My Hero Academia! It's the greatest! But if I overthink it, I have trouble choosing between that and Fairy Tail... oh, and Attack On Titan is so great, too... and Black Clover even though I haven't seen much of it... and The Seven Deadly Sins...

Uuuuhhhh... uuuuhhh... let's go with... Shigaraki from My Hero Academia! Villains in Fairy Tail don't count, because they all eventually become good. But, if villains in Fairy Tail did count, I'd choose Zeref, even though he's not a villain even though he is!
