I have double pierced ears!

Anyways, I have double pierced ears, and I love them! I kinda think having more would be cool, but at the same time, I'm afraid getting into the cartilage would be painful... and I'm afraid infections would be easier to get.

Anyone out there have more than just double piercings? If so, do they hurt more than doubles? What are the pros and cons to them?
