RILEY

Zack took Ben off my back and put him on his back. He told me on the way that Ben should be alright. We walked down the hill to a three story building. I opened the door so Zack could take Bennie in. The small room had a fire place that had a cheetah's head on a plate. It snapped to life. I jumped up and almost fell forward. As I was about to hit the floor. Two hands grasped my shoulders and pulled me up. I was ready to say thanks when I saw who it was. It had a white stallion front and white legs. As I looked up saw a human upper half top. With the words stuck in my mouth I stared at him. "Dear oh my, why did you not tell me Zack? He could have been seriously hurt. Fine, just take the girl with you and give her a tour. As I will attend to the boy." I was finally able to talk. "Please, be careful. He's my only friend." The half-horse nodded. Zack pulled me out of the door before anyone else could say anything else. "What do you know about the Chiron in Greek myths?"He demanded. "Well, I know many things so, let me start. He was the son of Kronos. The grandson of Gaea and half brother to Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Hera, Hestia, and Demeter. And he was the trainer of Heracles, Theases and Achilles. That's pretty all I know about Chiron." Zack stood there with his mouth open. "Wow. You do know lots. So, how old are you? " Zack asked. "Well, I'm amazed about how much you know about Greek mythology. You are clearly a daughter of Athena." " Of course I knew that. It's not like I'm dumb or anything. I'm the smartest kid in my whole school. And I can beat my dad in science. I'm fourteen. And when are you going to show me around?" Zack finally got it. He smiled and took me around. First we started with the cabins. The first cabin had lightning bolts decorating that cabin. Then we went to the next cabin. The Hera cabin. Then, the Poseidon cabin, Ares, Demeter ,then there was the Athena cabin. It had my favorite animal on top. The owl. I turned toward to Zack. I smiled to him."Well,Annabeth will help you and so will her boyfriend Percy Jackson. And be careful. Just don't annoy them, because you'll be on their team for capture the flag." Then I noticed that everyone was staring at me and Zack. "Well thanks. " I headed toward Percy and Annabeth. "Hi. My name's Riley and you're supposed to show me around." I said nervously."Hey! You're Riley right?! I only know you because I heard rumors that you're Zack's girlfriend." "Well that's not true! I am not his girlfriend! I'm only his friend. I don't get why everyone thinks he and I are a thing!"I shouted at them not relizing that Annabeth slapped him softly on his face. "I'm sorry, Riley.Sometimes Percy says stuff without thinking. So just forget it. Me and Percy will help you do your activities today. First we have archery. And Percy this time you have to do it." She and Percy took me over to the practice area. He handed me a bow and a practice arrow. I slowly took aim and fired. When I looked at where the arrow landed it landed on the bull's eye. Percy and Annabeth stared in awe. They never seen me shoot before. "How did you shoot that?" "I took a archery club. And won the state tournament. Plus, I also took lessons." Annabeth nodded."Riley, I don't know why but you are different than any other demigod I have ever met. You have won state tornaments and other stuff, but you remind me of every goddess I know. You shoot well like Artemis, you are very clever like Athena, lots of boys like you like Aphrodite. But, do you like gardening?" I nodded to Annabeth. "Well that is creepy. You kind of remind me of Piper. She was great with boys and she could really fight." Percy said.

Before I could say any thing else. A camper ran up to Percy and Annabeth. He had brown hair and he looked spanish. He was breathing heavily. But he was able to puff out a few words. " Weird boy on beach with sword." Percy and Annabeth looked at each other with concerned looks. He nodded. They raced off and this time I tagged along. We passed many campers to see what was happening. They seemed to be looking at something weird. Me, Annabeth, and Percy pushed through the crowd. Lying in front of every camper was a boy with blackish hair. He had a chain in his hand with the words RILEY. I gasped. In the crowd was Bennie and Zack. I gulped.I shouted to everyone." I know this guy! He's my boyfriend!" Everyone gasped. "This can't be true!" Zack shouted. "Why are you guys acting weird?!! He needs help!!" I couldn't stand it. I fell to the ground and sobbed. My tears ran down. Bennie came up and was ready to give me a hug. All these months! I never saw him!" Annabeth, we have to take this guy in. He's very powerful he could only be the son of Zeus." Some girl in the crowd shouted. She stepped up. She had long braided brown hair. She seemed to be convincing the crowd. Than stepped up a boy with blond hair and had a small scar on his lip. He was mostly likely her boyfriend." Come on, Jason. Can you help me carry him? We'll need to take him to Chiron." Jason nodded and took an arm of my old boyfriend. They pulled him in. Another guy stepped up, he had a buzz cut. " Everybody go back to what you were doing. We shall meet at dinner.
