Waiting

You didn't know what to do. Not really. All you could do was sit next to Kai'sa's bed as she watched TV. You had called everyone and told them about what was going on. You also made sure to tell their manager to keep this away from the public.

You didn't want people surrounding the hospital trying to take pictures or something.

You also haven't slept at all in the last two days. You could only imagine how Kai'sa felt.

Kai'sa: Hey, love?

You rolled your head to look at her. She was in a hospital gown and her makeup was practically nonexistent now.

Kai'sa: Is it bad that I'm a bit scared?

You just smiled. You reached over and placed a hand on hers.

Y/N: It's gonna be okay. You got this.

Kai'sa: I hope so. Cause I think I'm going into labor.

You looked at each other for a moment. Kai'sa then made a face and winced. She grabbed your hand suddenly and cried out. Your eyes went wide as you jumped to your feet and ran to the door.

Y/N: We gots a baby getting pushed out over here!

Birth

You never had to give birth before. You didn't know what pain Kai'sa was going through.

Though, by the way she was squeezing your hand, you imagined it was a lot.

You were now wearing scrubs yourself while the doctor and nurses focused on Kai'sa who was trying to keep her breathing under control. The moment was now here and Kai'sa was giving birth.

You had no idea what to do.

Nurse: Deep breaths now, honey.

Kai'sa cried out some more while you watched the doctor work. You had never experienced this before. This whole thing was insane.

Doctor: I need you to push. You got this. Just stay calm and push.

Y/N: What the fuck? What do I do?

Kai'sa: Come here!

Kai'sa suddenly grabbed your head and pulled it towards her chest. Before you could say or do anything, you found Kai'sa's teeth digging into your head.

You were now crying out as Kai'sa did as the doctor instructed.

In the waiting room, the girls and your friends were all sitting around and waiting for the news. Jinx looked around worried for a moment.

Jinx: Does no one else hear Y/N screaming? Is no one concerned?

A New Addition

Nurse: Sir, are you sure you don't want us to take a look at that wound?

You just lifted a shaky thumbs up as you bleed from your open wound on your head.

Kai'sa had finally let go and was now calming down since it was finally over. That was evident when you heard the sudden crying.

You and Kai'sa both watched as the doctor lifted your child up for you both to see.

Doctor: Congratulations. It's a healthy baby........girl.

You and Kai'sa both looked at each other than back to your....your daughter. The doctor cut her cord and cleaned her before she was finally in Kai'sa's arms. The nurses and doctor gave you both some space to enjoy the moment.

She was so small.

So beautiful.

When you looked at her, you knee that you would do anything in this world for her. You'll tear the skin off of anyone who hurt her. You will love this girl until the day you died.

Kai'sa: This is....she's.....

Y/N: We have a daughter.

Kai'sa: Yeah.

The baby began to calm down as Kai'sa held her. You slowly reached out and gently touched her. You felt like if you touched her too hard she'll break.

Y/N: We made her.

Kai'sa: We totally did.

You both laughed as you watched your child breathe.

This was your daughter.

Kai'sa: I know just the name for her.

She looked at you with the most beautiful smile you had ever seen.

Kai'sa: Lily. Lily Anna L/N.

Everyone fell in love with Lily immediately. Kai'sa was officially the first KDA member to have a child and you were the first of your friends to be a dad. After a few days, you were able to go home.

You drove while Kai'sa sat in the backseat with Lily. Music played softly on the radio but you weren't paying attention to it. You looked back to your wife through the mirror and smiled.

You now had two girls in your life that you loved.

How crazy that you were married and now had a kid. You never thought this would be you. Not when you were smoking, fighting, and hating the whole world.

You reached your house and put the car in park. You got out and walked over to Kai'sa's door. You opened it and helped her out. She carried the bag of supplies and the stuff that you went to the hospital with.

She waited for you as you went and got Lily. You picked up the carseat and looked at your sleeping child. You smiled as you and Kai'sa walked to the house.

It didn't take long for you to get settled in. Once you had put Lily into her crib that was in your room, you finally laid down in your own bed. Kai'sa was already nearly asleep when you pulled her close to you.

You kissed her head and closed your eyes.

You never thought this would be you. You never thought you would have this. This felt like just like.....
