Orlaith's pov
My orphan life began on the 31/10/2000.  My parents and i were trick or treating. As we walked something was wrong with my mom, she seemed to think someone was following us. I tried to see who was following us but dad had started running bringing the pram with him. Mom soon caught up after staying behind to find out if it was true and it was. "Ok this way." My mom said looking at a dark street.  Honestly i don't know why she thought it would be a good idea. "Quickly." She said then a shot was heard. I looked and saw dad fall holding his chest then mom drawing some pepper spray from her bag but it didn't work, the same thing happened. The man drew nearer to me with the gun that killed my parents but before he could do anything sirens were heard signalling that the police were on their way. They made their way to the street and saw mom and dad laying dead and me crying. I was took to an orphanage to be raised. Sadly I never grew up quite the way I was supposed to. The experience scared me for life so i prepared by going to training just incase i was ever attacked.
When i turned 15 it was time for me to move on so i left the orphanage and got a job. Soon i had enough money to get a house. I finished my education and met some good friends of mine. A year later i was sitting listening to music and playing some Minecraft when everything went black and I knew something wasn't right especially when i blacked out.
