You were better one for jewelry. You used to have your ears pierced but that was really just you trying to rebel against your dad. Even your wedding ring felt a bit odd at times. Not for any weird reason. You just didn't like wearing jewelry of any kind.

But Kai'sa loved it. She loved the rings on her finger. She loved her earrings and her necklaces. She always did. It was a way to express herself and now that she was rich, she could afford it all.

That didn't mean that you didn't still try to spoil her. Even that diamond ring on her finger that symbolized your eternal love was as beautiful as she was.

That never did stop her from being surpised when she found a long black box on the bed. With it was a note.

I saw this and knew I had to get it for you. Maybe you can wear it to dinner tonight?

Kai'sa picked up the box and opened it to find a beautiful necklace. She held it up and smiled at the gesture.

Kai'sa: You dork.

There was a lot of benefits to having a celebrity as a spouse. One such benefit was that she had other celebrity friends.

Celebrity friends that worked on other projects and had a lot of cool things going on.

Kai'sa: Dear?

You looked up from the TV.

Y/N: Yeeeeeep?

Kai'sa: You want to go watch a movie?

Y/N: Suuuuuure.

Kai'sa walked down the stairs, but you noticed that she was dressed rather fancy. Dress and makeup and everything.

Y/N: Uh....

Kai'sa: Come on. Go get dressed. The premiere starts in an hour.

Y/N: The what?

Kai'sa: The premiere for that Spider-Man movie. Chop chop. You're wasting time with questions.

You were gone before she even blinked. She smiled as she listened to you rumble around upstairs to look for something nice to wear.

She knew you had been excited for this movie for some time. It was actually sweet since once of your first dates was to go watch a Spider-Man movie.

She just wanted it to be a surpise.

Mission accomplished.

You were in the backyard watering the small garden that you and Kai'sa had been keeping. Everything was coming in quite nicely. You were super proud.

Maybe you can get a dog and take of it next.

Nah.

You dusted your hands off and began to put everything away. Kai'sa was going to help but she said she needed to do something important. It didn't matter, you figured. As long as she was okay.

You walked back into the house and kicked your shoes off. You then noticed your wife sitting on the couch. The TV was off but she seemed like she was conflicted.

You walked over and placed a kiss on her head which surpised her.

Y/N: Whoa. Someone's jumpy. You good?

Kai'sa: W-What? Y-Yeah. Of course.

You didn't really believe that. Kai'sa knew this so she just sighed.

Kai'sa: Um, can you sit down with me? Please?

You nodded and took a seat next to her. You then noticed she was playing with something on her hand.

Y/N: Kai?

Kai'sa: Look, um, I've been feeling kinda sick lately. And, uh, I-I'm late this month. So I decided that I would check.....

You placed a hand on hers. She was really freaking out here. She looked at you only to see you smiling softly.

Y/N: You can just say it. It's alright.

Kai'sa hesitated for a moment. She then held up the item she was holding.

A pregnancy test.

Kai'sa: I'm pregnant.

You stared at the test for a moment. You then smiled even wider.

Y/N: Really?

Kai'sa nodded.

Y/N: We're going to be parents?

Kai'sa nodded again.

Kai'sa: You're going to be a dad. Surpise.

You just looked at her with eyes filled with love.

Y/N: We're gonna be awesome parents.

Kai'sa smiled as she took your hands into hers.

Kai'sa: Hell yeah we are.

First Date Jitters

You were beyond nervous. You had never been on a date like this before. Not with someone who you wanted to start a related with.

You had combed your hair, dressed as nice as you could, and even left your earrings out.

Your ears kinda itched.

You were currently waiting at the town's central plaza. You sat on the bench of the fountain. You had to fight the urge to look at the time.

You closed your eyes and laid your head back.

What were you doing here? Kai'sa was....she was amazing! She was perfect in every way. Why do you think that a punk like you could ever have a chance with a girl like her.

Kai'sa: Hey.

Your eyes shot open at the sound of her voice. You lifted your head to find her standing there.

She looked....incredibly cute.

You stood up and really took in her outfit. She even had a purse over her shoulder.

Y/N: Uh....h-hey.

Kai'sa laughed a bit at your expression.

Kai'sa: I hope I didn't make you wait too long. My dad needed me to help him with something real quick.

Y/N: N-No! You didn't make me wait too long. It's all good.

Kai'sa smiled as the two of you headed towards the movie theater.

She was unbelievably nervous. She had no idea what she was doing here.

You were.....awesome! You were way too cool to be hanging out with a loser like her. Why did she think that this could ever work between the two of you?

As you both walked together, you both began to doubt a possible future where the two of you would ever work out.

But, isn't it worth the try?

You both looked at each other again, and smiled.
