✳THE WISHING STAR✳

I waited with Annabeth until dinner at six. While we were waiting she kept asking me questions." Did you know that he was a son of Zeus?" I shook my head no. " All I knew that his first name is Justin And that he is ADHD and he has dyslexia." Annabeth didn't look surprised at all. " Demigods always have ADHD or dyslexia. But, do you know his last name?" Annabeth asked. Her face was all pale waiting for my answer. She obviously didn't know what could happen to my boyfriend. " Well, of course I know his last name! What kind of girlfriend would I be if I didn't know his last name? His last name is Kane . And he's fifteen." I said all the things I know. But before she could say anything else, the dinner bell sounded. Me and Annabeth decided that we would talk about this tomorrow.She lead me to table six. Malcolm welcomed me to sit sit next to Annabeth. Everyone at table six were tackling me with questions. When I was about to tell them , a girl with red hair and orange freckles pulled me from my table. "Hi, my name is Rachel. You're Riley, right?" Rachel said. Before I could say yes, I felt something hug me. " All right Riley, you know you couldn't run I searched all over for you." I turned to see .... Justin! "Justin! Let go of me! We'll talk later. And you must tell me everything." He nodded. His blue eyes were stormy, but he didn't get mad. I turned back to Rachel. "I'll see you later. Alright?" She looked at me like I just ate the last taco in the world." All right. I'll leave you so you can have a reunion with Justin." I blushed bright red with little concerns that everyone at camp was watching me. I pulled Justin's wrist torward the woods. When we finally got there, I gave a giant teddy bear to Justin. "Where have you been all these weeks?!! I looked everywhere for u!!!" Anger rushed through me I gave him a little peck on the cheek. " So? What happened to you? And you better tell me all, 'cause I get upset if you didn't tell me everything." He started telling his story." Well, alright. I was surfing and then a thing or anything hit me on my chest. I fell and went missing. Then, when I woke up, I was underwater, I gasped and thought I was dead. But, then a guy walked in and said his name was Poseiden. And he wanted to help me. He wanted me to heal underwater before going on land again. Then I passed out and didn't wake up till you guys found me." He waited for me to say wow or something else. "At least you're safe." I leaned in and kissed Justin on the cheek. As I was about to tell him how I survived without going crazy, there was a sound like a grunt behind me.
