PIPELINE

Everyone looked at Henry lost in thoughts.

"Son," thought Barry and Caitlin smiling a bit at the thought🙂.

"Son?" thought Joe, Cisco, and Ralph, confused yet amazed😃.

"Son?!" thought Iris a bit jealous at the thought of Barry having a son with Caitlin😡.

"Son," thought Harry relieved😌. He couldn't help but smile as he looked at the boy in front of him. Taking a closer look at the boy, Harry could see some distinctive features the boy has that resembles Barry & Caitlin.

Shaking his head back and forth, Barry was the first to snap out of his thoughts. Clearing his throat, Barry took a step towards Henry standing in front of him.

"You're coming with me," said Barry before taking Henry's arm and dragging him out of the pipeline. While passing Nora on the way, Henry smiled at her while she sent him a death glare, making his smile grow even larger. Quickly after, the rest of the Team snapped out of their thoughts as they saw Barry exiting the pipeline, following after him.

CORTEX

Barry dragged Henry into the Cortex placing him on one of the chairs. Caitlin followed behind him shortly after running over to her medical lab. Henry watched as Caitlin scurred over to her medical lab with a faint smile on his face.

Immediately after the rest of Team Flash entered the Cortex gathering around Henry. It was quite at first until Harry spoke up taking a step towards the boy.

"Um...would you like anything to eat or drink?" asked Harry showing some good hospitality.

"Well now that you mention it," began Henry, "I have been craving to have a Killer Frost drink... but if it's too much to ask for then a glass of water will suffice," replied Henry being modest.

"Oh, don't worry," assured Harry smiling at the young man. "It's no problem," he replied back. "One Killer Frost drink from C.C. Jitters coming right up!" said Harry with a smile.

"Ramon!" yelled Harry.

"Hmm?" answered Cisco looking up at him.

"Let's go. You're breaching me to Jitters for coffee," replied Harry.

"Why do I have to take you there? Can't you just walk," whined Cisco😂.

"No," replied Harry back cockily. "Now Let's GO!" he said dragging Cisco along.

"Alright, Alright," said Cisco waving his arm up frantically in the air before slapping away Harry's arm making him glare at him. With that, the two of them jumped into a breach, bickering as they headed off to Jitters.

Henry snickered as he watched the two of them bickering. Just like old times, he thought.

The clicking of heels brought Henry out of his thoughts, making him turn around to see Caitlin who had returned back from her lab with; a needle, some swabs, and four test tubes.

"I'm gonna need a swab sample from you," began Caitlin, "to determine if you are...our son," she said looking at Barry.

"And the blood sample?" inquired Henry looking at the needle.

"To make sure you are in good health," answered Caitlin a bit surprised that the young man knew that she needed a blood sample.

"OK," replied Henry opening his mouth so that Caitlin could get the swab sample.

Caitlin carefully placed the sample into the test tube before collecting one from herself and Barry. Putting the samples into the machine, Caitlin headed over to Henry with her needle.

"This might hurt a bit," replied Caitlin feeling for a vein on Henry's cubital fossa.

"It's alright," said Henry. "Growing up with a mother who is, in fact, a doctor, you get used to it," he replied back nonchalantly.

Looking up Caitlin smiled fondly at the boy before drawing his blood. Taking the needle out, Caitlin placed the blood sample into a test tube before wrapping a band-aid on the spot where she had jabbed him with the needle. After placing the blood test into a machine, a breach opened up in the middle of the Cortex allowing Harry and Cisco through.

"Here is your Killer Frost drink," said Harry smiling happily at the new speedster.

"Thank you very much," replied Henry reaching up to grab the drink with his hands that were still handcuffed.

"You are very welcome," replied Harry smiling.

"So...." said Cisco looking concern at Harry who was being nice for once☺️. "Did we miss anything?" he asked them.

"No," replied Joe. "We're just waiting on the test results to confirm if he is who he says he is," replied Joe as Cisco nodded his head in understanding.

They then waited in silence as the machine proceeds the information. Henry sipped on his Killer Frost drink with his feet propped up on the table relaxing. The sound of his slurping could be heard throughout the Cortex. Everyone watched Henry curiously trying to decipher the young man. After a while, Henry got tired of the deafening silence.

"You know," said Henry placing his drink down, "this would go a LOT faster if you would just ask Gideon who I am," he said looking at Barry.

"And how will we know if Gideon is, in fact, telling the truth?" inquired Barry looking at Henry.

"Well you created her," stated Henry. "So why wouldn't she be telling the truth," replied Henry trying to reason with him.

"Um," said Ralph confused, "Who exactly is Gideon?" he asked making everyone look at him.

"A futuristic artificial intelligent" answered Harry.

"A WHAT!" shouted Ralph shocked.

"A futuristic artificial intelligent" repeated Harry.

"And why is this the first time that I am hearing about this?!" shouted Ralph looking at Harry and the team. Ralph then began to rant about what else the team was keeping from him while Harry kept telling him that now was not the time for this.

While everyone was distracted by the interaction between Harry and Ralph, Henry had managed to slip a hand into his suit pocket retrieving a small cubic sized box. Placing the box on the table, Henry pressed a button turning the device on causing it to emit a blue projectile light.

"Gideon," said Henry.

"Yes Sir," replied the AI. (So basically the small box which is the size of a ring box is a mini futuristic projector)

"Please tell these people who I am. Who I really am," replied Henry emphasizing on the last part.

"Are you sure, Sir," asked Gideon who was hovering above the Cortex.

"Affirmative," confirmed Henry confidently.

"Very well," replied the AI. "Your name is Henry Joseph Allen, and you are the son of Bartholomew Henry Allen (aka The Flash) and Dr. Caitlin Allen (aka Frost), formally known as Dr. Caitlin Snow. You were born on December 10, 2023, making you currently, 17 years old. Your powers include; time travel, accelerated healing, accelerated perception, aerokinesis, atmokinesis, chronokinesis, electrokinesis, energy absorption, kinetic energy absorption, energy manipulation, energy sharing, siesmokinesis, flight, interdimensional travel, quantum tunneling, speed force connection, speed mirage, superhuman agility, superhuman durability, superhuman momentum, superhuman speed, superhuman stamina, superhuman strength, cryokinesis, freeze breath, ice manipulation, eye transformation, and cold immunity," listed Gideon as everyone stared at the AI with their mouth wide open😧.

"You are typically referred to as The Hybrid Son," continued Gideon, "being the only speedster EVER to survive and be born with both speed and cold powers. This, therefore, makes you, Henry Joseph Allen, the most powerful speedster ever to exist in history," ended Gideon.

Everyone looked back and forth between Gideon and Henry taking in the information the AI just gave them. They couldn't believe it. This boy only 17 years old, barely an adult, is the most powerful speedster ever to exist in history!

"I told you," said Henry looking at the Team while shutting down the projector.

"No," replied Barry shaking his head back and forth.

"What do you mean no?" inquired Henry, "Gideon just explained to you who I am!"

"I know," said Barry. "And we appreciate it but...I just want to see the DNA test to confirm it," he said trying to reason with Henry.

"I get it," replied Henry nodding his head in understanding. "I mean, who would believe some futuristic tech that told them that they had a son," said Henry laughing a little at how crazy that sounds. "You guys are scientist's, well, most of you anyways," he said looking awkwardly at Nora, Ralph, Joe, and Iris. "You guys need proof, solid evidence, and I get that!" said Henry looking at the scientist in the room. "I would want to see some too if I was in your situation," replied Henry looking at his father in understanding. Barry nodded his head as he looked at his supposed son.

Suddenly a machine started to beep startling everyone. Caitlin quickly ran over to the machine checking the results. Her eyes scanned the paper reading the information. Barry walked over towards her as she read the results. She then abruptly stopped reading the paper and looked up at Barry with wide eyes😳.

"So," said Barry looking at Caitlin for information, "is it true?" he asked her.

"Yeah," said Caitlin nodding her head, "he is our son," she said looking at Henry who smiled at her. Caitlin looked at Henry for the first time studying his face and saw that he looked a bit like her. He had her hair color and smile with Barry's physiques. Caitlin couldn't help but smile as she looked at her son🙂😁.

Barry looked at Henry, actually looked at him. He couldn't believe it. He had a son😁! As he looked closely at Henry he began to see that he looked a lot like him. Having Caitlin's cute button nose and hair color with his face and lip, Barry couldn't help but smile as he looked at his son. He knew in his gut something was missing when Nora was telling him about the future. Maybe it was Henry all along. But why didn't Nora tell me about Henry?? Barry thought.
