I woke up in a bad position as I see pillows all over me. I stand up and went to my own room but before that I wandered around the house looking for stuff I can play with.

I stumbled upon a room it has a closet inside with lots of screens and a sofa with stuff and a head?

I don't know what it is but I was so scared because of it looking at me with its green eyes I ran out of the room and go to the bathroom to hide. Sometimes I think if this is normal or if everything is supposed to be like this.

I stayed in the bathroom for a while until Dan went inside not noticing me. I walked up to him and said to him "Sorry for sleeping in your room without your permission."

He jumped when he saw me and he put his hand on his arm breathing heavily "Madison you scared the shit out of me!" "What is shit?" I ask him. He looked at me and said "Don't scare me like that ok?"

I nodded and left the bathroom to go to the spare room. While I was looking at the hallway I bumped into Phil. He gave me some clothes, "You have to get dress now Madison we are going to start the things we need to have so we can adopt you!" "Is that a good thing?" I asked at him as I took the clothes from him and we both went in the spare room. "Of course it is but they say that you have to stay at St. Oaks Orphanage since we haven't finalized the paperwork." He said, mostly I don't understand what he said because he used big words. "Are you going to leave me there?" "No no. You're just going to stay there for a few days and after that Dan and I will be your new guardians."

I smiled at what Phil said and then I remembered something "Where is my blanket?" I asked him in panic. I can't lose that blanket, that's the only thing from my real parents. I wasn't worried when Phil gave my blanket that is clean and smells very good.
"I washed it while you were taking a shower." He said and I quickly hugged him tightly and letting go. "Thank you so much Phil!"
