"Tony, I'm not so sure about this." Bruce said.

"it'll be fine, trust me. I've picked a deserted town and I have an electromagnetic field around us, that no matter what happens until I deactivate it, it won't let anyone through." Tony said. "Bruce this could really help us. what happens if something like what happened with that witch, happens again? the Hulkbuster wasn't ready and it never will be if I can't bring the big guy out to try with him." Tony added. Bruce sighed and nodded.

"fine. did you at least bring me some spare clothes?" Bruce ask.

"I brought you some pants. might want to save your shirt." Tony said. Bruce rolled his eye's and tossed his shirt aside.

"well at least you brought something." Bruce muttered walking away from him. Tony watched him, grinning when the Hulk stood before him, his boy friend really needed to let loose more often.

"hey big guy." Tony waived. Hulk turned around, looking slightly confused.

"no danger?" Hulk ask. Tony shook his head.

"no, but I need your help." Tony said. Hulk nodded and looked at him. "so we're going to be testing the Hulkbuster. last time I needed it, I couldn't get enough control of it to help you. so we're going to wrestle around, beat the crap out of each other, and work on it." Tony grinned stepping into his suit. Hulk thought a moment then shook his head.

"Hulk not want to hurt Toni." Hulk replied. Tony paused, he hadn't expected that. he thought a moment.

"don't worry, you're not going to hurt me. it's alright." Tony assured him. Hulk still looked unsure.

"Hulk not want to do this." Hulk said. Tony stepped back out of his suit and walked over to Hulk.

"look big guy. we all know that the big angry mindless monster isn't you. I don't know what that witch made you see. I don't want to know, what I want to do, is prevent it from happening again. since I can't do that, my only option is to make a way to get you out of the area before people call in the national guard to start shooting at you again. now I need you to work with me a little on this." Tony explained. Hulk nodded slightly watching Tony suit back up. he watched the Hulkbuster form. Tony smiled, though Hulk couldn't see it. "okay buddy, hit me." Tony said. Hulk stepped back, shaking his head.

"no! Hulk not ever hit Toni!" Hulk shouted.

"easy. easy. you're not going to hurt me. okay. just punch me. knock me around a little bit. I know you want to. I'm an arrogant asshole, everyone wants to punch me." Tony said. to his utter surprise, Hulk hugged the suit tightly.

"Hulk not want to hurt favorite human!" Hulk said, hugging him. Tony was shocked, patting his back gently.

"look Hulk, I know you don't want to hurt me, but what if someone else does? hmmm? I need to make sure the suit can handle it." Tony said. Hulk nodded and stepped back. he punched at Tony, but compared to what he could really do, it was just a tap. "really? are you serious? come on. hit me." Tony said. Hulk gave a sigh and pulled back punching Tony as hard as he could. Tony skid back, but didn't fall. "there see. just beat me up a little." Tony said. he yelped when Hulk grabbed him and threw him. Tony slammed into a building and it crumbled on top of him. Hulk ran over quickly and dug him out.

"Toni okay?" Hulk ask. Tony laughed and got up.

"yeah I'm fine." Tony laughed. "okay, stick out your fist." Tony said. Hulk stuck his fist out. "what I'm going to do is grab your arm in my suit okay? it won't hurt you. but I'm going to lift you into the air and I need you to just wiggle and struggle okay? try to break free." Tony said. Hulk nodded watching as Tony's suit caged his arm in. Hulk tried to shove it off but it didn't budge. "easy. easy. it's not going to hurt you." Tony reminded him. Hulk nodded slightly and let Tony fly them up into the air. "okay. now, try as hard as you can to break free." Tony said. immediately Hulk started struggling. Tony fought to fly straight, but Hulk won the fight. Tony couldn't control the suit, so he let Hulk go quickly. he flew straight through two buildings and smashed into a third.

"Toni!" Hulk shouted. as soon as he hit the ground, he got up and ran to Tony. he threw the debris off of him, digging him out as fast as he could. "Hulk sorry." Hulk said. Tony groaned lowly as Hulk picked him up and put him on his feet. Tony stumbled slightly. "Hulk hurt Toni?" Hulk ask. Tony shook his head.

"no. no. I'm alright. just knocked the wind out of me." Tony muttered. "well. thats good, now I know what I need to work on." Tony said.

"Hulk not doing that again." Hulk said.

"not today, but I will need your help again in the future." Tony said. Hulk frowned. Tony let the Hulkbuster pack itself back into Veronica. "thanks for the help big guy." Tony smiled. Hulk nodded, hugging him.

"Hulk sorry he hurt tin man." Hulk said.

"it's Tony, we've been over this." Tony replied. Hulk nodded and quickly let Bruce have control. Tony stepped out of the suit, catching Bruce.

"I didn't know Hulk could be like that." Bruce said. he turned, after putting on the pants Tony tossed him. "Tony!" Bruce shouted running over. Tony's face was bloody. he was bruised and bleeding. "Tony are you okay?" Bruce ask.

"I'm fine. when I went through those buildings I got a little beat up." Tony muttered. Bruce grabbed him and looked him over.

"I told you this was a bad idea!" Bruce glared. Tony gave him a bloody smile.

"yeah, but you learned that the Hulk can do more then just destroy. he absolutely did not want to hurt me. he didn't want to help me either. he didn't want to accidently hurt me." Tony said. Bruce looked his face over.

"are you, missing a tooth?" Bruce ask. Tony held his hand open, revealing the tooth inside it.

"no, it's right here." Tony grinned. Bruce looked inside his mouth. "no worries, I got a guy who can fix it." Tony assured him. Bruce hugged him tightly, muttering about how much of an idiot he was. Tony pulled back and smiled at him. "hey I'm alright. this is something that had to be done and I came away from it walking instead of smashed into the ground." Tony reminded him, kissing his cheek.

"I know. I just don't like it. he could've killed you." Bruce said. Tony laughed and ruffled Bruce's hair.

"you don't really believe that. I know you saw how bad he really didn't want to do this." Tony said. Bruce nodded and sighed.

"okay. come on. lets get you back to the tower." Bruce murmured, pulling his shirt on. he helped Tony back to the car and let him drive. he knew as much as Tony did that, Hulk would never actually hurt Tony on purpose. they didn't talk on the ride home, they sat in comfortable silence.
