So I only got one reply, but I don't mind!
So, intrusive thoughts.
Intrusive thoughts are thoughts that depict gruesome scenes and give you odd urges. Many people suffer from this disorder.
So, what can you do to solve this? You can 1, try to ignore the thoughts. My friend has intrusive thoughts, and she describes it as "urges to do something or something bad will happen". Her most recent one was "I wanted to stab myself with a pen and then thought if I didn't the school would explode." If you have those thoughts, the best way to deal with them is take deep breaths and talk to someone.
Getting a therapist is also a good idea :)
