Upon Cathulu's self-destruction, an event that led to the creation of several anomalous planets, he granted permission to the Vanguard Confederation to establish a permanent outpost and containment facility on the planet.

The planet is home to the Showmen, an omniverse-traveling mercenary group with unique and unpredictable abilities. While the Vanguard Confederation has been unable to fully contain the Showmen, an agreement has been established to allow them to reside on the planet in exchange for their cooperation with Vanguard operations.
