My dear Beth,

I found a village! They even have phones here, can you believe it? I'm going to call you as soon as I convince someone to let me use one. 

I'll also send a letter to an army official, I didn't get the chance before and maybe now I can finally go home. Home. I honestly don't care where I am as long as I know you're safe. So stay safe okay?
