~~Fear: Day Whatever~~
I don't even know where to start with this one, but uh, how is your day? Or life? Or cat? Or dog? or parrot, or whatever. How is everything? Besides this stupid Coronavirus everyone is afraid of.
Fear:
An unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone/something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.
What are you afraid of?
I'm afraid of heights.
Dealing with fear is definitely hard, and sometimes facing your fears isn't the best option. Like, for example, the fear of being murdered. I really, really doubt that being murdered with fix that fear.
Wait, yes it will, cause you'll be dead.
Or like the fear of being stabbed. Getting stabbed doesn't mean that you stop getting scared.
So, how do you deal with it?
The first thing to do in every situation is analyze your feelings. *
*Don't analyze your feelings if there is an immediate threat. PLEASE. Call the police, stop, drop and roll, scream, do what you can.
What is causing you to be scared? What is the fear doing to you? How are you reacting?
The second step is analyzing how others are feeling. Do they look scared? If what you are afraid of were to happen, would they be able to help you?
Third and final step. If the fear is taking a toll on your body, and you feel you might faint, have an anxiety attack, lash out, break down, etc. find a safe way out of the situation and inform someone where you are and where you will be going. If anything bad does happen, someone knowing where you are could save your life. And it's also comforting knowing that at least your body will be found.

ONCE AGAIN: SKIP THESE STEPS IF YOU ARE IN IMMEDIATE DANGER. Don't think about your feelings while a gun is against your forehead. Get help. PLEASE!!!!!!!
