A Triumphant Cry
The moment Teajgna had realised her ability to stay her Sisters execution, she set to work, for the wind is determined and she is relentless and will battle against all things and undoubtedly win.
Reaching far and wide Teajgna stretched across the space between grasping at her sister's form. Nwrva was small and light in her multitudes of tiny droplets, all raising slowly to meet their doom and Teajgna stayed them all and held them tight. Often did she fight the raging blaze of the sun, for the hotter he blew, the more of Nwrva seemed to pass her by.
Her journey was long, but she painstakingly collected all that she could and the Mad Sun burst with fury and screaming at the Sky.
'Do not try to deny me little breeze, for many of you have come to me and all have suffered equally their fate. You will fail helpless daughter and suffer a thousand times more your pain, like others you are foolish and hopeful and you will crumble in my mighty grip.'
Teajgna offered no reply, and continued her labours, gathering her sister up in her long arms. Meticulous was her approach to this rescue, she enjoyed it and the more she collected the braver she became.
Seander had stolen much of Nwrva and Teajgna cursed herself that she had not come here sooner, she thought of the wise words of the moon and turned to see her and to thank her, but she was not there.
The wind toiled to parcel her sister into great bellowing clouds and held them tight in her grip. The Sun blazed with fury at this deprival of his drink and spat fire and heat in a violent craze that was drenched in the madness he had carried for eons.
'See here arrogant thief, who it is that has the mightier grip.'
Teajgna howled with joy as the tumultuous Nwrva danced around her in great white blankets, promising to never let her go.
But let her go she must, for Nwrva was becoming heavy and Teajgna could no longer bare the weight. Nwrva saw this and read in her sisters heart the effort it took to support this great weight.
'Let me go darling sister, and I shall return to my mother.'
Teajgna released her grip and Nwrva returned to Eatheajl, howls of Joy where heard all around the Space between and the Wind set off once more, to gather her quarry. Fierce was Seander's rage, but fierce too was Teajgna's proud will and she delighted in it. All could hear her triumphant cries as she bested the Parched Sun.
