THIS IS THE LONGEST CHAPTER I WROTE SO BARE WITH ME PLEASE.............

PIPELINE

Pursuit sat down in the corner of the pipeline staring at the wall. Suddenly the doors to the pipeline opened to reveal Joe, Cisco, Harry, Ralph, and Barry in his Flash suit. Both Ralph and Joe were armed with guns pointed at the speedster in the cell, while Harry, Flash, and Cisco stood there watching Pursuit. Cisco stood behind Barry on his right with Joe while Harry stood to the left of him with Ralph.

With his hands still cuffed and the cell door locked, Pursuit stood up and looked at them with interest in his hazel eyes. Barry took a step forward towards the glass door looking directly at Pursuit.

"Who are you, really?" asked Barry vibrating his voice.

Silence.

"What do you want?" asked Joe.

More Silence.

"Why did you hurt Nora?" asked Ralph.

Pursuit didn't say anything but just stood there watching them through his mask.

"Why are you here?" asked Harry interested.

"Who sent you?" asked Cisco.

Pursuit closed his eyes annoyed. He had already answered their questions before, why are they asking him about it again.

"Why would you hurt Nora!" demanded Joe. "She is a sweet and innocent girl who didn't do anyth-"

"She is NOT innocent!" yelled Pursuit through gritted teeth opening his eyes to reveal it to be milky blue.

The gang looked at him shocked to see that his eyes had changed color. Out of the corner of his eyes, Pursuit saw Nora creeping up to the entrance of the pipeline with Iris who was comforting her in her arms.

"She deserved what she got," said Pursuit looking directly at Nora. Nora shivered a bit in the arms of her mother at Pursuit's intense gaze.

Pursuit sent Nora a death glare not taking his eyes off of her. Suddenly a lone figure walked past Nora and Iris, catching Pursuit's eye. She had light brown almost blonde hair and gorgeous hazel brown eye. Pursuit heart caught in his throat as he stared at the person.

She took cautious steps towards Pursuit as she approached his cell. Stopping right next to Barry, Caitlin looked at Pursuit trying to dissect the man behind the mask.

"M-Catilin," said Pursuit studdering, "You're here," he breathed out relieved. He smiled looking at her with a longing gaze.........................

*FLASHBACK-November 19,2040*

Today was Caitlin's 42nd birthday. She spent the day celebrating it with her family and friends. The guest they had for her surprise party had left about an hour ago. Right now, Caitlin was at home curled up next to her husband Barry on the couch with a blanket between them. She rested a hand on his chest while he wrapped his arms around her waist letting her head rest on his shoulder(AND NO THERE NOT NAKED U DIRTY MINDED CHILDREN😂😅). Their 7-year-old twin children, Dawn and Don, were sitting next to each other on the other end of the couch engrossed in the movie. They shared a blanket together and were munching on popcorn as they watched the musical Singin' in the Rain on the television. Henry, their 17-year old son, sat on a chair in the corner sipping on his coke as he watched the musical.

"Thank you for the surprise party," said Caitlin turning her head to the side facing her husband, "I really enjoyed it," she said with a smile.

"Well I'm glad you did," replied Barry planting a kiss on her forehead.

"You know you really didn't have to do that," said Caitlin snuggling closer to him.

"I know" replied Barry rubbing circles onto her back, "but I wanted to," he said with a smile. "I wanted to celebrate the birth of the most beautiful, selfless, most extraordinary, badass woman alive, who I am proud to call my wife," replied Barry smiling lovingly at his wife.

"Awhh Barry," said Caitlin leaning over to give him a peck on the lips. "But still," said Caitlin pulling away, "you reaaalllly didn't have to," she said blushing. "I would have been fine just spending my birthday here, with you and our children," she replied.

"I'd do anything for you Cait," Barry said sincerely looking into her eyes. "I'd run throughout the multiverse for you. I would even run to the end of the earth just to see you smile. Hell, I 'll run to hell and back just to see you again," said Barry looking at her with nothing but love in his eyes😍.

"You-you would do that for me," said Caitlin tearing up.

"I'll do anything for the love of my life," said Barry caressing her cheek while wiping away a tear. Caitlin smiled at him warm-heartedly through her tears and then leaned in to give him a passionate kiss. Barry quickly kissed her back savoring the moment. After a while, they pulled back before things could get heated.

"I love you," said Caitlin smiling.

"I love you too," replied Barry smiling.

Caitlin moved closer to Barry hugging him as they continued to watch the musical. The happy family was busy watching the musical when they were interrupted by the sound of the wind coming from the kitchen causing the paper to fly off of the table.

Caitlin let out a sighed. "I must have left the window open," she said standing up. "Do you want some more champagne?" she asked her husband.

"Yeah," replied Barry smiling at his wife, "That would be great"

"Ok," said Caitlin smiling before grabbing their champagne glasses and heading towards the kitchen.

Barry smiled as he looked at his amazing family. He had an amazing wife, a heroic son, and adorable little twin children. All that was missing was Nora, his daughter. Barry frowned a little bit at the thought. Nora hadn't been seen from or heard in almost 3 months after her surprise visit with Caitlin. It's like she's fallen off the radar. Where could she be? thought Barry. Suddenly the sound of glass breaking in the kitchen pulled Barry from his thought.

"Caitlin?!" said Barry standing up in alarm.

In a blink of an eye, Barry was thrown across the room and was blasted with some kind of blue light, while his children; Henry, Dawn, and Don stood on the other side of the room where they were also blasted by the same kind of light. In the middle of the room stood a person wearing a familiar leather jacket and a ski mask on, while holding Caitlin who was handcuffed in their arms with a knife against her throat.

"Barry!" croaked out a scared Caitlin.

"Caitlin!!!" screamed Barry.

"Mom!!" cried, Henry.

"Mommy!" cried the twins scared.

Both Barry and Henry tried to run towards Caitlin but couldn't. Whatever this mysterious person blasted them with prevented them from using their speed (similar to Devoe's power except it's in a gun form).

"Please," begged Barry, "Please, just let her go"

The mysterious person looked directly at Barry before reaching over to pull off his/her mask off to reveal...

"Nora" breathed out Barry staring at his daughter in shock.

"Miss me?" asked Nora smiling evilly while holding a knife against Caitlin's throat. She then turned her head to the side focusing entirely on Henry. "I told you to watch your back," said Nora making a chill go down his spine.

Henry shuttered a bit of the thought remembering Nora's promise 3 months ago. "Please Nora," begged Henry, "you don't have to do this," he said.

"Yes I do," said Nora smiling wickedly.

"You see Henry," began Nora, "my mother was everything, to me," she said emphasizing on the word everything. "She was my world, my life, my universe...my everything," she said smiling at the thought of her mother. "And she was wrongfully taken away from me because this one," she said ruffly shaking Caitlin,"couldn't keep her little mouth shut!" she said pressing the knife closer to her throat. "And now...I am left without nothing" cried Nora looking at Henry. "But you wouldn't know how that feels, would you, Henry?!!" asked Nora. "NO, you WOULDN"T! Because you still have your mother, here! Right in front," said Nora."But not for long...." she said smiling at the thought.

"Please, Nora," begged Barry through tears in his eyes. "Don't do this ok. It doesn't have to end this way. ..We can help you," he said trying to reason with her.

"You can't help me," said Nora emotionless.

"Yes we can!" assured Barry, "just please, Nora...put down the knife," pleaded Barry.

"No," said Nora shaking her head back and forth. "You're all gonna watch, as Caitlin dies, right in front of you," she said looking at her father right in the eye not backing down. "And there's nothing you can do about it! " she said laughing menacingly (let's just say Nora is a psychopath).

"Please Nora," begged Barry, "don't do this..ok...I'll do ANYTHING! Just please.....don't kill her," he said as a tear fell down his cheek.

"Anything?" asked Nora

"Anything," repeated Barry.

"Bring back my mother," said Nora.

"Nora," pleaded Barry, "You know that I'm not allowed to do that," he said.

"I don't care!" yelled Nora, " I want my mother back!" she cried [So in this time, Nora can't time travel because she's not fast enough, but she will enventually].

"I'm sorry Nora, but I can't," said Barry.

"Then I guess I'll just kill her," said Nora holding the knife closer to Caitlin's throat drawing a bit of blood.

"NO!" yelled Barry, "Please, Nora," he begged. "Don't do this," he said crying. "OK, just...just think...think about Iris!" said Barry knowing that will get her attention.

The thought of her mother made Nora stop instantly in her tracks.

"She wouldn't want you to do this," pleaded Barry, "she wouldn't want you to take a life, for her life."

Nora stood there taking in her father's words. He doesn't understand how I feel, she thought. He doesn't understand what it's like to lose everything you love, but he'll soon find out eventually.

"Please Nora," begged Barry, "Don't-" suddenly Nora couldn't take it anymore and pulled out a gun shooting her father in the chest.

"Barry!" screamed Caitlin in Nora's arm trying to run to her husband. Nora forcefully pulled her back making the knife graze along her face creating a slash.

"I'm tired of hearing you beg," replied Nora bitterly while looking at her father's body.

"Dad!!" screamed Henry trying to run.

"Oh, relax Henry," said Nora. "He's not dead, just knocked out," she said waving the tranq dart gun in the air. "Now, where was I," replied Nora smirking.

"Let her go!" growled Henry.

"No, no, no," said Nora waving a finger in the air. "Not until I make you suffer," she said smiling.

"Nora," begged Caitlin with tears coming down her face, "please don't do this in front of my children"

"Oh, Cathy," said Nora caressing Caitlin's face."They need to see this. They need to watch...as their world comes crashing down," she said smiling evilly.

"Please Nora," said Caitlin crying, "don't do this, you're better than this"

"You don't know anything about me" whispered Nora angrily in her ears. "Don't worry," said Nora removing a strand of hair from her face, "I'll be over before you know it," she said smiling wickedly. She then turned her attention towards Henry with a glint of no remorse in her eyes.

"Nora," said Henry fearing the worse, "Please," he begged.

"You're gonna watch as your mother dies right in front of you," began Nora. "And you're gonna watch as I drive this knife straight through her heart. You're gonna watch as this all unfold in front of your eyes, knowing that there's not a damn thing you can do about it!" said Nora wanting to hurt Henry.

"No!" cried Henry.

"And you gonna live with it for the rest of your life. Knowing that the reason your mother is dead is because of you! Because you weren't fast enough to save her! You weren't fast enough to save your OWN mother! And you gonna live with the pain and regret,....every.....single....day. Knowing that her blood is on your hands," replied Nora smiling wickedly lost in thoughts.

"Henry," said Caitlin with a knife against her throat, "I want you to promise me that you'll take care of your siblings"

"Mom, don't say that," said Henry with tears falling down his face.

"Don, Dawn," said Caitlin calling the twins, "take care of one another and don't ever lose that special bond that you guys have," she said to the twins.

"Mommy," said Dawn, "You're scaring me," said the little girl crying along with her twin brother.

"It's alright sweetheart," Caitlin assured her through tears. "Everything's gonna be fine. Mommy loves you very much. I love you both with all of my heart," said Caitlin smiling trying to sound brave.

"We love you too," replied back the twins crying.

"Henry," said Caitlin looking at her son. "Please make sure that your father does not blame himself for this. It wasn't his fault," she said with her voice cracking at the end. "It wasn't anyone's fault," she said assuring him.

"Please, mom," said Henry crying.

"Listen to me careful Henry. I don't want you blaming yourself for this, ok. No matter what happens today, just know, that you were NOT the reason that I died, " she said with a tear falling down her face knowing that she was gonna die.

"Take care of your brother and sister for me, and make sure Barry doesn't do anything stupid. And just know Henry, that you are a hero. A strong, brave, selfless, heroic hero. You're my hero. Always and forever, will be my hero," she said crying."Don't ever stop being who you are. I'm proud of you Henry. I couldn't have asked for a better son than you. I love you, my beautiful boy..." she said as tears fell down her cheek.

"Mom...," said Henry crying.

"Say goodbye, Henry," said Nora raising the knife in the air.

Henry watched as Nora raised the knife in the air. His blood began to boil as he watched Nora about to kill his mother. He couldn't let her do this, he couldn't just let his mother die without a fight. So using every single ounce of strength he had left, Henry tried to free himself from the effects of the blast. He closed his eyes and concentrated hard on everything that thrives him. His mother, his father, his sibling's....his city. And with that, Henry opened his eyes to reveal them to show electricity coursing through them.

All of a sudden it felt like time had stopped. Henry could feel his muscles flexing beneath him and began to move his limbs. He looked around to see everything moving in slow motion. He could do it, he could save his mother. And with that, he took a step towards Caitlin.

But just as he was about to take another step, he turned his head slightly to the side to see the terrified look on the twins face. He began to think, what if running over to save mom causes Nora to slip the knife and she gets hurt badly. He couldn't bare the thought of having the twins see as their mother bleeds out in front of them. So without a second thought, Henry quickly ran over towards the twins scooping them up in his arms and running them over to Uncle Cisco's house where he knew that they'll be safe.

Running past building's and shattering glass in his wake, Henry raced home as fast as he could. With every step that he took, his heart began to beat so fast, making it feel like it might explode out of his chest.

As he neared closer to his house, Henry began to vibrate his body as fast as he could phasing through the door. Running straight into the living room, Henry saw Nora holding the knife right against Caitlin's back. The knife grazed her back and was penetrating through. Henry screamed at the top of his lungs as he tried to move his legs faster. He watched in horror as the knife kept going straight into his mother's back not stopping. Just as he reached his mother, Nora brutally ripped the knife out of her back causing Caitlin to drop to the ground. Just before Caitlin could hit the floor, Henry caught her in his arms.

"Noooooo Mom!!" screamed Henry holding his mother's lifeless body in his arms.

"I told you," said Nora bitterly, "I'd make you suffer, just like I have," she said before dropping the knife and was gone in a flash.

"No.........Mom!" cried Henry while moving a piece of hair out of her face. "Please mom," said Henry caressing his mother's face as tears streamed down his own face. "Please wake up.....you can't.....you can't leave me...you can't...please," pleaded Henry crying.

"Please mom," said Henry crying, "I......I need you," he said with his voice cracking at the end. Henry cried his eyes out into his mother's chest as he cradled her in his arms (similar to Barry).😭😭

Unknowingly, he gently placed a finger on her neck feeling for a pulse point. There was one, but it was very, very weak............................................................................................................................

Henry smiled at Caitlin as a tear fell down his cheek. Caitlin looked at Pursuit in confusion. Turning her head slightly to the side, she shared a look of bewilderment with Barry. Taking a step towards Pursuit, Caitlin looked at the speedster in the eye.

"Yeah," agreed Caitlin taking another step, "I am. Do I know you?" she asked trying to get information out of the speedster.

Harry watched intently at the interaction between Caitlin at the speedster. He had a feeling about this new speedster. However, it didn't feel bad, but...good.😏😉

Just as Caitlin took another step towards the speedster, she was abruptly stopped by Barry who placed his forearm out stopping her in her track.

"What did you do to Nora?" asked Barry.

"What?" asked Pursuit still looking at Caitlin.

Barry took a step in front of Caitlin blocking Pursuit from seeing her so that the speedster focus was on him. "What did you do to Nora?" repeated Barry. "Why can't she access her speed?" he asked angrily.

Pursuit looked Flash in the eye before smirking at him. "What I had to," he replied back. "But," began Pursuit, "if you do want Nora to have her speed back, then I suggest we make a deal...Flash," replied Pursuit. "If you let me go, I will give Nora back her speed in exchange for her," he said pointing at Nora.

"No," said Barry shaking his head, "I won't let you take my daughter away from me"

"Suit yourself," said Pursuit shrugging it off. "But I'm the only one who has the cure," he replied holding the serum up in his hands.

"We're not taking any chance," replied Barry confidently.

"Fine," said Pursuit slipping the serum away before turning his attention towards Team Flash. "But I'm sure you ALL want to know who I am. Especially you Flash, or should I say......Barry Allen" replied Pursuit with his signature smirk.

A cold chill went down Barry's spine when Pursuit said his name. "You know who I am?" replied Barry.

"Of course I know who you are," replied Pursuit. "I know who you all are," he said looking at everyone. "Caitlin Snow, Cisco Ramon, Harrison Wells, Ralph Dibny, Joe West, Iris West, " he said naming them all. "I know who you all are," replied Pursuit pointing at them. "Yet, none of you know who I AM," replied Pursuit gesturing to himself. "Don't you want to know who I am, Flash?" asked Pursuit taunting him. "Don't you ALL want to know who I AM?" Pursuit asked them.

Barry took in Pursuit's words. Of course, he wanted to know who he is, but he doesn't want Pursuit pulling any tricks on him.

"Don't worry Flash," said Pursuit looking at Barry, "I can't escape even if I wanted to," he said as if reading his mind. "The fact that I am in a cage that is dampening my powers, not to mention that I am still handcuffed, there is nowhere for me to run," said Pursuit truthfully. "Besides, even if I do make a move, I would I either be shot dead or having to deal with a speedster and a vibe master," replied Pursuit. "So, what's it gonna be Flash," started Pursuit, "Do you have the guts to see who I really am?" he asked.

Barry looked Pursuit in the eye studying him. Seeing that he wasn't a threat due to still being cuffed, Barry told Harry to open the cell door. Pursuit watched as his cell door opened before him. He looked directly at Flash waiting for his command.

"Come forth," said Barry.

Doing as he was told, Pursuit walked forward until he was at the very edge of the cell door not to close to Team Flash. As Barry reached over to pry off Pursuit's mask, Pursuit stopped him from the action by raising his hand. Seeing this sudden movement, Joe and Ralph aimed their guns at Pursuit. Pursuit looked at them showing them that he means no harm, before touching a button on the side of his forehead near his mask.

"There," said Pursuit lowering his hand, "now you won't get electrocuted by my identity security system."

Nodding his head, Barry slowly pried off Pursuit's mask to reveal a boy who looked about 17-years-old with light brown hair and blue-green eyes with a hazel center.

Nora gasped seeing the person in front of her. "You're supposed to be dead!" shouted Nora.

"And you're supposed to be from a different point in time," replied the boy cockily, "yet here we are," said this mysterious person.

"Wait, you two know each other?" asked Iris looking back and forth between her daughter and the boy in the cell.

"Oh yeah," replied the boy. "Nora and I go waaay back. Don't we Nora?" said the person smirking while Nora sent him a death glare.

"Nora who is this?" Barry asked his daughter looking at her for answers.

Nora looked at her father then back as her mother. She couldn't tell them who he was, it would ruin everything for her.

"Come on Nora," said the boy, "why don't you tell them who I really am?" he said provoking her.

Nora looked at him annoyed before looking down at the ground not wanting to tell.

"Who are you?" asked Harry looking at the boy. For some reason, the boy did not scare him nor did he make his gut have a bad feeling about him like Nora did when he first meets her. Instead, the boy standing in front of him seemed to vibrate with nobility making him put any of his doubts about him aside.

Pursuit looked a Harry with respect before answering his question.

"My name is........Henry Joseph Allen," said Pursuit looking at everyone in the eye. "And I am the son of Barry and Caitlin...Allen," said Henry smiling as he looked at the shocked expression on their face's.😳😏

YEAH!!! WE FINALLY KNOW WHO PURSUIT IS, ALTHOUGH IM SURE MOST OF U SAW IT COMING☺️. U GUYS ARE SO SMART😁. BUT IF U DIDN'T I HOPE UR SHOOK😄.

ANYWAYS I HOPE U GUYS ARE HAPPY THAT I CHOOSE TO MAKE THE ACTOR TOM HOLLAND PLAY BARRY'S AND CAITLIN'S SON. I KNOW I AM😁😁! 

SO JUST TO LET U KNOW THAT I WILL BE UPDATING LATER THAN USUAL SINCE I HAVE SCHOOL. BUT DON'T WORRY IM NOT ABANDING THIS BOOK, AND I WILL UPDATE WHEN I CAN.
