said Barry as Ralph and Cisco looked at Barry with their jaws to the ground.

"That's a lot of dough," commented Ralph.

"I can't possibly take this," replied Caitlin passing the papers back to him.

"Yes you can," said Barry setting the paper down for her to sign. "I want my son to be well fed and with this money, it will make things much easier," said Barry holding onto her hands as he looked deep into her eyes. Turning her head to the side, Caitlin looked at Henry who smiled at her giving Caitlin the reassurance she needed.

"Fine," sighed Caitlin signing the paper before passing it back to Barry.

"Thank you," replied Barry taking the paper from her. "And this is for you," said Barry passing Caitlin a credit card.

"Thanks," replied Caitlin accepting it gratefully.

"So Henry," said Barry turning his attention towards his son. "I heard you an Iris were going arcading," replied Barry eating a nugget.

"Yeah, we are," said Henry eating an onion ring.

"That's good. I'm glad to hear you guys are getting along," said Barry smiling.

"Me too," replied Henry nodding his head.

"So guys," said Cisco rubbing his hands together. "Why don't we do something fun tomorrow, just like old times. Like going paintballing with the OG Team Flash + Ralph & Henry," said Cisco trying to get Henry to take a break from his mission.

"I'm down," Barry answered eating fries as Ralph nodded his head since his mouth was stuffed with food.

"Me too," said Caitlin taking a sip of her drink. Turning their heads, everyone looked at Henry waiting for his response.

"I don't know guys, I still have that metahuman I need to take down," said Henry looking at them.

"Oh come on! You're not scared of a little challenge, are you?" questioned Cisco looking at Henry. "What? Scared your gonna get your ass handed to you," Cisco said mockingly laughing along with Ralph.

"You know what. I'll go," said Henry looking confidently back at his uncle who smiled in victory. "I never could back down from a challenge," commented Henry taking a sip of his drink.

"Well, great!" replied Cisco smiling. "I'll tell Harry," said Cisco before the gang continued with their original conversation.
