"Welcome new campers! We shall start capture the flag. At this moment the Ares cabin has the flag. The red team will be having the Aphrodite, the Athena, the Zeus, Poseidon, and the Hades cabin are playing against the rest of the cabins. Good luck everyone!" Chiron said. Me, Annabeth,Hazel, and Piper headed to the boys. They were talking about the plan. "Alrighty, Jason, Piper, and Frank, you guys take the defense down. Then, me and Seaweed brain will head off-" The last part was because I asked a question. " You call him seaweed brain?" I was laughing so hard that I was not making a sound. Annabeth cleared her throat. "Okay, back to the plan. As I said, me and Percy will head off the Hermes cabin. While Justin and Riley and Leo will take the final defense." Hazel spoke up. "What about me?" "You lead the defenses." " Got it." "We ready to start, Chiron." Jason told Chiron. "Let the game begin!" And we headed to the woods. I looked at Annabeth, she nodded. Me, Justin, and the rest of the group except for Hazel ran to the other teams. While Annabeth and Percy headed to the Hermes cabin, Piper, Jason, and Frank was fighting against the Ares cabin. I know right? I guess Chiron let Frank be on our side. As me, Leo, and Justin were about to get the flag. Someone's spear pushed us all back. I fell into the creek. Power went through my body. A power glowed around my wrist. When the thin light disappeared, around my wrist was a chain bracelet. And on it I had two charms, an owl and a trident. Still blinded from the light, I grabbed the flag. "Stop her!" I heard Clarrise say. A team of campers raced to me. They looked angry. I tripped on a rock. As they were gaining on me, out of nowhere, there was Piper. She stepped in front of them and said."Turn around and walk away." They listened and walked away. But, there was one camper left. She had earplugs on. Great! I tried to get up. When I tried my legs felt like lead. She swung her sword. I said "'Saper!" She missed! She did it again.And again. I pulled myself to the creek. When I touched the water, water went up my arm. My wounds were healing. When I stepped out of the water, the horn blowed. Everyone gathered to where I was. Annabeth walked to me. She was furious. "What happened back there?" Then she gasped. She was looking at my leg. Where the cut was, the spot was healing. Then it vanished. On my arm a new charm glowed. It was a sun. And before I could say anything, a person appeared. It was Zeus! He looked at me. Then the whole camp bowed. And I was the only one that stood. "Rise daughter of Athena. As you know, a new war will begin. And the gods have choose their powerfulst demigod. She had blood of the Egyptians and blood of the Greeks. Riley, show them your staff." I pulled out my staff. It glowed with power. "This is a staff used for powers. She shall prove her power." He raised his hand and a monster raised to the ground. It was a hellhound. I raised my staff and pointed it and said "Ha-di!" The hellhound exploded into yellow dust. "How did I do that?" I said. "Yes, you are quite powerful, even more powerful than my own sons. Nobody will underestimate her. A few of the Egyptians shall see you tonight." He waved his hand over me. When he pulled away, every guy looked at me like I was Aphrodite. I looked down at myself and gasped. What was I wearing?!!! I wore a blue sleeveless dress with a charm bracelet on my arm. It was the same one I had before. On my ears were little heart earrings. I was wearing puma heals with wings. And to finish everything, there was sliver crown thing on my head. " Aphrodite strikes again." Piper said. Just then Zeus disappeared. And I stood there in shock. Then there was a roar of a monster. I was still holding my staff. We all looked up. There was a huge shape. Just when the archers were going to shoot, I called, "Don't fire!" Every archer except for Frank didn't fire. Just as the arrow shot, we heard a girl's scream. Just then they landed. I saw that there was a griffon. But instead of a eagle's head there was a falcon's head. There were four teens on a boat tied to the animal. A girl had an arrow stuck in her arm. It was...... do I have to describe it? Taking all the gross parts it looked very bad. I stepped up. "Who are you people?" I demanded. The guy with hair like Leo's stepped up. " We are looking for a girl named Riley Mcgray."
