Today we will be talking about loneliness. Loneliness is a horrible feeling; we've all experienced loneliness before.

Some of us are feeling lonely right now.

Loneliness is kind of a funny concept.

You could be in a room full of people and you could feel much more lonely than you ever had. Loneliness is knowing you have people that are a call or text away, but being alone.

Loneliness is a part of life. All of us go through it.

Whether your best friend didn't come to school (freaking Patricia!) or  a close loved one died, loneliness is abundant and it's there.

Loneliness can also be linked to several mental disorders.

Dementia, clinical depression, postpartum depression (depression that occurs after childbirth), etc.

So, you can't treat loneliness with medication.

Unless that medication makes you some friends... but as far as I'm concerned a pill that gives you a person to talk to and give you advice doesn't exist. 

*cough* *cough* Yes, that was a Be More Chill joke. I don't know if anyone picked up on that. Probably not. I'm not that funny.

OKAY!

Back to the topic.

If you're ever feeling alone, reach out. I understand that anxiety can hold you back, but would you rather know someone hates you or sit in fear, wondering if they hate you?

That makes no sense.

That reminds me; today I was collecting food for our school's food drive blah blah and me and my friends were messing around. I was just joking with words and I said, "Am I qualified? Probably not. Am I still gonna do it? YUP!"

I don't know what I'm not qualified for but... YOLO??

Okay I need to stop getting off topic.

Do you have any special ways to deal with loneliness?

I cuddle my stuffed animals because they're warm and they won't leave you no matter what :3

Seriously, though. You're absolutely amazing. You shouldn't be alone. 

You are not alone.

There's millions of people out there that feel alone just like you. Which shows that you aren't alone. Life is gonna be a butt-head and give you challenges and the best thing you can do is get out your microwave and slam the obstacles out of the way.

Or... I guess you could, like, be more logical and work your way--
