10: 30 am

Walking through the different clothing stores, Henry bought a lot of sweaters and shirts similar to Barry's sense in style, with some jeans and jackets Caitlin helped pick out. He even bought some sci-fi t-shirt which he later gets from his Uncle Cisco.

Walking around the mall Henry notices something. Gasping in shock, Henry dragged his father along with him to the store, making Caitlin follow after the boys.

Walking into the store Henry lead Barry to The Flash section where they had different Flash merchandises. Watching as the boys started to geek out and fan over the different merchandises, Caitlin couldn't help but smile and shake her head at how similar the father and son were. Yup, that's definitely Barry's son, thought Caitlin walking around the store.

Looking around the store, Caitlin came across this beautiful blue dress. Looking at how elegant the dress flowed Caitlin couldn't help but admire the straps on the back of the dress.

"Hello, there Ma'am. Can I help you ?" asked a man around Caitlin's age who had brown hair and was wearing blue jeans with a white long sleeve shirt. He was a salesclerk at the store.

"No, no," replied Caitlin shaking her head. "I was just looking around," admitted Caitlin looking back at the dress.

"Do I know you?" inquired the guy whose name tag read Mike. "You seem very familiar," said Mike looking her up and down, "like I've seen you on TV or somewhere before".

"Well, you might have seen me on the news a while back. When the particle accelerator was launching," replied Caitlin looking at Mike.

"That's where I saw you before," replied Mike nodding his head in realization.

"Yeah," replied Caitlin tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.

"For a second I thought you were a model," said Mike looking her over. "I could have sworn I saw you in a magazine or on a billboard," said Mike with a smile making Caitlin laugh at him.

Hearing the sound of his mother's laughter Henry turned around to see Caitlin talking to the sales clerk.

Watching as the sales clerk's eyes began to trail up and down Caitlin's body, Henry couldn't help but feel outraged by it.

"Hey dad," replied Henry turning back towards his father. "Can we go to the Converse store. I want to pick up some new shoe's," said Henry who was in line with Barry.

"Yeah, sure," replied Barry walking towards the cashier to pay for The Flash merch they were purchasing.

"Great," replied Henry smiling. "I'll go get mom," said Henry turning around to walk in the direction of Caitlin.

"You like the dress?" asked Mike taking a step to stand behind Caitlin.

"Yeah, it's beautiful," said Caitlin looking at the dress.

"I bet it'll look good on you," said Mike trailing his eyes over her. "But I bet it'll look even better off of you," said Mike looking at Caitlin in the eyes making her look at him in shock at how forward he was.

Hearing the man's comment directed at his mother Henry began to walk faster towards them without using his superspeed.

"Umm," replied Caitlin starting to get a bit nervous by the intense look Mike was giving her.

"Mom!" Henry exclaimed moving to stand beside Caitlin. "Dad said we're going to the converse store to pick up some new shoes for me," said Henry looking at Caitlin.

"Ok," replied Caitlin nodding her head as Henry began to walk away thinking Caitlin would follow him.

"It was nice to meet you," said Caitlin to Mike out of respect before following after her son.

"Wait," said Mike holding her back by the arm making Caitlin stop in her tracks. Hearing the sales clerk's voice, Henry turned back around to see him holding his mother back by the arm. Fuming with anger Henry began to stomp back towards them.

"Here's my card," replied Mike as he held his card out to Caitlin. "Call me," winked Mike just as Henry snatched the card out of his mother's hand, ripping it up to shreds and tossing it back into Mike's face.

"She won't be needing that," spat Henry grabbing his mother's arm and walking away. Shooting Mike and apologetic look, Caitlin began to stumble after Henry before bumping into a hard chest. Placing her hands onto the person's chest to keep balance, the person wrapped his arms around Caitlin's waist making sure she didn't fall over.

"You ok Cait?" asked Barry holding her up.

"Yeah, yeah," replied Caitlin standing up. "Are you ok Henry?" asked Caitlin turning to look at Henry who was glaring daggers at Mike.

"I'm fine," replied Henry smiling at his mother. "I just want to get out of here," said Henry looking at his parents.

"Ok," nodded Caitlin before Barry and her followed after their son.

11:30 am

After buying a pair of red converse for Henry, Barry, Caitlin, and Henry made their way back towards Caitlin's car. Walking with their hands full, the family of three set the bags into the trunk.

"Alright, I'm hungry," exclaimed Barry closing the trunk.

"Aren't you always," laughed Caitlin making Barry pout.

"Anyways," said Barry putting Caitlin's thoughts to the side. "Do you guys want to go out to a restaurant and get some food to eat?" asked Barry looking at them.

"Sure," replied Henry as Caitlin nodded her head in agreement.

"Great," smiled Barry. "I know this great Thai place down the street," said Barry looking at Caitlin.

"Ok, I'll drive," replied Caitlin hopping into her car along with the boys.

THAI RESTAURANT

11:45 am

Arriving at the Thai Restaurant, Barry ordered some food for them to eat. Waiting for the food Barry decided to make some small talk with his son.

"So Henry," started Barry looking at his son. "What inspired you to be a CSI/doctor/chemist/hacker?" asked Barry.

"You and mom did actually," admitted Henry looking at his parents. "Ever since I was a child I have always wanted to help people. Growing up I found a passion for science. I guess it was only natural for me to follow in my parent's footsteps," said Henry as his parents smiled at him. Soon after their food arrived. Laughing and talking, the family of three fell into a conversation.

1: 00 pm

Laughing at a science joke Barry was telling, the family was just finishing up their food when the waiter walked over towards them with a sundae in hand. Taking away Cailin's empty plate the waiter set the sundae down.

"Umm,...we didn't order that," replied Barry looking at the waiter.

"It's on the house," the waiter said winking at Caitlin making Henry's blood boil.

"Oh!" exclaimed Caitlin looking at the waiter.

"She doesn't want that!" replied Henry standing up and grabbing the sundae. "So why don't you take this back and go away," said Henry aggressively shoving the sundae back to the waiter before sitting back down.

"Are you ok, Henry?" asked Caitlin sharing a look with Barry as they watched Henry gulp down his water within seconds.

"Peachy," replied Henry giving his parents a tight-lipped smile.

"Can we go now," asked Henry getting impatient.

Nodding their heads, Barry paid for their meal as they made their way out of the restaurant.

"Let's go visit Joe," suggested Barry. "I'm sure you've been dying to see baby Jenna," said Barry making Henry's anger disappear.

"Yeah, I have," smiled Henry. Getting into the car, the family of three made their way to Joe's house.

Joe's House

1:20 pm

Arriving at Joe's house, Barry, Caitlin, and Henry made their way to the doorsteps to hear a loud cry.

"What the hell?" replied Barry knocking on the door.

Waiting patiently, The Allen family (see what I did there😏) waited for someone to open the door.

"Barry," smiled Joe relieved to see his son as he opened the door wider to allow the family in.

Walking through the doors, Barry, Caitlin, and Henry were met with an ear piercing cry from Jenna.

"God. Someone get that baby to shut up!" complained Iris sitting on the couch covering her ears.

"We've tried everything," sighed Cisco rubbing his head trying to relieve his headache.

"Yeah!" shouted Ralph who had used his elastic powers to cover his ears from the baby's cry.

"Is she sick?" asked Caitlin concerned taking off her coat as she made her way to baby Jenna who was in the arms of her mother.

"No, she's not," replied Harry returning from the kitchen as he gulped down two Tylenol for his headache.

"I don't know what's wrong," Cecile claimed desperately trying to calm Jenna down making her cry even louder.

"She's been like this since 8 am," groaned Nora rubbing her head.

"Have you tried using your powers?" asked Barry looking at Cecile as he stood behind Caitlin.

"I have but they've been acting up today," confessed Cecile. "I don't know what's wrong," she continued as Barry took Jenna out of her arms.

"Maybe she was missing her big brother," Barry concluded as he held Jenna causing her scream and wiggle around in his arms.

"Or maybe not," said Barry as Caitlin took Jenna out of his arms.

"Hey, it's ok," cooed Caitlin, Jenna simply cries even more.

"Oh god, why won't she stop," sighed Joe leaning up against the wall.

Walking cautiously towards them Henry stood in front of his mother. "Can I try?" asked Henry looking at her for permission.

"Yeah, of course," replied Caitlin passing Henry the baby.

Holding Jenna in his arms Henry began to rock her back and forth. "Shh, it's ok," replied Henry looking down at the crying baby. Taking a deep breath, Henry began to close his eyes before singing a song his mother and father once sang to him when he was little.

Slowly baby Jenna began to calm down. Her breathing began to even out and she was soon fast asleep in Henry's arm.

"Sleep tight, Aunt Jenna," said Henry kissing the sleeping baby's forehead.

Looking up Henry was met with the shocked faces of his family.

"What?" asked Henry looking at them.

"How did you do that?" asked Cecile amazed.

"I just sang her a song," replied Henry placing Jenna in her cot.

"That was beautiful," exclaimed Cisco wiping his tears as he looked at Henry who had the voice of an angel.

"Thanks," blushed Henry.

"Where did you learn that song?" asked Iris staring at the young man.

"Mom and Dad used to sing it to me when I was little," confessed Henry looking at his parents.

"Are you sure Caitlin used to sing it to you?" asked Barry looking at his son. "I mean, have you heard her sing?" Barry said earning an elbow to the stomach by Caitlin making Henry laugh.

"Yeah, I'm sure," replied Henry nodding his head. "She may not have the best voice, but it did make me fall asleep, especially when you weren't there," said Henry looking at his parents.

"We should call you the baby whisperer," Ralph said making everyone laugh.

"Well thank you, Henry," replied Joe smiling at his grandson. "Would you like something to drink?" asked Joe looking at him.

"A glass of water would be nice," replied Henry as Joe went to fetch his order. Sitting down Henry began to get into a conversation with the group, learning about the different things they had in common.

Henry and Cisco seemed to bond over their love for sci-fi movies and movie references. Ralph and Henry enjoyed eating ribs and planned on having a rib eating contest in the near future. Cecile and Henry bonded over their love for serving justice. Iris and Henry began to get along more and bonded over their love for writing a good story. Harry and Henry bonded over their love for science and exchanged theories with one another. Caitlin and Henry noticed that they had a lot of things in common and enjoyed the little talks they would have with each other. Barry and his son enjoyed telling corny science jokes, and bonded over their connection to the speed force, making them able to run at remarkable speeds. Everyone loved Henry. He was a very outgoing and sweet kid.

Watching as Henry began to talk to the group making jokes like they've known each other for ages, Nora couldn't help but fume in anger in the background. It had taken her 3 months to gain their trust, and here stood her little brother who had earned their trust within two days.

I'll let you have your fun, for now, thought Nora looking at Henry talking and laughing with the group. Don't worry, Nora continued looking at Henry with a sly smile on her face. I'm just getting started, Nora thought with a wicked grin on her face as she looked at Caitlin😱.
