Duality
Chaos and order, the two very things that exist for the sake of it. The things that will always exist yet cease to in the same way. Time concepted differently when Chaos and order existed alone. Before Chaos found order, and order found chaos.
But what most believed to be the truth of the two opposites, was that they may have very well been completely wrong.
Chaos ruled supreme, the being that created everything, The Creator, usually envisioned to obtain a feminine form, but had the ability to take on both male and female forms. The thing that gave life to the universe. The thing that birthed the first four primordials, who bound together to then create a fifth Primordial, Tartarus. The very creator who created everything and can create something in a matter of 'thought' or whatever is classed to be in a deity.
If Chaos is the creator, and Order is the end, then they are one in the same. Its a never ending circle of life and death. If Chaos and order both thrive together, why does order reign and chaos die?
What even fewer people seem to realise, is that chaos and order are one in the same. Chaos is order, and order is chaos. Without chaos there was no order, and vice versa.
The first four primordials, the ones that bound together to create the fifth, didn't do it out of good faith.. Tartarus was the embodiment of all evil. He was in reality, the entrapment of all true chaos and order. The evil of it all. He was all those negative thoughts, the wishes to destroy, the wishes to force another being to do something, that was where it went. It was sent there to ferment for mellenia upon mellenia, before the concept of time and space began.
Tartarus was no evil being. He was simply the vessel of evil. He also had Eros as a parent, which meant not only did he receive the love any parent should give, he got a destiny to have a love of his own. He had the ability to love. Something that very few Primordial deities were capable of.
