I wagged my tail, tucking my hair behind my ear. I followed who I thought was my father's friend towards the park, having a naive 4 year old mind.
"Where are we going mister?" I asked as he gently scratched behind my Australian Cattle Dog ears, making my tail sway.
"You'll see" he said, a smirk on his lips as he lead me towards a white van, the letters S.D.C painted in it's side in silver.
"Get in the back" he said softly, seeing my ears were pulled back in confusion. I did as he said, shaking slightly.
A few hours later I was strapped down to a table whimpering, bright lights blinding me. The man looked at me, smirking. He inserted several needles into my veins, causing me to cry. Tubes were connected to the needles.
"Run the machine" a male said. I yowled in pain as the dust of Beowolves were pumped into my veins.
~~~~~~~~3 YEARS LATER~~~~~~~
I was curled up in my small, windowless cell. Two empty bowls lay beside me. Curled up under a rag, my body racked in pain. My dog ears had slowly and painfully become Beowolf ears over time, along with my tail. My left eye had faded from it's natural ocean blue colour to blood red.
On the eve of my 7th birthday I awoke to the sound of alarms blaring. I stood drowsily, rubbing my eyes and shivering. I looked through the doors keyhole, quickly jumping back as I saw blood and bodies littering the floor.
Ears flat against my head, I hid beneath my  rag, shaking as I heard the lock on the door being picked open. Gathering as much courage as I could muster, I peeked out from under the rag, only to see a female cat Faunus my age looking back at me.
As she walked towards where I was, I hid beneath the rag once more. Cold air hit my body as she pulled the rag away. Carefully and slowly, she helped me to sit up. After wrapping her jacket around my shoulders, she called for an older male.
"It's ok...your safe now"
